ORO Technologies LLC does not supervise, control, direct, manage, or guarantee the actions, decisions, availability, response times, interventions, communications, or outcomes of any law enforcement agency, emergency service, medical responder, security provider, governmental authority, or other independent third party.

The user acknowledges and agrees that:

• Activation of the S.O.S. feature does not guarantee the dispatch, mobilization, arrival, intervention, or availability of law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, medical services, rescue personnel, or security providers.

• Any communication with emergency services or authorities may depend on independent third parties and external systems that operate outside the control of ORO Technologies LLC.

• The availability, performance, effectiveness, and response of such services are determined exclusively by those third parties and competent authorities.

Improper, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or repeated misuse of the S.O.S. feature may:

• Interfere with legitimate emergency communications.

• Affect the availability of emergency-related resources.

• Result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

• Result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

• Be reported when required by applicable law.

ACCOUNT HOLDER RESPONSIBILITY

The account holder is solely responsible for the proper use of the S.O.S. feature and for all activities conducted through the registered account.

Users agree to:

• Use the S.O.S. feature only when reasonably appropriate.

• Protect account credentials and device access.

• Use the Platform responsibly and in accordance with all applicable terms, policies, and legal requirements.

Misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, repeated false alerts, or unauthorized use of the feature may result in account restrictions, suspension, termination, internal misuse records, and any other measures permitted under applicable law.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

The user acknowledges that the operation of the S.O.S. feature may be affected by factors beyond the control of ORO Technologies LLC, including:

• Network interruptions or connectivity failures.

• Device limitations or malfunctions.

• GPS inaccuracies or geolocation limitations.

• Voice-recognition limitations.

• Cloud-service interruptions.

• Third-party technology failures.

• Telecommunications outages.

• Infrastructure disruptions.

• Local service availability.

• Other operational, technical, environmental, or external factors.

Accordingly, ORO Technologies LLC does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability, reliability, accuracy, effectiveness, performance, or successful operation of the S.O.S. feature.

NATURE OF THE SERVICE

The S.O.S. feature is provided solely as a supplemental technology-based communication and support tool.

The S.O.S. feature is not an emergency service, law enforcement service, medical service, rescue service, monitoring service, private security service, personal protection service, or emergency response system.

The S.O.S. feature does not replace direct contact with official emergency services or competent authorities.

The availability or activation of the S.O.S. feature does not create any duty on the part of ORO Technologies LLC to monitor emergencies, verify incidents, provide emergency intervention, dispatch assistance, contact authorities, or supervise emergency situations. The Platform operates as a technology service and does not provide real-time emergency monitoring or response services.

In the event of immediate danger, medical emergencies, criminal activity, threats to personal safety, accidents, fires, or any situation requiring urgent assistance, users should immediately contact the appropriate emergency services, emergency telephone numbers, or competent authorities within their jurisdiction.

Users should not rely exclusively on the Platform or the S.O.S. feature as their sole means of obtaining emergency assistance.

ORO Technologies LLC develops and operates technology intended to support accessibility, communication, safety-related functionality, and user experience within the Platform.

However, users acknowledge and agree that:

• The effectiveness of emergency-related communications depends on numerous factors outside the control of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ORO Technologies LLC disclaims all express, implied, statutory, or other warranties regarding the availability, continuity, accuracy, reliability, effectiveness, response time, performance, or results of the S.O.S. feature.
