These Guidelines are non-exhaustive operational policies intended to support platform integrity and do not create contractual employment obligations, service guarantees, or fiduciary duties between ORO and any user or Provider, except where required by mandatory law.

1. INTRODUCTION AND GLOBAL SCOPE
These Global Community Guidelines (“Guidelines,” “Community Policies,” or “Platform Rules”) govern access to, use of, participation in, and interaction within the technology ecosystem operated by ORO Technologies LLC (“ORO,” “ORO Marketplace,” “the Platform,” or “the Company”).
These Guidelines apply globally to any individual or legal entity that accesses, uses, interacts with, publishes content on, operates services through, participates in, or maintains any relationship with the ORO Platform, including but not limited to:

By accessing or using the Platform, users expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree to be legally bound by these Guidelines.
1A. AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS
Users acknowledge that certain Platform functions may be supported, enhanced or performed through automated technologies, algorithmic systems, artificial intelligence tools, machine-learning models, accessibility systems, safety technologies, fraud detection systems and operational decision-support mechanisms. Such technologies are intended to support Platform operations and do not constitute guarantees of outcomes, performance, accuracy, availability, provider selection, service completion, pricing results, safety outcomes, accessibility outcomes or operational decisions.
Users further acknowledge that automated technologies may rely upon data inputs, third-party information, historical patterns, predictive models, accessibility systems, voice-recognition technologies and other computational methodologies that may contain limitations, delays, inaccuracies, incomplete information or unintended outcomes.
Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as creating any guarantee that automated technologies will function without interruption, error, misclassification, delay, omission, system limitation, algorithmic inconsistency or technological failure.
2. TECHNOLOGICAL NATURE OF ORO
ORO is exclusively a digital technology intermediary platform.

DOES NOT guarantee error-free systems
Drivers and Providers are:

Independent third-party contractors
-
Autonomous operators
-
Independent service providers

Solely responsible for their actions, omissions, conduct, and services
Nothing within the Platform, agreements, communications, or operations shall be interpreted as creating:

Employment relationships
-
Agency relationships
-
Franchises
-
Partnerships
-
Joint ventures
-
Fiduciary relationships
-
Legal representation
-
Employer-employee dependency
-
Corporate affiliation between Providers and ORO
Each Provider acts independently and assumes sole legal, operational, tax, regulatory, civil, and criminal responsibility for their activities.
2A. MARKETPLACE MODEL AND NO SERVICE PROVIDER STATUS
ORO operates exclusively as a technology-enabled marketplace platform that facilitates communications, accessibility-oriented interactions, voice-enabled requests, payment facilitation, user matching, and technological coordination between independent third-party participants.
ORO does not provide transportation services, logistics services, courier services, delivery services, medical transportation services, caregiving services, emergency response services, public safety services, dispatch services, security services, or any other real-world service offered by independent third parties through the Platform.
All transportation, mobility, delivery, logistics, accessibility assistance, or related services are independently offered and performed by third-party Providers acting in their own name, under their own responsibility, and subject to their own regulatory obligations.
The User expressly acknowledges that ORO does not supervise, direct, manage, control, monitor, employ, train, evaluate, or assume responsibility for the operational decisions of independent Providers.
No provision of this Framework shall be interpreted as creating a transportation company relationship, logistics company relationship, agency relationship, employment relationship, joint venture, partnership, franchise relationship, fiduciary relationship, or representative capacity between ORO and any Provider.
ORO functions solely as a technology intermediary and marketplace operator.
2B. NO GUARANTEE OF BACKGROUND CHECKS OR PROVIDER SUITABILITY
ORO may, but is not obligated to, conduct identity verification procedures, document reviews, background checks, eligibility assessments, license verification, insurance reviews, or other screening measures regarding independent Providers.
Any such verification process is limited in scope, may rely upon third-party information sources, and does not constitute:
a certification;
an endorsement;
a guarantee of suitability;
a guarantee of future conduct;
a guarantee of legal compliance;
or a representation that a Provider is safe, qualified, reliable, trustworthy, competent, or fit for any particular purpose.
Users acknowledge that independent Providers remain solely responsible for their conduct and that ORO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing validity of any screening information.
3. FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF THE ORO COMMUNITY
All interactions within ORO Marketplace must adhere to the following fundamental principles:
Respect
Every person must be treated with dignity, inclusion, professionalism, and respect.
Safety
Physical, digital, operational, and technological safety are core priorities of the Platform.
Inclusion
ORO maintains a global policy of universal inclusion and accessibility.
Legality
All users must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Good Faith
The Platform must be used lawfully, ethically, honestly, and responsibly.
Accessibility
ORO promotes accessible technology and inclusive experiences for senior citizens and individuals with disabilities.
3A. NO GUARANTEE OF PROVIDER SUITABILITY
ORO may conduct identity verification procedures, document reviews, eligibility checks, background screenings, license verification, insurance reviews, or other onboarding measures.
Any such review is limited in scope and does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, representation, or warranty regarding a Provider’s safety, suitability, reliability, qualifications, future conduct, legal compliance, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Users acknowledge that Providers remain solely responsible for their own conduct and services.
4. GLOBAL ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
ORO maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against discrimination of any kind.
Discrimination based on any legally protected characteristic is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

