In the event of any inconsistency, the official English-language version of the Platform Terms and Conditions and applicable governing law shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by law.

1. GLOBAL APPLICABILITY, CORPORATE STRUCTURE, AND REGULATORY POSITIONING

This Policy applies globally to all individuals and entities interacting with the Platform ecosystem, including but not limited to:

  • passengers;

  • corporate users;

  • merchants;

  • independent contractors;

ORO operates under a decentralized international holding structure in which affiliated entities may operate independently under local laws while utilizing shared technological infrastructure, operational systems, accessibility technologies, compliance standards, branding frameworks, security protocols, and global governance policies.

Each affiliated entity remains solely responsible for its own legal, tax, employment, licensing, insurance, operational, and regulatory obligations under applicable local law.

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating:

  • an employment relationship;

  • agency relationship;

  • joint venture;

  • partnership;

  • fiduciary relationship;

  • or operational control over independent third parties.

This Policy is designed to align, where applicable, with internationally recognized legal and regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to:

ORO does not guarantee that location information will be accurate, precise, current, complete, continuously available or suitable for any particular purpose.

Location-based services may be affected by environmental conditions, network availability, hardware limitations, software settings, user permissions, mapping inaccuracies and third-party technology failures.

3.6 Financial and Transactional Information

Financial transactions are processed primarily through regulated third-party providers.

ORO does not intentionally store full payment card credentials.

  • or retain audio data except where operationally required, legally authorized, safety-related, or technically unavoidable.

Users expressly acknowledge that voice technologies are inherently probabilistic and subject to:

  • transcription inaccuracies;

  • misinterpretation;

  • unintended activation;

  • environmental interference;

  • language limitations;

  • latency;

  • accessibility conflicts;

  • network disruptions;

  • device malfunctions;

  • and system errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO disclaims any guarantee regarding:

  • speech recognition accuracy;

  • command execution reliability;

  • uninterrupted functionality;

  • accessibility precision;

  • or successful operational outcomes arising from voice interactions.

4.0 ACCESSIBILITY-BY-DESIGN AND VOICE-FIRST PHILOSOPHY

ORO was developed with the objective of reducing technological barriers and expanding access to mobility, communication, and platform services for a broad range of users, including individuals with limited digital literacy, elderly users, persons with disabilities, visually impaired individuals, and users who prefer simplified interaction environments.

The Platform’s voice-first architecture is intended to reduce reliance on complex screen navigation, multiple menus, and extensive manual interaction that may create usability challenges for certain users.

ORO seeks to provide a simplified interaction model through voice-enabled technologies that may allow users to:

• request services using voice commands;

• receive trip-related information through voice prompts;

• coordinate pickup locations with assigned providers;

• obtain estimated arrival information;

• access accessibility-oriented features;

• communicate through simplified interaction channels;

• and reduce the need for continuous manual device interaction during portions of the service experience.

The Company believes that accessibility and usability benefits may extend beyond individuals with disabilities and may also improve convenience, usability, and safety awareness for a broader population of users.

Certain features may permit users and independent third-party providers to coordinate meeting locations, communicate regarding pickup arrangements, and facilitate service execution through voice-enabled or simplified communication tools.

However, all such functionalities remain technological assistance tools only and do not guarantee personal safety, crime prevention, successful communications, transportation outcomes, accessibility results, or uninterrupted operation.

Users remain solely responsible for exercising independent judgment, maintaining awareness of their surroundings, verifying information, and making appropriate decisions based on their individual circumstances.

4.1 NO LIFE-DEPENDENCY OR MISSION-CRITICAL USE DISCLAIMER

The Platform, including its voice-based accessibility systems, emergency-related functionalities, communication tools, artificial intelligence components, and S.O.S. features, is not designed, certified, intended, or guaranteed for life-critical, mission-critical, healthcare-critical, or safety-critical use.

Users expressly acknowledge that the Platform must not be relied upon as the sole method of communication, supervision, accessibility support, emergency coordination, medical assistance, transportation safety, personal monitoring, or risk prevention.

ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC expressly disclaims any representation that the Platform can prevent harm, guarantee personal safety, avoid emergencies, ensure accessibility outcomes, or substitute independent human judgment, caregiver assistance, emergency services, or official public safety systems.

