Global Accessibility, Voice‑Assisted Mobility, Assistive Support, Inclusion and Platform Protection Legal Framework

This Global Service Animals, Assistive Devices, Accessibility, Inclusion and Non‑Discrimination Policy (the “Policy”) constitutes a legally binding component of the global legal, operational, technological, accessibility, compliance, safety, risk‑allocation, and platform‑governance framework governing the digital technology ecosystem operated by ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, controlled entities, contractors, independent operators, technology providers, security partners, international affiliates, and authorized commercial participants operating under the ORO corporate structure (collectively, “ORO,” the “Company,” the “Platform,” or the “ORO Corporate Group”).
This Policy establishes the global legal framework governing accessibility‑related functionalities, voice‑assisted interaction systems, service animal interactions, assistive device transportation, accessibility accommodations, inclusion‑oriented digital features, mobility‑support functionalities, non‑discrimination standards, and related technological tools made available through the Platform.
This Policy shall be interpreted jointly with, and forms an inseparable component of, ORO’s broader global legal architecture, including without limitation the:
Terms and Conditions; Privacy Policy; Accessibility, Voice Technology & Artificial Intelligence Policy; Driver Terms and Conditions; Safety Frameworks; Community Standards; Payments, Fees and Financial Flow Policy; Emergency & S.O.S. Escalation Policy; Data Governance Policies; Security Policies; and any additional legal documentation, operational standards, compliance frameworks, or platform rules published by ORO.
In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Platform Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions and any mandatory applicable law shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Platform operates exclusively as a technology platform and digital intermediation system. ORO does not provide transportation services, emergency response services, healthcare services, caregiving services, accessibility supervision services, medical transportation services, animal handling services, mobility assistance services, security operations, dispatch services, logistics services, or operational transportation management.
All transportation‑related, accessibility‑related, safety‑related, mobility‑related, or assistance‑related services available through the Platform are independently offered and independently performed by unrelated third‑party providers operating under their own operational control, licensing structures, insurance coverage, legal authority, regulatory obligations, professional judgment, and independent risk allocation.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating:
an employment relationship; a joint venture; a partnership; a fiduciary duty; a custodial obligation; a special relationship; a heightened duty of care; a supervised transportation relationship; an accessibility certification obligation; emergency response obligations; healthcare obligations; transportation operator liability; or any operational responsibility by ORO for real‑world transportation execution or third‑party conduct.
1. GLOBAL APPLICABILITY, CORPORATE STRUCTURE AND TECHNOLOGY INTERMEDIARY STATUS
This Policy applies globally to all individuals and entities accessing, interacting with, relying upon, or otherwise participating in the Platform ecosystem, including without limitation:
passengers; elderly individuals; persons with disabilities; users requiring accessibility support; users relying on voice‑assisted interaction systems; independent drivers; couriers; transportation providers; companions; caregivers; family representatives; contractors; security partners; accessibility participants; service animal handlers; assistive device users; and any third party interacting with the Platform’s accessibility‑related systems or voice‑enabled infrastructure.
ORO operates under a decentralized multinational holding structure in which affiliated entities may operate independently while sharing certain technological infrastructure, accessibility architecture, voice‑processing systems, AI systems, compliance protocols, payment systems, security tools, data governance frameworks, and operational standards.
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that ORO functions solely as a digital intermediary platform facilitating technological connectivity between independent participants and does not directly supervise or control real‑world transportation activities, accessibility accommodations, animal handling, emergency coordination outcomes, or provider decision‑making.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Users agree that no reliance shall be placed upon ORO as:
a transportation carrier; common carrier; mobility operator; accessibility provider; emergency response entity; medical transportation company; healthcare provider; public safety authority; caregiving organization; animal transportation supervisor; or managed transportation service provider.
2. ACCESSIBILITY‑FIRST, INCLUSION‑FIRST AND VOICE‑FIRST PLATFORM PHILOSOPHY
ORO maintains an accessibility‑first and voice‑first technological philosophy intended to facilitate broader digital inclusion and reduce technological barriers affecting:
elderly individuals; persons with disabilities; users with reduced mobility; visually impaired individuals; users with cognitive limitations; individuals with limited digital literacy; and users requiring simplified interaction systems or voice‑enabled functionality.