ORO reserves the unrestricted right and sole discretion to investigate, evaluate, and enforce corrective measures.
5. SERVICE ANIMALS AND ASSISTIVE DEVICES
Drivers and Providers may NOT deny service to passengers accompanied by:

Canes

Crutches

Walkers

Medical equipment

Mobility devices

Assistive technologies
NO exceptions apply based on:

Allergies

Religious beliefs

Fear of animals

Drivers and Providers:

MAY NOT cancel trips for these reasons

MAY NOT charge additional fees

MAY NOT directly or indirectly discriminate
Service animals:

DO NOT require visible identification unless required by law

DO NOT require registration unless legally mandated
-
DO NOT require documentation except where expressly permitted by law
Discriminatory conduct may result in immediate account deactivation.
6. VOICE TECHNOLOGY AND ACCESSIBILITY SYSTEMS
ORO operates a “Voice-First” platform designed to support universal accessibility.
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Voice recognition systems may contain errors

Automated systems may misinterpret commands
-
Artificial intelligence may generate inaccurate responses
-
Accessibility technologies contain inherent limitations
-
Technological interruptions may occur
-
Speech recognition accuracy may vary based on environmental, linguistic, medical, or technical conditions

Absolute accuracy

Continuous availability
-
Universal compatibility
-
Uninterrupted operation
-
Error-free performance
These technologies:

Are assistive tools only
-
DO NOT replace human judgment

DO NOT replace emergency services

DO NOT guarantee perfect automated decisions
Users remain responsible for independently verifying critical information before acting upon it.
By using voice-enabled features, users expressly consent to the processing of voice inputs for operational, safety, and accessibility purposes.
6A. ACCESSIBILITY DISCLAIMER AND ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY LIMITATIONS
ORO is committed to digital inclusion and accessibility and has developed voice-first technologies intended to improve usability for senior citizens, persons with disabilities, accessibility-dependent users, and individuals with limited technological experience.
However, accessibility tools, voice technologies, AI-assisted functionalities, speech-recognition systems, screen-reader compatibility features, automated accessibility mechanisms, and assistive technologies are inherently subject to technical limitations.
Accessibility performance may vary depending on:
device capabilities;
operating systems;
internet connectivity;
environmental conditions;
language settings;
speech characteristics;
third-party integrations;
hardware limitations;
assistive technology compatibility;
or other technological variables.
ORO does not warrant uninterrupted accessibility, universal compatibility, flawless speech recognition, error-free accessibility functionality, or suitability for every disability, condition, device, language, jurisdiction, or use case.
Accessibility technologies are assistive tools only and do not replace caregivers, guardians, medical professionals, emergency services, support personnel, human supervision, independent judgment, or professional assistance.
Users remain responsible for evaluating whether the Platform is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

ORO may:

Investigate activity

Restrict features

Suspend access

Permanently deactivate accounts

Report conduct to authorities

Cooperate with investigations
7A. DIRECT SERVICE RELATIONSHIP
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any transportation service, delivery service, courier service, accessibility assistance, logistics service, or other service accepted through the Platform is performed by the independent Provider in their own name and under their own responsibility.
ORO does not supervise, direct, control, manage, or assume responsibility for the operational performance of independent Providers.
8. PHYSICAL CONTACT AND SEXUAL MISCONDUCT
The following are strictly prohibited:

