Vehicle Eligibility Requirements

All vehicles must comply with the requirements applicable to their region and service category.

For example:

• ORO: minimum 5 seats including the driver and 4 doors

• XL: minimum 7 seats including the driver and 4 doors

• VAN: 8 or more seats and 4 or 5 doors

Vehicle eligibility may vary depending on local regulations and service availability.

To qualify, vehicles must meet the standards established for each category.

Deluxe & Luxury Vehicle Standards

Only selected vehicle makes and models qualify for ORO Deluxe and Luxury services.

To maintain premium service quality, eligible vehicles should generally be no more than 7 years old, unless local regulations or approved classic vehicle programs provide otherwise.

Vehicles must present:

• Elegant exterior appearance

• Premium interior finish

• Leather or premium synthetic seating

• Excellent mechanical condition

• Excellent cosmetic condition

Driver Qualification Requirements

Drivers participating in ORO Deluxe must maintain a minimum platform rating of 4.60 stars.

Ratings are calculated using the driver's most recent completed trips on the ORO Driver platform.

In addition to vehicle requirements, drivers may be required to maintain professional standards, licenses, permits, or commercial insurance where required by local law.

Requirements vary by city, state, and country.

ORO operates in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

How Ratings Work

Your rating is calculated using your most recent completed trips.

• Cancelled trips do not affect your rating.

• Higher-rated trips help improve your score.

• Consistently delivering excellent service helps maintain eligibility for premium categories.

Drivers whose ratings fall below category requirements may temporarily lose access to premium services until qualification standards are restored.

Government vehicles, marked commercial fleet vehicles, reconstructed vehicles, salvage vehicles, and vehicles with excessive cosmetic damage are not eligible.