The Platform may incorporate accessibility‑oriented technological tools and inclusion‑focused digital functionalities including, without limitation:
voice‑command systems; speech‑recognition technologies; AI‑assisted interaction systems; simplified navigation workflows; accessibility support categories; voice‑enabled communication systems; contextual speech processing; hands‑free interaction models; accessibility preference settings; and compatibility efforts involving assistive technologies.
Such functionalities are intended solely to facilitate technological usability and digital accessibility participation.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as:
a guarantee of universal accessibility; a guarantee of uninterrupted accessibility performance; a guarantee of provider training; a representation of complete compatibility with all assistive technologies; a certification of accessibility compliance; a guarantee of successful accommodation outcomes; or an assumption by ORO of operational accessibility liability.
Accessibility functionality and inclusion‑related features may vary significantly depending on:
jurisdiction; regional infrastructure; provider participation; third‑party systems; telecommunications networks; hardware limitations; connectivity conditions; environmental factors; local regulations; language availability; device capability; software compatibility; AI limitations; or external operational circumstances beyond ORO’s control.
2A. DIGITAL INCLUSION OBJECTIVES, VOICE-FIRST DESIGN PHILOSOPHY AND USER-CONTROLLED INTERACTION MODEL
ORO was designed under a global accessibility-first, inclusion-oriented, and voice-first technological philosophy intended to reduce technological barriers commonly experienced by elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, visually impaired users, individuals with reduced mobility, users with limited digital literacy, and users who prefer simplified interaction methods.
The Platform's voice-enabled architecture seeks to reduce dependence on complex touchscreen navigation, multiple menu layers, repetitive manual interactions, visually intensive workflows, and other technological barriers that may affect usability for certain users.
As part of this design philosophy, the Platform may incorporate voice-assisted functionalities, spoken confirmations, voice-triggered interactions, automated verbal notifications, accessibility-oriented workflows, simplified communication tools, and other interaction mechanisms intended to facilitate user participation within the technological environment of the Platform.
ORO's voice-first design is intended solely to provide an alternative method of interacting with Platform functionalities and does not constitute a representation, warranty, certification, guarantee, or promise that use of voice-enabled features will:
eliminate distractions;
prevent accidents;
prevent theft;
prevent criminal activity;
prevent misconduct;
prevent user error;
eliminate accessibility barriers;
guarantee transportation safety;
guarantee successful communication;
guarantee independence;
guarantee accessibility outcomes;
or eliminate risks associated with real-world transportation activity.
Users remain solely responsible for exercising independent judgment, complying with applicable laws, maintaining awareness of their surroundings, protecting their personal safety, safeguarding personal property, evaluating transportation arrangements, and determining whether Platform functionalities are appropriate for their individual circumstances.
The availability of voice-assisted functionality shall not be interpreted as creating any heightened duty of care, supervision obligation, monitoring responsibility, accessibility guarantee, safety guarantee, protective obligation, or special legal relationship on the part of ORO.
Nothing in the Platform, this Policy, any marketing material, accessibility-related statement, inclusion-related communication, voice-first description, accessibility-first reference, or technological feature shall be interpreted as a certification, representation, warranty, or guarantee that the Platform complies with any specific accessibility standard, accessibility certification framework, technical accessibility benchmark, governmental accessibility requirement, disability accommodation requirement, WCAG standard, ADA requirement, EN 301 549 framework, or equivalent accessibility framework unless expressly stated by ORO in a separate written legal instrument.
3. SERVICE ANIMALS, GUIDE ANIMALS, SUPPORT ANIMALS AND ACCESSIBILITY‑RELATED ANIMAL INTERACTIONS
The Platform may be used by individuals traveling with service animals, guide animals, mobility assistance animals, psychiatric service animals, support animals, or other accessibility‑related animals where permitted or recognized under applicable law.
For purposes of Platform interaction, a “service animal” generally refers to an animal individually trained to assist a person with a disability; however, Users expressly acknowledge that legal definitions, documentation requirements, accommodation standards, certifications, classifications, rights, obligations, and regulatory interpretations may vary substantially across jurisdictions.
ORO does not:
certify service animals; verify disability status; maintain service animal registries; supervise animal transportation; validate legal classifications; inspect animals; evaluate behavioral suitability; provide animal handling services; or guarantee provider acceptance, accommodation, compatibility, or transportation outcomes involving animals.
Any representation regarding a service animal, support animal, accessibility requirement, or accommodation request is made exclusively between independent Users and independent third‑party providers.