Non-consensual physical contact

Sexual misconduct

Sexual comments

Harassment

Intimidation

Unwanted flirting
-
Comments regarding physical appearance

Obscene gestures

Invasive behavior

Sexual assault or coercion
Sexual violence and inappropriate conduct are subject to zero tolerance enforcement.
9. OFF-PLATFORM CONTACT
After a trip or service ends:

Communications must cease unless legally necessary or related to lost property
-
Personal data may NOT be used for unrelated external purposes
-
Unwanted contact is prohibited
The following conduct is prohibited:

Post-trip harassment

Unwanted social media contact
-
Personal visits
-
Unauthorized use of private information
-
Attempts to circumvent Platform protections
10. VEHICLE SAFETY
Drivers and Providers must maintain vehicles in safe, lawful, and operational condition, including but not limited to:

Brakes
-
Lights
-
Tires
-
Seat belts
-
Mirrors
-
Insurance
-
Valid licenses
-
Vehicle registrations
Drivers and Providers bear sole responsibility for vehicle condition, maintenance, compliance, and safety.
11. SEAT BELTS AND MINORS
All occupants must wear seat belts in compliance with applicable law.
Passengers and guardians are responsible for:

Compliance with local laws

Supervision of minors
-
Proper child restraint systems
ORO DOES NOT guarantee:

Proper installation of child seats

Equipment compatibility
-
Safety of third-party equipment
12. DRUGS, ALCOHOL, AND IMPAIRMENT
Operating under the influence of the following is strictly prohibited:

Alcohol
-
Illegal drugs
-
Controlled substances
-
Medication impairing safe operation
Users should immediately contact local emergency services if they believe safety is at risk.
13. WEAPONS PROHIBITION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, carrying the following during use of the Platform or related services is prohibited:

Firearms

Explosives
-
Illegal weapons
-
Dangerous objects or materials
Violations may result in immediate permanent deactivation and referral to authorities.
14. FRAUD AND DECEPTIVE ACTIVITY
The following are prohibited:

Creating false accounts

Altering information

Forging documents

Manipulating algorithms
-
Generating fake trips
-
Fraudulent refund requests
-
False fare claims
-
GPS manipulation
-
Abuse of promotions or incentives
-
Payment fraud
-
Circumvention of Platform systems
ORO may:

Investigate activity

Suspend accounts
-
Share information with authorities
-
Recover losses
-
Initiate legal proceedings
Including false safety reports, fabricated accessibility complaints, or intentionally misleading incident submissions through the Platform or support channels.
15. PRIVACY, VIDEO, AND RECORDINGS
Drivers and users may use recording devices where permitted by applicable law.
Users acknowledge and agree that:

Recordings may be used as evidence

Materials submitted to ORO may be reviewed internally
-
Public distribution of recordings may violate laws or policies
Any content submitted to ORO may be used for:

Investigations
-
Security reviews
-
Regulatory compliance
-
Insurance matters
-
Legal defense of the Platform
-
Fraud prevention
16. EMERGENCIES AND PUBLIC CRISES
During:

Natural disasters

Public health emergencies

Security threats

Government-imposed restrictions
ORO may:

