💰 HOW TRIP PRICING IS CALCULATED
(Global Pricing Policy – Oro Technologies LLC Platform)
Oro Technologies LLC – Global Corporate Standard
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
Each time a user requests a trip through the Oro platform (the “Platform”), an estimated fare is displayed prior to service confirmation.
This estimate is generated automatically using proprietary pricing systems that process real-time and historical data inputs, including but not limited to route conditions, traffic behavior, demand levels, and system availability.
The Platform includes voice-based interaction technology designed for accessibility, allowing elderly users and individuals with disabilities to request and confirm trips without reliance on manual input.
The user expressly acknowledges that:
The displayed fare is an estimate only
The final fare may vary based on real-time trip conditions and user-selected options
Pricing is determined dynamically and not fixed
The user further acknowledges that pricing algorithms operate as automated decision-support systems and may be influenced by external data sources beyond Oro’s direct control.
2. CORE PRICING COMPONENTS
The estimated fare is calculated based on a combination of the following structured variables:
2.1 Distance-Based Pricing (Per Kilometer / Mile)
The Platform determines the most efficient and optimal route between the pickup point and destination using integrated mapping systems.
Distance is calculated in kilometers or miles depending on jurisdiction
Route optimization is based on real-time navigation data
Any deviation from the initial route may affect final pricing
2.2 Time-Based Pricing (Per Minute)
Trip duration is estimated using:
Real-time traffic data
Historical traffic analytics
Road congestion patterns
This component reflects the total time spent during the trip and may fluctuate depending on actual road conditions.
2.3 Service, Safety, and Sustainability Fee
A variable fee may be applied to support:
Platform infrastructure and operational continuity
User safety systems and monitoring mechanisms
Accessibility technology (including voice-based interaction systems)
Sustainability and long-term service availability
This fee forms part of the total trip cost.
2.4 Technology Usage Fee
A Technology Usage Fee may be charged as consideration for:
Access to the Platform’s digital ecosystem
Driver-user matching algorithms
Communication systems, including voice-enabled features
Ongoing development, maintenance, and cybersecurity infrastructure
This fee is independent of transportation services and corresponds exclusively to the use of Oro’s technology.
2.5 Dynamic Pricing / High Demand Adjustments
In periods of increased demand or reduced driver availability, dynamic pricing adjustments may apply.
These adjustments are implemented to:
Improve service availability
Incentivize driver participation
Reduce user waiting times
All applicable pricing adjustments are clearly reflected prior to trip confirmation.
2.6 Tolls and Route-Related Costs
Where applicable, the estimated or final fare may include:
Road tolls
Infrastructure usage charges
Government-imposed fees
Certain tolls may not be identifiable at the time of estimation and may be included in the final fare.
3. ADDITIONAL USER-SELECTED COSTS
Users may voluntarily select additional features or conditions that increase the total fare:
3.1 Intermediate Stops
Calculated based on additional distance and time
Optimized using the most efficient route between stops
3.2 Waiting Time
Charges may apply when the driver is required to wait beyond a reasonable period
Calculated on a per-minute basis
3.3 Route Modifications
Any deviation from the original route requested by the user may result in fare adjustments
3.4 Special Requests (e.g., Accessibility Features)
Certain accessibility-related accommodations may depend on third-party availability.
Where such services are provided by independent drivers, additional charges may apply based on availability, distance, or operational complexity.
These are not guaranteed platform services and remain subject to third-party acceptance.
4. FINAL PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
The final trip fare may differ from the estimated fare due to:
Traffic fluctuations
Route deviations
Waiting time
Additional stops
Unforeseen road or environmental conditions
By using the Platform, the user agrees that:
The final fare is determined based on actual trip conditions and system-calculated variables.
The user further acknowledges that automated pricing systems may apply post-trip reconciliation adjustments where necessary to reflect real-world conditions accurately.
4.1 ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIMES AND ROUTE ESTIMATES
Any estimated arrival times, travel durations, route recommendations, pickup estimates, traffic projections, or trip-related forecasts displayed through the Platform are generated automatically using technological systems and third-party data sources.
Such estimates are provided solely for informational and convenience purposes.
ORO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or real-world performance of any estimated arrival time, travel duration, traffic condition, routing suggestion, or trip forecast.
Actual conditions may differ materially due to traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, infrastructure limitations, third-party actions, regulatory restrictions, telecommunications interruptions, mapping inaccuracies, or other factors beyond ORO’s reasonable control.
5. CATEGORY-SPECIFIC PRICING (LOCAL REGULATORY COMPLIANCE)
If the user selects a regulated category such as “Amarillo”:
Pricing will be determined in accordance with local, municipal, or national regulations
Official tariffs may override Platform-generated estimates
The Platform operates in compliance with applicable legal frameworks in each jurisdiction
In regulated markets, Oro acts strictly as a technology facilitator and does not determine statutory pricing structures.
6. TRANSPARENCY AND USER CONSENT
Prior to confirming a trip, users are provided with:
Estimated fare visibility
Applicable pricing conditions
Option to accept or decline
No trip is initiated without explicit user consent.
The user acknowledges that confirmation of a trip constitutes full acceptance of potential variable pricing adjustments as described in this Policy.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY REGARDING PRICING
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Oro does not guarantee that estimated fares will match final charges
Pricing calculations depend on automated systems and third-party data sources
Oro is not liable for discrepancies resulting from:
Traffic data inaccuracies
Mapping or GPS errors
External conditions beyond its control
System latency or data delays
Oro shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from pricing variations.
7.1 NO GUARANTEE OF LOWEST AVAILABLE PRICE
Users acknowledge that the fare displayed through the Platform may differ from prices offered through competing platforms, independent providers, regulated transportation systems, public transportation networks, taxi services, or other transportation alternatives.
ORO makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any fare generated by the Platform constitutes the lowest available market price.
Pricing reflects dynamic operational variables, technology-related factors, market conditions, and independent third-party participation at the time the fare estimate is generated.
Users remain free to accept or decline any fare presented through the Platform.
8. INDEPENDENT SERVICE STRUCTURE
Users expressly acknowledge that:
Oro is a technology intermediary platform only
Oro does not provide transportation services
Drivers are independent third-party providers
No employment, agency, or partnership relationship exists between Oro and drivers

Where required by applicable law, the final fare may include taxes, governmental assessments, regulatory fees, platform-related charges, transaction fees, value-added taxes, sales taxes, withholding obligations, or other legally mandated charges.
The applicability, calculation, collection, reporting, and remittance of such amounts may vary by jurisdiction and may change without prior notice due to regulatory developments.
Users acknowledge that applicable governmental charges may be reflected separately or incorporated into the total fare as permitted by law.
11. ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENT
Oro integrates voice-based technology to ensure inclusive access for:
Elderly users