Drivers and providers are expected to comply with applicable non‑discrimination laws and accessibility regulations to the extent required by applicable local law.
Where permitted by applicable law, providers may ask only legally authorized questions regarding service animals and may not request documentation beyond what mandatory law expressly permits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO disclaims all liability arising from or related to:
service animal disputes; accommodation disagreements; transportation refusal disputes; allergic reactions; animal behavior; injuries caused by animals; sanitation disputes; emotional distress; property damage; third‑party conduct; regulatory noncompliance; provider decisions; accessibility misunderstandings; or incidents occurring during transportation interactions involving animals.
Users transporting animals remain solely responsible for:
animal supervision; lawful restraint; containment; hygiene; vaccinations where required; behavioral control; regulatory compliance; transportation suitability; and any damages, contamination, injuries, or incidents caused by the animal.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating operational supervision obligations by ORO regarding animal interactions occurring in the physical world.
4. ASSISTIVE DEVICES, MOBILITY EQUIPMENT, ACCESSIBILITY SUPPORT ITEMS AND SPECIAL TRANSPORT NEEDS
Users may transport assistive devices and accessibility‑related equipment through transportation services facilitated by the Platform, including without limitation:
wheelchairs; walkers; mobility scooters; prosthetic devices; crutches; canes; oxygen support accessories; hearing‑assistance devices; visual support tools; child restraint systems; accessibility hardware; and related mobility or assistive equipment.
However, Users expressly acknowledge and agree that:
ORO does not own, inspect, certify, supervise, maintain, or guarantee vehicles; ORO does not verify transportation compatibility; ORO does not supervise loading or unloading procedures; ORO does not provide physical assistance personnel; ORO does not guarantee secure transportation of equipment; and ORO does not provide medical, mobility, lifting, caregiving, or handling services.
Vehicle compatibility, loading feasibility, accessibility adaptations, provider capability, and transportation suitability may vary significantly depending on vehicle size, provider participation, local operational conditions, infrastructure limitations, and independent third‑party decision‑making.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO disclaims all liability arising from:
equipment damage; accessibility limitations; transportation incompatibility; loading or unloading incidents; improperly secured devices; storage failures; provider refusal; equipment malfunction; bodily injury; or any accessibility‑related transportation issue involving assistive devices or mobility equipment.
All risks associated with transportation, installation, compatibility, handling, securing, storage, and use of assistive devices are voluntarily assumed by Users and independent providers.
5. ACCESSIBILITY‑ORIENTED SERVICE CATEGORIES, PROVIDER REPRESENTATIONS AND SPECIAL SERVICE DESIGNATIONS
The Platform may include optional service categories, filters, labels, identifiers, or accessibility‑related designations intended to facilitate identification of providers who may voluntarily indicate certain accessibility‑related capabilities.
Such categories may reference:
wheelchair accessibility; inclusive transportation; elderly assistance; voice‑assisted interaction; accessibility‑oriented vehicles; assistive transport compatibility; expanded interior space; accessibility modifications; or mobility support functionality.
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that such categories:
are informational only; may be provider‑generated; may be self‑declared; do not constitute certification; do not constitute endorsement; do not create enhanced legal duties; do not guarantee regulatory compliance; do not guarantee provider qualifications; and do not create warranties regarding accessibility performance, transportation suitability, or accommodation outcomes.
ORO does not independently verify, inspect, supervise, endorse, certify, or guarantee:
vehicle accessibility; provider qualifications; accessibility modifications; provider training; disability compliance; maintenance standards; transportation suitability; or specialized accommodation capability.
Users remain solely responsible for independently determining whether any provider, vehicle, service category, or transportation arrangement is suitable for their individual accessibility, medical, mobility, cognitive, or transportation needs.
ORO reserves the unrestricted right to modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, redesign, or remove any accessibility‑related category or service designation at any time without prior notice.
6. VOICE TECHNOLOGY, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS, ACCESSIBILITY TOOLS AND AUTOMATED INTERACTION LIMITATIONS
Because the Platform operates under a voice‑first and accessibility‑oriented technological architecture, Users expressly acknowledge that Platform interactions may involve:
voice recognition systems; speech‑processing technologies; machine‑learning systems; AI‑assisted interaction models; automated interpretation tools; contextual language systems; predictive systems; cloud‑based processing; automated routing technologies; and accessibility‑oriented digital interaction tools.