Users remain solely responsible for maintaining independent emergency communication methods and exercising personal judgment in all situations involving health, safety, transportation, or emergency-related circumstances.

5. COMMUNICATIONS, VOICE INTERACTIONS, AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

The Platform may enable temporary communications between users and independent third-party providers for purposes including:

  • trip coordination;

  • accessibility assistance;

  • navigation support;

  • safety coordination;

  • operational communication;

  • and customer support interactions.

Communications may occur through:

  • voice channels;

  • messaging systems;

  • accessibility interfaces;

  • automated systems;

  • or integrated communication technologies.

ORO does not control, supervise, endorse, verify, or guarantee:

  • the content of communications;

  • identity accuracy;

  • behavioral conduct;

  • communication outcomes;

  • or statements made by users or third parties.

All communications occur at the sole risk and responsibility of participating users.

6.0-A LOCATION DATA AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE LIMITATIONS

Emergency-related location information depends upon multiple technologies and independent third-party systems, including GPS infrastructure, telecommunications networks, internet connectivity, device functionality, operating-system permissions, mapping providers, cloud services and emergency-response providers.

Location information transmitted through emergency-related features may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unavailable or unsuccessful.

ORO does not guarantee successful transmission, receipt, interpretation or utilization of emergency-related location information by any third party.

Emergency outcomes remain dependent upon independent third-party providers, public authorities, telecommunications infrastructure and circumstances beyond the control of ORO.

6. EMERGENCY DATA PROCESSING, S.O.S. SYSTEMS, AND CRITICAL DISCLAIMER

The Platform may include emergency-related features, including S.O.S. technologies, location-sharing functions, emergency alerts, accessibility emergency tools, or voice-based distress mechanisms.

In connection with such features, ORO may process:

  • geolocation data;

  • device signals;

  • user identifiers;

  • emergency contact information;

  • accessibility indicators;

  • and contextual operational metadata.

Such information may be transmitted to:

  • emergency contacts;

  • private response providers;

  • governmental authorities;

  • infrastructure providers;

  • or legally authorized third parties where reasonably necessary.

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER

ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC:

  • is not an emergency response provider;

  • is not a law enforcement agency;

  • is not a medical provider;

  • does not operate emergency dispatch systems;

  • and does not guarantee emergency outcomes, intervention, or response times.

The Platform does not replace:

  • 911 services;

  • emergency medical services;

  • police departments;

  • governmental emergency systems;

  • or official public safety infrastructure.

All emergency-related features are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

6.1 THIRD-PARTY EMERGENCY RESPONSE DISCLAIMER

Any emergency coordination, private security response, emergency monitoring, incident escalation, dispatch communication, or contact with public authorities may be performed exclusively by independent third-party entities operating outside the ownership, supervision, control, and legal responsibility of ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC.

ORO does not operate police services, ambulance systems, dispatch centers, emergency call centers, private security companies, or governmental emergency infrastructure.

Where available, the Platform may facilitate technological transmission of data or alerts to independent third-party emergency or security providers solely as a passive technology intermediary.

ORO makes no guarantee regarding:

response times;

availability of emergency personnel;

successful communication;

law enforcement intervention;

medical response;

or operational continuity of third-party emergency systems.

All emergency outcomes depend entirely on independent third parties beyond the control of ORO.

7. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Users acknowledge and consent, where legally required, to international data transfers inherent to global platform operations.

Information shall be retained only for periods reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • resolve disputes;

  • enforce agreements;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO disclaims liability arising from cybersecurity incidents beyond its reasonable control.

12.1 NO GUARANTEE OF ABSOLUTE SECURITY

Users expressly acknowledge that no digital platform, cybersecurity infrastructure, cloud environment, voice-processing system, artificial intelligence environment, mobile application, telecommunications network, accessibility technology, or internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, invulnerable, or immune from unauthorized access, cyberattacks, malicious software, security breaches, system failures, interception, or technological compromise.

ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC does not guarantee absolute cybersecurity protection and expressly disclaims liability for security incidents arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including actions of third parties, infrastructure providers, telecommunications failures, force majeure events, malicious attacks, state-sponsored cyber activity, zero-day vulnerabilities, or unauthorized conduct.

