In the event of conflict, the Platform Terms and Conditions and mandatory applicable law shall prevail to the maximum extent legally permitted.
By accessing, downloading, registering for, interacting with, or using the Platform in any capacity, users expressly acknowledge and agree that voice interaction systems, accessibility technologies, assistive functionalities, and artificial intelligence processing mechanisms constitute core operational components of the Platform and are essential to the functioning of ORO’s digital ecosystem.
1. GLOBAL APPLICABILITY, CORPORATE STRUCTURE AND ACCESSIBILITY POSITIONING
This Policy applies globally to all individuals and entities interacting with the Platform ecosystem, including but not limited to:

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating specialized healthcare, caregiving, supervision, fiduciary, transportation safety, or emergency-response obligations beyond those expressly required under applicable law.
1.1 NO RELIANCE ON ACCESSIBILITY TECHNOLOGIES
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that accessibility technologies, voice-enabled systems, artificial intelligence functionalities, automated interaction environments, and inclusion-oriented features made available through the Platform are supplementary technological tools only and shall not be relied upon as substitutes for human judgment, supervision, emergency assistance, healthcare services, caregiving support, transportation safety verification, or legally required accessibility accommodations.
Users further acknowledge that individual capabilities, disabilities, medical conditions, cognitive limitations, environmental conditions, technological restrictions, and third-party service variables may materially affect Platform performance and accessibility outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO disclaims any liability arising from user reliance on automated accessibility systems, AI-generated outputs, voice recognition technologies, or inclusion-related functionalities beyond the scope of the Platform’s intended technological purpose.

Users acknowledge that automated systems may operate without direct human review or intervention where legally permissible.

5.1 THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE DISCLAIMER
The Platform may depend on third-party infrastructure, including but not limited to cloud computing services, telecommunications networks, operating systems, device manufacturers, artificial intelligence providers, accessibility engines, voice-processing technologies, APIs, mapping systems, hosting providers, and external software environments.
ORO does not control and shall not be responsible for interruptions, inaccuracies, delays, outages, incompatibilities, security incidents, accessibility limitations, or operational failures arising from third-party technological infrastructure.
Users acknowledge that the functionality, availability, and performance of voice-based and accessibility-related systems may be affected by factors outside ORO’s reasonable control.
5.2 NO AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING GUARANTEE
Artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, automated workflows, algorithmic tools, and voice-processing technologies utilized by ORO are designed to assist operational functionality, accessibility, fraud prevention, safety analysis, platform integrity, and service optimization.
Users acknowledge and agree that automated systems may contribute to recommendations, risk assessments, prioritization mechanisms, accessibility adaptations, fraud detection activities, content moderation processes, account reviews, or operational workflows.
However, nothing in the Platform shall be interpreted as guaranteeing that decisions affecting users are made exclusively by automated systems.
Where required by applicable law, ORO may implement human review processes, appeal mechanisms, compliance safeguards, or additional verification procedures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, users acknowledge that automated systems may produce different outputs, recommendations, classifications, or interpretations based upon available information, operational requirements, risk factors, technological limitations, or evolving system functionality.

Certain Platform functionalities may utilize generative artificial intelligence technologies capable of producing automated responses, recommendations, summaries, interpretations, transcriptions, translations, accessibility assistance, conversational outputs, or other machine-generated content.
Users expressly acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, misunderstandings, hallucinations, outdated information, incomplete context, or unintended outputs.
AI-generated information is provided solely for informational, accessibility, operational, or convenience purposes and shall not be construed as professional, legal, medical, financial, emergency, regulatory, transportation, safety, or governmental advice.
Users remain solely responsible for independently verifying information before relying upon or acting on any AI-generated output.
6. USER CONSENT FOR VOICE PROCESSING AND ACCESSIBILITY FUNCTIONALITY
By accessing or using the Platform, users expressly provide informed, explicit, ongoing, and legally sufficient consent, where required by applicable law, for the processing of voice-related and accessibility-related data necessary for operation of the Platform.

Users shall not rely upon artificial intelligence systems, automated accessibility tools, voice-processing technologies, speech-recognition systems, conversational interfaces, or automated assistance functionalities as substitutes for emergency services, law enforcement agencies, medical providers, caregivers, transportation safety measures, or human supervision.
In situations involving imminent danger, medical emergencies, criminal activity, public safety threats, or urgent assistance needs, users must immediately contact the appropriate emergency services or competent authorities.
ORO does not guarantee that AI systems, accessibility tools, voice technologies, or automated communication features will function accurately, continuously, or in time-sensitive situations.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Accordingly, ORO reserves the unrestricted right to adapt, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any accessibility functionality, AI-related feature, voice-processing capability, operational workflow, or technological component where necessary for legal compliance, security, operational integrity, risk mitigation, or technological evolution purposes.
