GLOBAL WEAPONS, DANGEROUS ITEMS,

AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE POLICY

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

For purposes of this Policy, the term “Weapon” shall be interpreted broadly and may include, without limitation:

• Firearms

• Handguns

• Rifles

• Shotguns

• Ammunition

• Explosives

• Incendiary devices

• Tasers

• Conducted electrical weapons

• Knives

• Bladed instruments

• Chemical agents

• Pepper spray where prohibited

• Hazardous materials

• Improvised weapons

• Replica weapons

• Air-powered weapons

• Projectile devices

• Any object capable of causing bodily harm, intimidation, or disruption

ORO reserves the unrestricted right to interpret what constitutes a prohibited or dangerous item under this Policy.

This Policy establishes the global standards applicable to the possession, transport, and use of weapons in connection with the ORO platform.

It applies to all users, including but not limited to:

• drivers

• couriers

• passengers

• customers

• partners

• third parties interacting through the platform

2. LEGAL FRAMEWORK

Under applicable laws, including but not limited to firearm, weapon, public-safety, transportation, criminal, administrative, and regulatory laws that may apply in the relevant jurisdiction, individuals who are legally permitted to possess firearms may do so within private vehicles, subject to all legal requirements.

ORO operates under a multi-jurisdictional compliance model, and therefore:

• local, state, national, and international laws may apply

• firearm and weapon regulations may vary significantly by jurisdiction

• users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as authorization, endorsement, or legal validation of weapon possession in any jurisdiction.

3. PLATFORM POSITION AND LIMITATION OF CONTROL

ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC does not conduct:

• Physical inspections

• Security screenings

• Weapon detection procedures

• Continuous monitoring

• Criminal investigations

• Real-time surveillance

• Background verification beyond platform-level processes

The Platform does not guarantee that users, providers, passengers, drivers, couriers, or third parties are unarmed, non-violent, legally compliant, psychologically fit, or free from dangerous conduct.

Any interaction occurring through the Platform involves inherent and unpredictable risks associated with independent third-party conduct.

All users voluntarily assume such risks when accessing or using the Platform.

ORO Technologies LLC does not:

• control

• monitor in real time

• verify

• inspect

whether users carry firearms or other weapons.

ORO does not assume responsibility for:

• user compliance with applicable laws

• possession, transport, or use of weapons

• actions or omissions of any user or third party

All activities conducted through the platform occur independently between users.

3.1 TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM STATUS AND NO TRANSPORTATION OPERATOR ROLE

ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC operates exclusively as a technology platform that facilitates communications, marketplace interactions, accessibility-oriented functionalities, and connections between independent third parties.

ORO does not own, operate, manage, supervise, employ, direct, control, or provide:

transportation fleets;

vehicles;

courier fleets;

drivers;

couriers;

armed personnel;

security personnel;

protective services;

or law-enforcement functions.

All transportation services, mobility activities, deliveries, communications, interactions, and related activities occurring through the Platform are performed exclusively by independent third parties acting on their own behalf and under their own responsibility.

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, transportation operator status, security-provider status, protective-services role, or custodial responsibility on the part of ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC.

3.2 NO CUSTODIAL, SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP, OR HEIGHTENED DUTY OF CARE

Users acknowledge that access to accessibility-oriented functionalities, voice-assisted technologies, communication tools, safety-related features, inclusion-focused services, or mobility-related services does not create a custodial relationship, fiduciary relationship, protective relationship, healthcare relationship, guardian relationship, special relationship, or heightened duty of care between ORO and any user.

The Platform is designed to improve accessibility, usability, communication, and convenience for a broad range of users, including elderly individuals and persons with disabilities; however, such accessibility-oriented design does not alter the legal status of ORO as an independent technology platform provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO disclaims any obligation to supervise, monitor, protect, accompany, evaluate, assess, control, or guarantee the conduct, safety, suitability, intentions, actions, or omissions of any user, provider, passenger, driver, courier, merchant, partner, or third party interacting through the Platform.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

All users are solely responsible for:

• complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws

• ensuring lawful possession, transport, and storage of any weapon

• exercising safe handling practices at all times

Failure to comply with applicable laws or safety standards is the sole responsibility of the user.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Regardless of whether possession of a weapon may be lawful under local law, the following conduct is strictly prohibited in connection with the Platform:

• Threatening, intimidating, harassing, coercing, or harming any person through the use or display of a weapon

• Brandishing, exposing, displaying, or referencing weapons in a manner that creates fear, disruption, intimidation, or safety concerns

• Carrying or using weapons while committing unlawful conduct

• Possessing prohibited weapons or dangerous items in violation of applicable law

• Using the Platform to facilitate violence, threats, assaults, intimidation, criminal conduct, or unlawful transportation of weapons

• Storing, transporting, transferring, or distributing illegal weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, or prohibited items through the Platform

• Any conduct that may compromise public safety, accessibility protections, vulnerable individuals, elderly users, persons with disabilities, or operational integrity

ORO reserves the unrestricted right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes a safety risk or violation of this Policy.