13. LEGAL COOPERATION, LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND GOVERNMENT REQUESTS

ORO may cooperate with governmental authorities, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts, public health institutions, and legally authorized entities in accordance with applicable law.

Disclosures may occur pursuant to:

  • subpoenas;

  • court orders;

  • search warrants;

  • emergency requests;

  • lawful preservation requests;

  • regulatory mandates;

  • and legally valid governmental processes.

ORO reserves the right to:

  • reject invalid requests;

litigation defense;

fraud prevention;

security investigations;

regulatory obligations;

law enforcement cooperation;

risk management;

insurance requirements;

dispute resolution;

financial compliance;

cybersecurity protection;

or preservation of legal evidence.

Users acknowledge that certain information may remain retained in backup systems, disaster recovery environments, archived databases, security logs, or legally preserved storage systems for legally authorized periods even after account closure or deletion requests.

15. ACCESSIBILITY DISCLAIMER AND VULNERABLE POPULATIONS

Although the Platform is designed with accessibility-oriented technologies, ORO does not provide:

  • physical assistance;

  • healthcare supervision;

  • personal caregiving;

  • transportation supervision;

  • guardianship services;

  • or real-world protective monitoring.

Accessibility tools are technological assistance mechanisms only and do not eliminate risks associated with real-world interactions, transportation activities, or independent decision-making.

Users remain fully responsible for their own actions, safety decisions, supervision needs, and interactions with third parties.

The User acknowledges that continued use of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of said Annex, including all accessibility, voice-first interaction standards, and protections for vulnerable users.

16. CHILDREN, MINORS, AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 unless legally authorized under applicable law and subject to parental or guardian supervision where required.

Unauthorized accounts or improperly collected data relating to minors may be restricted, suspended, or deleted.

17. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, AUTOMATED SYSTEMS, AND ALGORITHMIC OPERATIONS

The Platform may utilize:

17.1 ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LIMITATIONS DISCLAIMER

Artificial intelligence systems, automated accessibility technologies, voice-recognition systems, machine learning models, fraud-detection systems, automated moderation tools, and algorithmic operational systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unintended, discriminatory, inconsistent, or unpredictable outputs.

Users acknowledge that artificial intelligence technologies are inherently probabilistic and continuously evolving.

ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC does not warrant that AI-generated outputs, accessibility interpretations, voice-recognition results, routing recommendations, safety assessments, or automated operational decisions will be accurate, complete, unbiased, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose.

Users remain solely responsible for exercising independent judgment and verifying information generated through AI-assisted systems.

17.2 AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND MATCHING SYSTEMS

The Platform may utilize automated technologies, algorithmic models, matching systems, prioritization mechanisms, fraud-prevention tools, risk-scoring systems, accessibility technologies, routing systems, geolocation technologies, operational analytics and artificial intelligence components to facilitate Platform operations.

Such technologies may influence service availability, provider matching, account functionality, safety reviews, fraud prevention measures, accessibility features, communications routing, operational prioritization and other Platform activities.

Users acknowledge that automated systems may produce results that are inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable or inconsistent due to technological limitations, evolving system conditions, data quality issues, third-party dependencies or operational factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, fairness, availability, suitability or performance of automated decision-making systems.

Users remain responsible for exercising independent judgment when interacting with the Platform.

18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE PLATFORM, SERVICES, SYSTEMS, COMMUNICATIONS, ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES, VOICE TECHNOLOGIES, AI TOOLS, SECURITY FUNCTIONS, AND RELATED INFRASTRUCTURE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO expressly disclaims all warranties, including:

  • merchantability;

  • fitness for a particular purpose;

  • uninterrupted availability;

  • non-infringement;

  • accessibility performance;

  • technological reliability;

  • cybersecurity guarantees;

  • and operational continuity.

ORO shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages;

  • consequential damages;

  • data loss;

  • cybersecurity incidents;

  • service interruptions;

  • third-party conduct;

  • accessibility limitations;

  • technological failures;

  • or operational disruptions.

19. NO DUTY TO MONITOR

ORO has no general obligation to proactively monitor:

  • communications;

  • voice interactions;

  • behavioral conduct;