Restrict access

Suspend operations

Limit functionality

Block geographic regions

Apply emergency protocols

Modify Platform operations without notice
ORO does not provide emergency response services, dispatch services, or real-time crisis intervention capabilities. Any safety-related tools within the Platform are supplementary only and do not replace governmental, medical, or emergency authorities.
16A. S.O.S. SAFETY TECHNOLOGY AND THIRD-PARTY EMERGENCY COORDINATION DISCLAIMER
The Platform may include safety-related functionalities, including emergency-assistance features, voice-triggered alerts, location-sharing technologies, emergency contacts, incident reporting systems, safety monitoring tools, and S.O.S. activation mechanisms.
Users expressly acknowledge that ORO does not operate emergency-response centers, public safety agencies, law-enforcement organizations, ambulance services, fire departments, medical dispatch centers, security companies, crisis-intervention services, or emergency communication infrastructure.
Where available, S.O.S. alerts may be transmitted to independent third-party security providers, monitoring entities, emergency-assistance partners, or external service providers operating under separate legal authority and independent responsibility.
Such third-party entities may independently determine whether, when, and how to contact local law-enforcement agencies, emergency responders, governmental authorities, medical services, or public safety organizations.
ORO does not control, supervise, direct, guarantee, or assume responsibility for:
the receipt of alerts;
response times;
communication success;
dispatch decisions;
third-party actions;
government response;
emergency outcomes;
service availability;
or operational performance of external emergency-assistance entities.
The User expressly acknowledges that S.O.S. technologies constitute supplementary safety tools only and shall never be relied upon as emergency-response systems or substitutes for direct contact with governmental emergency services.
In any emergency, Users must immediately contact the appropriate local emergency authorities.
Users acknowledge that activation of an S.O.S. feature does not guarantee that any message, alert, communication, location data, voice transmission, or emergency-related information will be received, reviewed, transmitted, acknowledged, acted upon, or responded to by any person or entity.
17. GLOBAL LEGAL COMPLIANCE
All users must comply with:

The Platform utilizes:

Voice technologies

Machine learning systems
ORO may:

Detect suspicious activity
-
Restrict access
-
Limit functionality

Suspend accounts

Conduct automated reviews

Prioritize safety-based enforcement decisions
Certain decisions may occur:

Automatically
-
Without human intervention
-
Without prior notice where legally permitted
Users acknowledge that voice-based commands may trigger unintended actions due to misrecognition, background noise, speech variation, or system interpretation errors, and agree that ORO shall not be liable for actions executed as a result of such system limitations.
18A. NO DUTY TO MONITOR
ORO does not undertake any general obligation to monitor user activity, communications, transactions, content, conduct, services, accessibility interactions, voice interactions, or marketplace behavior.
The existence of moderation systems, fraud-detection tools, safety technologies, accessibility monitoring mechanisms, AI systems, automated enforcement procedures, reporting channels, or review processes shall not create any duty to actively monitor, investigate, prevent, detect, or eliminate unlawful conduct.
Users remain solely responsible for their own actions and compliance with applicable law.
18B. ALGORITHMIC DECISIONS, MATCHING AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING
The Platform may utilize automated technologies, algorithmic systems, artificial intelligence models, machine-learning tools, accessibility technologies, fraud-detection mechanisms, safety systems, operational analytics, predictive technologies, automated decision-support tools, and other computational processes to facilitate Platform operations.
Such systems may be used for purposes including but not limited to:
matching Users and independent Providers;
trip allocation;
service prioritization;
route optimization;
pricing calculations;
fraud prevention;
identity verification;
risk assessment;
security monitoring;
accessibility functionality;
voice-command processing;
account reviews;
feature eligibility;
incentive calculations;
promotion eligibility;
safety alerts;
operational analytics;
or other Platform-related functions.
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that automated systems may rely upon data inputs, probabilistic models, third-party information, historical patterns, machine-learning outputs, artificial intelligence processes, and other technological methodologies that may contain limitations, inaccuracies, delays, incomplete information, computational errors, or unintended outcomes.
Automated outputs, recommendations, classifications, prioritizations, scores, alerts, restrictions, matching decisions, routing suggestions, risk indicators, fraud assessments, accessibility determinations, safety notifications, or other system-generated results are intended solely as operational tools supporting Platform functionality.
Such outputs do not constitute professional judgments, factual guarantees, certifications, representations, warranties, legal determinations, safety determinations, medical determinations, regulatory determinations, suitability assessments, or assurances regarding future events or outcomes.
ORO does not warrant that any automated system will operate without interruption, bias, inaccuracy, delay, misclassification, false positive result, false negative result, computational limitation, technical defect, machine-learning error, algorithmic inconsistency, data-processing issue, accessibility limitation, voice-recognition error, fraud-detection error, or operational discrepancy.
Users acknowledge that automated systems may produce outcomes that differ from human review, may not consider all circumstances, and may require additional verification, correction, modification, or human evaluation where appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO shall not be liable for decisions, actions, restrictions, recommendations, classifications, prioritizations, alerts, risk assessments, matching results, pricing calculations, routing outputs, safety determinations, accessibility outcomes, fraud assessments, account limitations, account suspensions, account reviews, operational decisions, or other consequences arising directly or indirectly from the use of automated technologies, artificial intelligence systems, algorithmic processes, machine-learning models, or decision-support mechanisms.
Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as creating any right to a specific algorithmic outcome, matching result, provider assignment, pricing determination, ranking position, account status, service availability level, automated recommendation, accessibility outcome, safety outcome, or operational result.
19. GLOBAL LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Accidents
-
Indirect damages
-
Lost profits
-
Economic losses
-
Technological errors
-
Service interruptions
-
Voice-recognition failures
-
Accessibility limitations
-
Emotional distress
-
Internet failures
-
GPS inaccuracies
-
Force majeure events
-
Actions of independent Providers
-
Third-party technology failures
-
Unauthorized acts by users
USE OF THE PLATFORM OCCURS AT THE USER’S OWN RISK, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
ORO does not guarantee the suitability, safety, behavior, identity verification accuracy, or real-world performance of any independent Provider, user, or third party interacting through the Platform.
19A. AGGREGATE LIABILITY CAP
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS, LICENSORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM, ITS SERVICES, TECHNOLOGIES, ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES, VOICE SYSTEMS, SAFETY FEATURES, OR THESE GUIDELINES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO ORO THROUGH THE PLATFORM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
(B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and regardless of whether ORO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
19B. FORCE MAJEURE
ORO shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, degradation, suspension, or inability to provide Platform functionality resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including:
natural disasters;
acts of God;
pandemics;
public emergencies;
cyberattacks;
telecommunications failures;
internet outages;
power interruptions;
government actions;
civil unrest;
labor disputes;
third-party infrastructure failures;
cloud-service interruptions;
or other force majeure events.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
All users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ORO Technologies LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, successors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, investigations, penalties, fines, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

