Last Updated: May 2026
Effective Immediately
This Global Full Legal Ecosystem (the “Legal Ecosystem,” the “Framework,” or the “ORO Legal Stack”) constitutes the official, unified, legally binding, and globally enforceable contractual architecture governing all access to, interaction with, participation in, integration with, and use of the digital technology ecosystem operated, controlled, licensed, or made available by ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, controlled entities, regional operators, licensees, technology partners, contractors, service providers, and authorized representatives operating internationally (collectively, “ORO,” the “Company,” the “Platform,” or the “ORO Corporate Group”).
This Legal Ecosystem establishes a centralized and hierarchical global compliance structure designed to govern all legal, operational, technological, commercial, accessibility-related, financial, and digital interactions occurring within the Platform ecosystem, including but not limited to mobile applications, voice-based systems, artificial intelligence environments, accessibility technologies, APIs, websites, integrations, communication systems, payment functionalities, safety tools, and any associated digital infrastructure operated by or on behalf of ORO.
This Legal Ecosystem shall be interpreted as a single integrated contractual framework incorporating by reference all policies, agreements, disclosures, standards, notices, operational rules, accessibility frameworks, payment terms, privacy policies, driver terms, community guidelines, intellectual property rules, safety policies, AI governance frameworks, and any additional legal instruments published, referenced, linked, or otherwise made available through the Platform, regardless of format, method of presentation, acceptance mechanism, or jurisdiction.
All such documents collectively form part of the unified legal structure of the Platform and shall be interpreted consistently with the principles of systemic integration, maximum enforceability, corporate risk mitigation, technological neutrality, operational scalability, and platform integrity.
In the event of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or interpretative conflict between documents forming part of the ORO Legal Stack, interpretation shall favor:
-
the enforceability of the Legal Ecosystem
-
the limitation of corporate liability
-
the preservation of ORO’s status as a technology intermediary
-
the allocation of operational responsibility to independent third parties
-
the protection of platform infrastructure, accessibility systems, and technological integrity
-
the maximum protection permitted under applicable law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, users expressly assume all risks associated with reliance upon accessibility systems, AI technologies, voice-processing environments, and automated functionalities.
2.1 NO SPECIAL DUTY OF CARE
The existence of accessibility-oriented technologies, voice-assisted functionalities, inclusion-focused design principles, simplified user interfaces, safety-oriented communication tools, or features intended to facilitate participation by elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, users with reduced mobility, or users with limited digital literacy shall not create, expand, increase, or otherwise modify any duty of care, fiduciary obligation, custodial responsibility, protective obligation, healthcare obligation, supervisory responsibility, special relationship, or heightened legal duty on the part of ORO.
Users acknowledge that accessibility features are designed solely to improve usability, platform access, communication efficiency, and technological inclusion.
Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as creating an obligation by ORO to monitor user welfare, evaluate user vulnerability, supervise user conduct, provide personal assistance, guarantee transportation safety, prevent criminal conduct, verify user capacity, or protect any user from risks inherent in real-world interactions involving independent third parties.
2.2 ACCESSIBILITY MISSION, PLATFORM DESIGN PHILOSOPHY, AND USER AUTONOMY
The Platform has been designed around a core accessibility and inclusion philosophy intended to reduce technological barriers commonly experienced by elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, users with reduced mobility, visually impaired individuals, users with limited digital literacy, and users seeking safer or more convenient methods of interacting with digital mobility platforms.
Unlike traditional application architectures that rely extensively on manual screen interaction, multiple navigation layers, complex visual interfaces, and frequent device manipulation, the Platform may incorporate voice-assisted interaction systems, simplified navigation structures, accessibility-oriented workflows, hands-free functionalities, contextual communication tools, and reduced-touch interaction environments intended to facilitate user autonomy and technological accessibility.
The accessibility-oriented design of the Platform is intended solely to improve usability, convenience, inclusion, communication efficiency, and user independence.
Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as creating any representation, warranty, guarantee, certification, or assurance regarding personal safety, crime prevention, accident prevention, transportation outcomes, emergency response effectiveness, user conduct, provider conduct, or the elimination of risks associated with real-world activities.
Users acknowledge that accessibility-enhancing technologies may improve convenience while simultaneously remaining subject to operational limitations, technological constraints, human behavior, environmental conditions, network availability, device functionality, third-party infrastructure, and circumstances beyond ORO’s reasonable control.
Accordingly, the existence of voice-assisted functionalities, accessibility-oriented features, simplified user interfaces, automated communications, estimated arrival information, or reduced-touch interaction systems shall not be interpreted as replacing user judgment, personal responsibility, situational awareness, or independent decision-making.
2.3 NO GUARANTEE OF ACCESSIBILITY OUTCOMES
Because accessibility technologies depend upon multiple factors beyond ORO's reasonable control, including user abilities, device capabilities, operating systems, internet connectivity, third-party infrastructure, language settings, environmental conditions, speech clarity, hardware functionality, and external software dependencies, ORO does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any user will be able to successfully access, operate, navigate, communicate through, or fully utilize the Platform.
Accessibility-related functionalities are intended to improve usability and inclusion but do not constitute guarantees of equal outcomes, universal accessibility, individualized accommodation, successful interaction, transportation access, service completion, communication effectiveness, or user independence.
Users acknowledge that accessibility experiences may vary significantly among individuals and that no accessibility technology can eliminate all technological, environmental, cognitive, physical, linguistic, or operational barriers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO disclaims liability arising from the inability of any user to successfully utilize accessibility-related functionalities due to circumstances beyond ORO's reasonable control.
