Users acknowledge that voice-recognition systems may:
misinterpret addresses;
misidentify locations;
confuse similar-sounding locations;
incorrectly process spoken instructions;
fail to recognize speech;
misinterpret accents;
misinterpret accessibility-related speech patterns;

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and confirming location information before relying upon any voice-generated result.
6. THIRD-PARTY MAPPING SERVICES
The Platform may utilize mapping, navigation and routing services provided by independent third parties.
Such providers may include:
Google Maps;
Apple Maps;
Waze;
Mapbox;
OpenStreetMap;
or other third-party providers.
ORO does not control, manage, operate, verify or guarantee the accuracy of third-party mapping information.
Any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, outdated information, service interruptions, routing issues, navigation failures or other deficiencies originating from third-party systems shall remain the responsibility of the applicable third party.
7. ROUTING AND NAVIGATION LIMITATIONS
Routes displayed by the Platform may be generated through automated systems, mapping technologies, artificial intelligence systems, accessibility technologies or third-party navigation services.
Users acknowledge that routes may not always be:
the shortest route;
the safest route;
the fastest route;
the most accessible route;
the most efficient route;
or the preferred route.
Road conditions, traffic conditions, weather conditions, construction zones, local restrictions, temporary closures, emergencies and other circumstances may affect routing results.
Users must exercise independent judgment while navigating.
8. ACCESSIBILITY-RELATED LOCATION LIMITATIONS
ORO may provide accessibility-oriented features intended to improve location usability for users with disabilities, elderly users or individuals requiring assistance.
Such technologies are designed to facilitate usability but do not guarantee:
accessibility outcomes;
successful navigation;
safe arrival;
physical accessibility;
route suitability;
provider accommodations;
or individualized accessibility results.
Accessibility-support technologies may contain limitations and may not correctly identify all accessibility barriers or environmental conditions.
8A. ACCESSIBILITY ROUTING AND LOCATION LIMITATIONS
Users acknowledge that accessibility-related routing, navigation, mapping and location-support technologies may not identify all physical, architectural, environmental, transportation, infrastructure or accessibility-related barriers.
The Platform does not guarantee that routes, destinations, pickup locations, drop-off points, buildings, sidewalks, transportation hubs, entrances, exits, elevators, ramps, parking areas or other locations will be accessible, barrier-free, disability-compliant or suitable for any specific accessibility requirement.
Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating the suitability, safety and accessibility of any location, route or destination.
9. SOS LOCATION LIMITATIONS
The Platform may provide optional emergency-related features, including SOS functionality.
Users acknowledge that emergency-related location information may be affected by:
device limitations;
network interruptions;
GPS inaccuracies;
signal loss;
battery failure;
mapping errors;
software issues;
voice-recognition errors;
third-party system failures;
or other circumstances beyond ORO's control.
The existence of an SOS feature does not guarantee successful location transmission, emergency response, emergency dispatch, emergency assistance, emergency intervention or emergency outcomes.
10. THIRD-PARTY EMERGENCY RESPONSE DEPENDENCIES
Where available, SOS-related information may be transmitted to independent third-party emergency response providers, security partners, designated contacts or other external entities.
ORO does not control:
emergency agencies;
law enforcement agencies;
medical responders;
security companies;
dispatch centers;
government entities;
or emergency-response providers.
ORO assumes no responsibility for delays, failures, errors, omissions or actions of third-party emergency responders.
10A. NO GUARANTEE OF EMERGENCY LOCATION ACCURACY
Users acknowledge that emergency-related location information transmitted through SOS functionality may differ from the user's actual physical location.
Factors including GPS drift, signal interference, device limitations, satellite positioning errors, mapping inaccuracies, environmental conditions, network latency, software limitations and third-party system failures may affect emergency-location accuracy.
ORO does not warrant that emergency responders, security providers, designated contacts or third parties will receive an exact, current or accurate location.
11. DEVICE AND NETWORK DEPENDENCIES
Location-related services depend upon:
device hardware;
GPS hardware;
mobile operating systems;
internet connectivity;
cellular networks;
Wi-Fi networks;
device settings;
battery levels;
permissions granted by users;
third-party technologies;
and other external factors.
Location services may be degraded, interrupted or unavailable when any of these factors are impaired.