5.1 ACCESSIBILITY, ELDERLY USERS, AND VULNERABLE USER PROTECTION

Because the Platform incorporates accessibility-oriented technologies, voice-assisted functionalities, simplified interaction mechanisms, and inclusion-focused features designed to facilitate access for a broad range of users, including elderly individuals and persons with disabilities, ORO applies a zero-tolerance approach toward conduct involving threats, intimidation, violence, coercion, weapon misuse, harassment, or behavior that may compromise user safety.

Users acknowledge that accessibility-oriented features are intended to improve usability and platform access and do not constitute security guarantees, protective services, personal supervision, custodial care, vulnerability monitoring, welfare-check services, or risk-elimination mechanisms.

The existence of accessibility-related functionalities shall not create any heightened duty of care, fiduciary obligation, healthcare obligation, protective obligation, or special legal relationship between ORO and any user.

6. ENFORCEMENT AND PLATFORM ACTIONS

ORO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take immediate action in response to any conduct that may compromise safety, including:

• temporary suspension

• permanent account termination

• restriction of access to platform features

• reporting to competent authorities

No prior notice is required where safety risks are identified.

6.1 REPORTING TO AUTHORITIES AND COOPERATION OBLIGATIONS

Where permitted or required by applicable law, ORO may cooperate with law-enforcement agencies, governmental authorities, regulatory bodies, judicial authorities, emergency-response entities, public-safety organizations, and other competent institutions regarding suspected violations of this Policy.

Such cooperation may include:

preservation of records;

disclosure of information where legally authorized;

responses to lawful requests;

fraud investigations;

public-safety investigations;

criminal investigations;

or emergency-response coordination.

Nothing in this Policy shall require ORO to independently investigate criminal activity, conduct law-enforcement operations, perform security functions, or guarantee successful enforcement outcomes.

7. SAFETY PRIORITY AND DISCLAIMER

Due to the Platform’s accessibility-oriented and voice-first infrastructure serving elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, and potentially vulnerable users, all users are expected to exercise heightened caution, lawful conduct, and responsible behavior during all platform interactions.

However, ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC does not undertake or assume any custodial obligation, protective supervision duty, security guarantee, or special duty of care toward any individual using the Platform.

Accessibility-oriented services and voice-assisted technologies do not eliminate inherent risks associated with human interaction, transportation services, or third-party conduct.

User safety is a core operational priority; however:

All services are provided:

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND

ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC is not:

• A private security company

• A law enforcement agency

• An armed protection provider

• A security monitoring service

• A weapons screening entity

• A public safety authority

The Platform does not provide armed escorts, weapon detection systems, physical intervention services, or protective transportation services.

Any reliance upon the Platform for personal protection, security assurance, weapon prevention, or threat detection is undertaken solely at the user’s own risk.

7.1 VOICE-FIRST PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

Because ORO incorporates voice-assisted technologies, speech-processing systems, accessibility-oriented functionalities, communication tools, automated interfaces, and voice-first interaction mechanisms, certain safety-related communications, user interactions, warnings, notifications, or operational instructions may depend upon telecommunications networks, device functionality, speech-recognition systems, internet connectivity, third-party infrastructure, accessibility technologies, and other technical systems.

ORO does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous connectivity, perfect speech recognition, error-free voice interpretation, immediate delivery of communications, successful transmission of safety-related information, or flawless performance of voice-enabled functionalities.

Users acknowledge that voice-assisted technologies are designed to improve accessibility, usability, convenience, and operational efficiency but do not eliminate technological limitations, communication failures, human error, environmental interference, network interruptions, device malfunctions, or third-party infrastructure dependencies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO shall not be liable for safety-related consequences arising from technological limitations affecting voice-enabled systems, accessibility functionalities, communication tools, or third-party infrastructure.

8. INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS

Where ORO operates outside the United States:

• stricter weapon prohibitions may apply

• complete bans on firearms may exist

• additional licensing or criminal liabilities may arise

Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they operate.

ORO reserves the right to enforce stricter internal standards than those required by local law.

8.1 NO DUTY TO DISCLOSE WEAPON POSSESSION TO ORO

Except where expressly required by applicable law, ORO does not require users to disclose whether they possess, transport, carry, store, own, or have access to firearms, weapons, dangerous items, defensive devices, or other regulated objects.