Users expressly acknowledge that such technologies are probabilistic systems subject to:
misinterpretation; incomplete speech recognition; latency; environmental interference; accent variability; cognitive variability; background noise; unintended activation; connectivity interruptions; device limitations; cloud infrastructure interruptions; algorithmic limitations; contextual inaccuracies; translation limitations; hallucinations; automated processing errors; and technological failures.
ORO does not guarantee:
real‑time accuracy; uninterrupted functionality; successful execution of commands; complete reliability; uninterrupted accessibility availability; emergency‑grade performance; compatibility with all assistive technologies; or elimination of accessibility barriers.
Voice‑enabled systems and AI functionalities are designed solely as accessibility and usability support tools and shall not be interpreted as safety‑critical systems, emergency dispatch systems, medical systems, or supervised care systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO disclaims all liability arising from:
voice recognition errors; AI hallucinations; delayed responses; inaccurate automated outputs; accessibility system interruptions; technological malfunctions; contextual interpretation failures; cloud routing failures; telecommunications disruptions; or any reliance placed upon automated accessibility or voice‑based functionality.
6A. PRE-TRIP COMMUNICATIONS, ARRIVAL INFORMATION, MEETING-POINT COORDINATION AND ACCESSIBILITY COMMUNICATION TOOLS
The Platform may provide communication functionalities intended to facilitate voluntary coordination between independent users and independent transportation providers regarding pickup locations, meeting points, estimated arrival information, accessibility-related transportation needs, route coordination, and transportation-related communications.
Such functionalities may include, without limitation:
arrival notifications;
distance indicators;
estimated arrival times;
voice-generated arrival announcements;
location-sharing tools;
quick-message systems;
voice-assisted communications;
pickup-point coordination tools;
meeting-point communications;
accessibility-related transportation communications;
and other communication functionalities intended to facilitate transportation coordination.
These functionalities are provided solely as informational and technological communication tools.
ORO does not direct, supervise, recommend, approve, designate, validate, monitor, guarantee, control, inspect, certify, or assume responsibility for:
any meeting point;
pickup location;
drop-off location;
waiting area;
transportation arrangement;
communication exchange;
accessibility arrangement;
user decision;
provider decision;
routing decision;
or real-world interaction.
All users and independent transportation providers remain solely responsible for evaluating, selecting, confirming, approaching, accessing, entering, leaving, and utilizing any pickup location, meeting point, transportation arrangement, accessibility accommodation, or communication exchange.
Users are solely responsible for independently assessing whether any pickup location, meeting point, waiting area, route, access point, surrounding environment, traffic condition, physical location, or transportation-related area is safe, lawful, accessible, appropriate, and suitable for their individual circumstances. ORO does not inspect, verify, evaluate, monitor, recommend, or guarantee the safety, accessibility, legality, condition, suitability, or security of any physical location identified through the Platform.
Estimated arrival information, distance calculations, geolocation indicators, mapping information, automated notifications, voice announcements, and related informational outputs are generated through technological systems that may be affected by connectivity interruptions, geolocation inaccuracies, telecommunications failures, mapping errors, environmental conditions, traffic conditions, third-party infrastructure, device limitations, artificial intelligence systems, and factors outside ORO's reasonable control.
Accordingly, ORO does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, suitability, accessibility, completeness, or timeliness of any arrival information, communication functionality, geolocation output, meeting-point information, or transportation-related coordination tool.
The existence of communication tools, arrival notifications, quick-message systems, voice-assisted coordination features, accessibility communication mechanisms, or meeting-point functionalities shall not be interpreted as creating any duty of supervision, transportation responsibility, safety obligation, accessibility guarantee, monitoring duty, emergency-response obligation, custodial relationship, or special duty of care on the part of ORO.
7. NON‑DISCRIMINATION PRINCIPLES, ACCESSIBILITY EXPECTATIONS AND PLATFORM CONDUCT STANDARDS
ORO supports principles of:
digital inclusion; accessibility awareness; equal technological participation; dignity; non‑discriminatory access; and accessibility‑oriented technological usability.
Providers and Users are expected to comply with applicable accessibility laws, anti‑discrimination regulations, and Platform conduct standards.
To the extent required under applicable law, providers may not unlawfully refuse transportation services solely on the basis of legally protected disabilities or legally protected service animal status.
