GLOBAL ACCESSIBILITY, DIGITAL INCLUSION, VOICE-FIRST DESIGN & ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY DISCLOSURE

Global Accessibility Philosophy, Inclusive Technology Framework, Voice-First Interaction Standards, Safety Design Principles and User Responsibility Disclosure

Last Updated: June 2026

1. PURPOSE, CORPORATE PHILOSOPHY AND GLOBAL SCOPE

ORO Technologies LLC ("ORO," "Company," "Platform," or "ORO Marketplace") was founded on the principle that access to digital services, mobility-related technology, communication tools, and marketplace platforms should not be limited by age, disability, technological experience, literacy level, physical condition, cognitive differences, language barriers, or familiarity with mobile applications.

ORO recognizes that a significant portion of the global population experiences barriers when interacting with traditional digital platforms due to complex interfaces, excessive screen dependency, limited accessibility features, confusing navigation structures, technological inexperience, physical limitations, sensory disabilities, cognitive conditions, temporary impairments, environmental limitations, or age-related challenges.

Accordingly, ORO has developed a technology architecture designed to promote digital inclusion, accessibility, simplified interaction, voice-enabled communication, user autonomy, and independent access to technology-based services.

This Disclosure establishes the principles, limitations, responsibilities, operational standards, and legal framework governing ORO's accessibility-focused technologies and applies globally to all users, providers, merchants, visitors, contractors, business partners, accessibility-dependent users, senior citizens, and any individual interacting with ORO technologies.

This Disclosure forms an integral part of the ORO legal ecosystem and must be read together with:

  • Global Terms and Conditions;

  • Global Privacy Policy;

  • Global Accessibility Policy;

  • Voice Technology & Artificial Intelligence Policy;

  • Users unfamiliar with digital applications;

  • Users seeking simplified interaction methods;

  • The general public.

ORO's accessibility initiatives are intended to promote inclusion and usability and shall not be interpreted as guarantees of accessibility outcomes, universal usability, or suitability for every individual circumstance.

3. UNIVERSAL DESIGN PRINCIPLES

ORO adopts a universal design philosophy intended to improve usability for the broadest possible range of users.

The Platform is not designed exclusively for any single population group.

Rather, accessibility-oriented technologies are implemented to benefit all users by reducing complexity, simplifying interactions, increasing clarity, and promoting more intuitive access to digital services.

Accessibility features may therefore benefit:

  • Users with disabilities;

  • Senior citizens;

  • Users with temporary injuries;

  • Users operating vehicles;

  • Users carrying objects;

  • Users operating in low-visibility environments;

  • Users with limited technological experience;

  • Users seeking convenience and efficiency.

Accessibility features are intended to complement general usability and are not limited to any protected class or category of users.

4. VOICE-FIRST PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE

A fundamental characteristic of the ORO Platform is its voice-first design philosophy.

Traditional mobile applications often require users to navigate numerous screens, menus, icons, buttons, forms, and visual interactions.

ORO seeks to reduce such barriers by implementing voice-enabled technologies that allow users to interact with the Platform through spoken commands, guided prompts, voice responses, accessibility-oriented workflows, and simplified interaction models.

Voice technologies may be utilized for:

  • Status updates;

  • Location coordination;

  • Safety features;

  • Communication tools;

  • User guidance;

  • Platform interaction;

  • Customer support functions;

  • Accessibility workflows.

The implementation of voice functionality is intended to increase usability and reduce interaction complexity but does not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted availability, or universal compatibility.

5. DIGITAL INCLUSION FRAMEWORK

ORO is committed to reducing barriers associated with digital exclusion.

Digital exclusion may arise from numerous factors including:

  • Age;

  • Disability;

  • Economic limitations;

  • Educational differences;

  • Technological inexperience;

  • Literacy limitations;

  • Language barriers;

  • Geographic factors;

  • Device limitations.

The Platform seeks to promote participation by offering simplified interaction mechanisms where reasonably feasible.

However, users acknowledge that technology adoption remains an individual process and that accessibility tools cannot eliminate all barriers affecting every user.

6. SAFETY-ORIENTED INTERACTION DESIGN

ORO recognizes that excessive interaction with mobile devices may create operational distractions and increase certain safety risks in various environments.

Accordingly, ORO has implemented design principles intended to reduce unnecessary screen dependency where technologically feasible.

Certain Platform features may allow users to receive information through voice responses, spoken updates, automated notifications, accessibility prompts, or simplified interaction methods.

Examples may include:

  • Estimated arrival information;

  • Distance notifications;

  • Service status updates;

  • Meeting-point coordination;

  • Voice-guided workflows;

  • Quick communication tools.

These features are intended to assist users in managing interactions more efficiently.

However, ORO does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that the use of voice-enabled technologies will eliminate distractions, prevent accidents, reduce crime, prevent theft, improve personal safety, eliminate human error, or avoid all risks associated with real-world activities.

Users remain solely responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and maintaining awareness of their surroundings.