ORO does not routinely collect, verify, monitor, maintain, investigate, certify, or update information regarding weapon ownership, weapon possession status, firearm licensing status, defensive-device ownership, or compliance with weapon-related laws.

Users remain solely responsible for determining whether their possession, transport, storage, or use of any weapon or dangerous item complies with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, restrictions, and safety obligations.

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating any obligation on the part of ORO to collect, verify, maintain, update, monitor, audit, investigate, or certify weapon-related information concerning any user.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This limitation includes, without limitation:

• Assaults

• Violent incidents

• Threats

• Emotional distress

• Psychological harm

• Death

• Bodily injury

• Criminal conduct

• Acts involving firearms or dangerous items

• Failure to detect weapons

• Failure to prevent incidents

• Failure of emergency communications

• Third-party misconduct

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all users expressly assume the inherent risks associated with independent human interaction and transportation-related activities facilitated through the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO shall not be liable for:

• possession, transport, or use of weapons by users

• acts of violence or threats involving weapons

• failure of users to comply with applicable laws

• incidents occurring during platform interactions

Users expressly assume all risks associated with weapon possession and use.

9.1 NO GUARANTEE OF WEAPON-FREE ENVIRONMENT

Users acknowledge that ORO cannot guarantee that any vehicle, user, provider, passenger, courier, merchant, partner, or third party interacting through the Platform is free from weapons, dangerous items, prohibited objects, unlawful conduct, criminal intent, violent behavior, or safety risks.

Because ORO does not perform physical inspections, security screenings, vehicle searches, personal searches, continuous monitoring, weapon detection procedures, or law-enforcement activities, users expressly acknowledge that complete prevention of weapon-related incidents is not technologically, operationally, or legally feasible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO disclaims any representation, warranty, or guarantee that the Platform constitutes a weapon-free environment.

9.2 NO EMERGENCY RESPONSE, SECURITY, OR PROTECTIVE SERVICES

ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC operates exclusively as a technology platform and does not provide emergency-response services, security services, armed protection services, law-enforcement functions, threat-assessment services, protective transportation services, weapons-intervention services, or public-safety operations.

Any safety-related functionality, emergency communication feature, S.O.S. capability, safety notification, user-reporting mechanism, incident-reporting tool, accessibility-related alert, or communication channel made available through the Platform is provided solely as a technological facilitation tool.

Where available, emergency-related communications may rely upon independent third-party telecommunications providers, security companies, emergency-coordination partners, cloud infrastructure providers, governmental agencies, public-safety authorities, or law-enforcement organizations operating independently from ORO.

ORO does not control and cannot guarantee:

response times;

availability of emergency services;

intervention outcomes;

law-enforcement actions;

security-provider actions;

medical-response outcomes;

successful delivery of communications;

or successful prevention of harm.

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating any obligation on the part of ORO to monitor users, intervene in emergencies, provide protective services, prevent criminal conduct, dispatch responders, perform rescue operations, or guarantee personal safety.

10. POLICY INTERPRETATION AND MODIFICATIONS

ORO reserves the right to:

• interpret this Policy at its sole discretion

• modify, update, or discontinue this Policy at any time

• enforce additional safety measures as necessary

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

11. NO CREATION OF RIGHTS

This Policy:

• is for informational and compliance purposes only

• does not create enforceable rights

• does not establish contractual obligations

• does not limit ORO’s legal defenses​

12. FINAL CORPORATE INTERPRETATION CLAUSE

This Policy shall be interpreted broadly in favor of:

• Public safety

• Regulatory compliance

• Operational integrity

• Risk mitigation

• Protection of the ORO Group corporate structure

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as:

• A guarantee of safety

• A representation that weapons are absent from the Platform

• A commitment to monitor all user conduct

• A warranty of incident prevention

• An assumption of responsibility for third-party actions

The Platform operates exclusively as a technology intermediary within a decentralized network of independent third parties.

12.1 GLOBAL LEGAL INTEGRATION NOTICE

This Policy forms part of ORO's unified global legal, compliance, accessibility, privacy, cybersecurity, safety, emergency-response, voice-technology, artificial-intelligence, marketplace-governance, and risk-management framework.

This Policy shall be interpreted together with:

the Terms and Conditions;

the Privacy Policy;

the Safety, S.O.S. & Emergency Response Framework;

the Accessibility, Disability & Vulnerable Users Policy;

the Voice, AI & Accessibility Framework;

the Community Guidelines;

the Acceptable Use Policy;

the Public Health Data Disclosure & Response Policy;

and all related legal documents published by ORO Technologies LLC.

In the event of any inconsistency, the official English-language version of the Terms and Conditions and governing legal framework shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