However, Users expressly acknowledge and agree that ORO does not control independent provider behavior in real time and cannot guarantee legal compliance, transportation acceptance, interpersonal conduct, accessibility outcomes, or third‑party behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO shall not be liable for:
discriminatory conduct by third parties; provider refusal disputes; interpersonal conflicts; harassment; accessibility misunderstandings; independent provider decisions; accommodation disagreements; or conduct occurring outside ORO’s direct technological systems.
ORO reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate complaints and apply internal enforcement measures including:
warnings; account restrictions; temporary suspensions; permanent deactivation; transaction limitations; fraud‑prevention measures; evidence preservation; legal escalation; or referral to competent authorities.
Such actions do not constitute operational supervision, assumption of legal responsibility, or creation of any special duty of care.
8. NO MEDICAL SERVICES, NO CARE SERVICES, NO ACCESSIBILITY GUARANTEE AND NO EMERGENCY RESPONSE OBLIGATIONS
The Platform is not:
a healthcare platform; ambulance provider; emergency dispatch system; emergency response organization; assisted living service; caregiving provider; medical transportation company; nursing service; public safety authority; life‑support transportation service; accessibility supervision organization; or clinical monitoring platform.
Users expressly acknowledge that:
ORO does not provide medical monitoring; does not provide emergency personnel; does not supervise vulnerable individuals; does not provide physical assistance; does not guarantee accessibility outcomes; does not provide emergency transportation; and does not replace emergency response systems or professional medical services.
Users who are elderly, disabled, medically vulnerable, cognitively impaired, dependent upon assistance, traveling alone, or requiring supervision remain solely responsible for obtaining any caregiver, companion, guardian, family support, medical assistance, supervision, or protective services they may require. ORO does not provide monitoring, guardianship, caregiving, welfare checks, supervision, accompaniment, personal assistance, or protective oversight and shall not be responsible for determining whether any user is capable of traveling independently.
The Platform must not be relied upon for:
life‑threatening emergencies; urgent medical situations; clinical supervision; crisis intervention; emergency response coordination; or situations requiring professional medical or emergency assistance.
In emergency situations, Users must immediately contact official local emergency authorities.
The Platform may incorporate optional S.O.S. or emergency escalation functionalities intended solely as technological communication mechanisms.
ORO does not receive, review, evaluate, investigate, verify, monitor, prioritize, dispatch, respond to, or manage emergency events. Emergency-related information may be transmitted through technological integrations to independent third-party security providers operating under separate legal, contractual, operational, and regulatory frameworks. Any decision to contact law-enforcement agencies, emergency responders, medical providers, governmental authorities, or security personnel is made exclusively by such third parties and not by ORO.
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that:
S.O.S. alerts may be routed to independent third‑party security providers or external monitoring entities operating under separate legal, contractual, operational, technological, and regulatory frameworks; ORO does not operate emergency call centers; ORO does not supervise governmental authorities; ORO does not control emergency responders; and ORO does not guarantee emergency intervention, dispatch, response times, successful communication, or safety outcomes.
All emergency‑related functionality depends upon:
telecommunications networks; cloud infrastructure; GPS availability; device functionality; internet connectivity; third‑party systems; regional emergency infrastructure; and external operational conditions that may experience delays, failures, inaccuracies, interruptions, or total unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO disclaims all liability arising from:
emergency response delays; emergency system failures; provider unavailability; medical deterioration; security incidents; S.O.S. communication failures; geolocation inaccuracies; emergency escalation errors; third‑party security provider actions; governmental actions or inaction; or misuse of the Platform in emergency contexts.
8A. NO SPECIAL DUTY TOWARD VULNERABLE USERS
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that the existence of accessibility-oriented features, voice-assisted functionalities, inclusion-focused tools, service animal accommodations, accessibility categories, assistive-device compatibility indicators, or communications relating to accessibility shall not create any heightened duty of care, special relationship, custodial obligation, supervisory obligation, fiduciary duty, protective obligation, or enhanced legal responsibility on the part of ORO toward any user, including elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, minors traveling with authorized adults, medically vulnerable individuals, cognitively impaired individuals, or users requiring assistance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ORO owes the same limited platform-related obligations to all users regardless of disability status, accessibility needs, age, health condition, mobility limitations, or use of accessibility-related features.
9. PROVIDER STATUS, OPERATIONAL INDEPENDENCE, REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITY AND THIRD‑PARTY STRUCTURE
All transportation services facilitated through the Platform are independently performed by third‑party providers operating under their own legal authority and independent operational control.