Misuse of the Platform

Violations of law
-
Illegal conduct
-

ORO has no obligation to maintain continuous commercial availability of the Platform.

ORO may cooperate with:

Such cooperation may occur when:

All ORO Marketplace content, including but not limited to:

Trademarks

Proprietary technology
are the exclusive property of ORO Technologies LLC or its licensors.
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization:

23A. USER CONTENT LICENSE
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit to the Platform.
However, by submitting, uploading, transmitting, recording, or otherwise providing content to ORO, the User grants ORO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, analyze, display, modify, distribute, and use such content for:
Platform operations;
fraud prevention;
security purposes;
accessibility functionality;
customer support;
legal compliance;
regulatory obligations;
service improvement;
and dispute resolution.
This license survives termination to the extent reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, or evidentiary purposes.
24. GLOBAL INTERPRETATION
These Guidelines shall be interpreted:

In favor of their validity and enforceability

Never against ORO based on contractual ambiguity
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable:

Remaining provisions shall remain fully effective

The broadest lawful interpretation shall apply
24A. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, APP STORE COMPLIANCE AND PLATFORM DISTRIBUTION
The Platform may be distributed through mobile application marketplaces, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Users acknowledge that Apple Inc., Google LLC, and their affiliated entities are not responsible for the Platform, its operation, content, maintenance, support services, dispute resolution, accessibility functionality, safety features, or regulatory compliance obligations.
ORO remains solely responsible for compliance obligations applicable to the Platform.
Nothing within this Framework shall be interpreted as granting any rights against Apple, Google, or any third-party distribution platform except as required under applicable marketplace rules.
25. FINAL LEGAL NOTICE
These Guidelines form an integral part of:

By using the Platform, every user:

Expressly accepts these Guidelines

Acknowledges the independent technological nature of ORO

Acknowledges that Providers are independent third parties

Waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, claims inconsistent with these policies

Accepts that ORO acts solely as a digital technology intermediary platform
25A. NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES
Nothing contained within these Guidelines shall be interpreted as creating rights, remedies, causes of action, warranties, obligations, or benefits in favor of any third party.
These Guidelines are intended solely for the benefit of ORO and the applicable Platform participant.
No third party shall be deemed a beneficiary of these Guidelines except where expressly required by applicable law.
25B. DISPUTE RESOLUTION REFERENCE
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Guidelines shall be governed by the dispute-resolution procedures, arbitration provisions, class-action waivers, forum-selection clauses, and governing-law provisions contained within the ORO Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.