Providers are solely responsible for:
vehicle operation; transportation execution; accessibility obligations imposed by local law; licensing; permits; insurance coverage; route selection; operational safety; accommodation obligations; vehicle maintenance; regulatory compliance; and all decisions made during transportation activities.
ORO does not supervise, direct, control, or manage:
drivers; couriers; transportation execution; provider conduct; emergency response actions; acceptance or refusal decisions; accessibility accommodations; vehicle conditions; operational procedures; or third‑party security provider conduct.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating:
employment relationships; agency relationships; joint ventures; transportation operator status; emergency response obligations; managed transportation responsibilities; or supervisory control over third‑party operations.
10. DATA PROCESSING, ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION, GEOLOCATION AND PRIVACY INTEGRATION
Accessibility‑related information, voice interactions, assistive device references, geolocation data, service animal references, accessibility preferences, emergency escalation interactions, communication logs, and related technological interactions may involve the processing of personal information.
Such processing shall be governed by the applicable:
Privacy Policy; Data Governance Framework; Security Policies; international privacy standards; GDPR‑related requirements; CCPA‑related requirements; and other applicable data protection regulations.
Users expressly acknowledge that accessibility‑related interactions may involve:
temporary voice processing; cloud routing; automated analysis; AI‑assisted interpretation; geolocation processing; emergency‑related routing; fraud‑prevention systems; security monitoring; communication analysis; metadata processing; and interoperability with third‑party infrastructure.
ORO implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect Platform integrity and user information; however, no technological environment, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications network, AI system, or digital platform can be guaranteed as fully secure, uninterrupted, or immune from unauthorized access or operational disruption.
11. ASSUMPTION OF RISK, LIMITATION OF RELIANCE AND USER RESPONSIBILITY
By accessing or using the Platform, Users expressly acknowledge and agree that transportation services, accessibility interactions, voice‑based technologies, AI systems, and third‑party transportation activities inherently involve risks.
Such risks may include without limitation:
vehicle accidents; accessibility limitations; provider misconduct; transportation delays; technological failures; emergency escalation failures; service animal incidents; assistive device handling issues; third‑party conduct; environmental hazards; inaccurate voice interpretation; geolocation inaccuracies; telecommunications interruptions; and real‑world operational conditions beyond ORO’s control.
Users voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks.
Users remain solely responsible for:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Users agree that no reliance shall be placed upon the Platform as:
a guaranteed accessibility solution; emergency system; healthcare system; supervised transportation service; or safety‑critical operational infrastructure.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and all accessibility‑related functionalities are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, regulatory, or otherwise.
ORO expressly disclaims all warranties including, without limitation:
accessibility guarantees; merchantability; uninterrupted availability; fitness for a particular purpose; provider compatibility; transportation suitability; emergency response reliability; AI accuracy; technological reliability; accessibility compliance by third parties; operational continuity; service availability; data accuracy; safety outcomes; and successful accommodation results.
No oral or written information provided by ORO shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this Policy.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND CORPORATE LIABILITY SHIELD
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO, together with its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, licensors, technology partners, infrastructure providers, cloud providers, security partners, payment providers, AI vendors, independent operators, and affiliated entities, shall not be liable for:
personal injury; disability‑related incidents; transportation disputes; accessibility failures; emergency response failures; provider refusal; discrimination claims arising from third‑party conduct; service animal incidents; assistive device damage; property loss; emotional distress; data loss; cybersecurity incidents; technological interruptions; AI hallucinations; geolocation inaccuracies; third‑party misconduct; regulatory disputes; telecommunications failures; cloud service interruptions; indirect damages; incidental damages; consequential damages; punitive damages; special damages; business interruption; loss of income; loss of profits; loss of goodwill; or any damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform or reliance upon accessibility‑related functionality.
Where limitation of liability is restricted by mandatory applicable law, liability shall be limited to the minimum amount legally permitted.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating heightened duties of care, custodial obligations, fiduciary obligations, emergency response obligations, or special legal relationships.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
Users and providers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ORO and the ORO Corporate Group from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, disputes, investigations, proceedings, penalties, fines, settlements, losses, damages, judgments, regulatory actions, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
service animal interactions; assistive devices; transportation activity; accessibility disputes; emergency escalation incidents; alleged discrimination; provider conduct; User conduct; misuse of voice systems; misuse of accessibility functionality; violations of law; regulatory noncompliance; third‑party claims; injuries; property damage; AI system usage; or breach of this Policy.
15. PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT RIGHTS, RISK MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE PROTECTION MEASURES
ORO reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to:
review incidents; investigate complaints; preserve evidence; monitor compliance; implement fraud‑prevention systems; restrict account functionality; suspend or terminate Platform access; request information or documentation; cooperate with authorities where legally required; implement automated enforcement mechanisms; protect Platform integrity; reduce operational exposure; manage legal risk; and apply additional compliance, safety, accessibility, technological, or security measures deemed necessary by ORO.
Such actions may be implemented with or without prior notice depending on:
safety considerations; operational risk; fraud prevention; regulatory obligations; legal exposure; accessibility misuse; technological integrity; cybersecurity concerns; or platform protection requirements.
Nothing in this Policy obligates ORO to investigate, monitor, supervise, or enforce accessibility‑related matters.
16. INTERNATIONAL REGULATORY POSITIONING AND MULTI‑JURISDICTIONAL COMPLIANCE
This Policy is intended to operate within a multinational legal and compliance structure aligned with internationally recognized accessibility, privacy, anti‑discrimination, and digital platform principles, including frameworks associated with:
the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); GDPR; CCPA; accessibility‑related digital standards; international consumer protection principles; and equivalent international regulatory frameworks applicable to digital marketplace and platform technologies.
However, Users expressly acknowledge that:
laws vary substantially across jurisdictions; accessibility obligations may differ internationally; provider obligations are locally determined; transportation regulations are jurisdiction‑specific; and accessibility standards are not globally uniform.
Where mandatory local law imposes non‑waivable obligations, such obligations shall apply solely to the minimum extent legally required within the applicable jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as:
a representation of universal regulatory compliance by third parties; a guarantee of worldwide legal uniformity; or an assumption by ORO of local transportation, accessibility, medical, emergency, or operational regulatory obligations.
17. MODIFICATIONS, CONTINUOUS COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL EVOLUTION
ORO reserves the unrestricted right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to:
modify; amend; replace; restructure; suspend; interpret; update; discontinue; or supplement this Policy or any accessibility‑related functionality in order to reflect legal developments, technological evolution, operational restructuring, compliance requirements, platform improvements, security concerns, risk‑management considerations, or regulatory obligations.
Continued access to or use of the Platform following publication of modifications constitutes legally binding acceptance of the updated Policy.
18. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND BINDING ACCEPTANCE
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, EACH USER AND PROVIDER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES, REPRESENTS, WARRANTS, AND AGREES THAT:
ORO OPERATES SOLELY AS A TECHNOLOGY INTERMEDIARY PLATFORM;
ALL TRANSPORTATION, ACCESSIBILITY, MOBILITY, SECURITY, AND REAL‑WORLD SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTIES;
ORO DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, MEDICAL SERVICES, CAREGIVING SERVICES, ACCESSIBILITY SUPERVISION, OR EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES;
VOICE TECHNOLOGY, AI SYSTEMS, ACCESSIBILITY TOOLS, GEOLOCATION SYSTEMS, AND AUTOMATED FUNCTIONALITIES ARE SUBJECT TO TECHNOLOGICAL LIMITATIONS, ERRORS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS, AND INACCURACIES;
ORO'S ACCESSIBILITY-FIRST, INCLUSION-FIRST, AND VOICE-FIRST DESIGN PHILOSOPHY IS INTENDED SOLELY TO FACILITATE DIGITAL PARTICIPATION, TECHNOLOGICAL USABILITY, AND USER CONVENIENCE AND SHALL NOT BE INTERPRETED AS A GUARANTEE OF SAFETY, ACCESSIBILITY, TRANSPORTATION OUTCOMES, INDEPENDENCE, EMERGENCY RESPONSE, OR REAL-WORLD RESULTS;
ACCESSIBILITY OUTCOMES, SERVICE CONDITIONS, ACCOMMODATION RESULTS, EMERGENCY ESCALATION OUTCOMES, AND TRANSPORTATION RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED;
ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSPORTATION, ACCESSIBILITY INTERACTIONS, SERVICE ANIMALS, ASSISTIVE DEVICES, THIRD‑PARTY CONDUCT, AI SYSTEMS, EMERGENCY ESCALATION SYSTEMS, AND REAL‑WORLD CONDITIONS ARE VOLUNTARILY ASSUMED BY USERS AND INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS;
