1. PURPOSE, SCOPE AND REGULATORY OBJECTIVES
This Technology Services & Platform Availability Policy ("Policy") establishes the operational principles, legal disclosures, technological limitations, infrastructure framework and service availability conditions governing the use of the digital platform, websites, mobile applications, voice technologies, accessibility services and related technological systems operated by ORO Technologies LLC ("ORO," "Company," or "Platform").
This Policy forms an integral part of the ORO Global Legal Framework, the Master Terms & Conditions, the Global Platform Legal Framework, the Privacy & Data Policies, the Accessibility Policies, the Artificial Intelligence and Voice Technology Policies, and all other corporate documents governing access to and use of the Platform.
The purpose of this Policy is to promote transparency regarding the technological nature of the Platform while defining the operational scope of ORO's technology services, infrastructure dependencies, system availability, maintenance practices, operational continuity, security measures and technological limitations.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating any contractual obligation to provide uninterrupted Platform availability, continuous service operation, guaranteed response times, minimum service levels, uninterrupted accessibility functionality or permanent availability of any specific technological feature.
The Platform operates as a continuously evolving technology ecosystem that may be modified, upgraded, maintained, restricted, suspended or reconfigured as necessary to protect users, preserve Platform integrity, comply with applicable laws, improve operational efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity, enhance accessibility or support future technological innovation.
2. TECHNOLOGICAL NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
ORO Technologies LLC operates exclusively as a technology company that develops, licenses, manages and maintains digital technologies designed to facilitate communications, accessibility, service coordination and interactions between independent users and independent third-party service providers.
The Company does not operate a transportation company, taxi company, logistics company, dispatch center, emergency response agency, telecommunications carrier, mapping service, cloud provider, payment processor, internet service provider or public utility.
The Platform provides technological infrastructure intended to facilitate digital interactions through software, accessibility technologies, voice-command systems, artificial intelligence tools, geolocation technologies, communication features and related operational services.
Users acknowledge that the Platform constitutes a technology-based environment whose operation depends upon multiple interconnected technological components, software systems, hardware devices, telecommunications networks, cloud infrastructure, mapping technologies, artificial intelligence services, cybersecurity protections, third-party integrations and external service providers.
Accordingly, uninterrupted operation of every technological component cannot be guaranteed.
3. TECHNOLOGY-FIRST ACCESSIBILITY PHILOSOPHY
ORO was developed under a technology-first accessibility philosophy based upon the principle that transportation should be more accessible through technology, particularly for individuals who may experience barriers when interacting with conventional mobile applications.
Unlike traditional applications that often require continuous visual interaction, multiple screen selections or manual navigation, ORO incorporates voice-oriented technologies intended to simplify user interaction and reduce unnecessary reliance on complex visual interfaces.
The Platform has been designed to promote usability for a broad range of users, including, where appropriate, older adults, individuals with disabilities, users employing assistive technologies and users who prefer voice-based interaction as an alternative method of navigating Platform functions.
Voice-enabled technologies may assist users in requesting services, receiving trip-related information, obtaining estimated arrival times, confirming meeting locations, communicating with independent service providers, receiving operational notifications and interacting with supported Platform features without requiring continuous manual interaction with the mobile device.
These accessibility-oriented technologies are intended to enhance convenience, usability, digital inclusion and user experience.
However, users acknowledge that accessibility technologies remain subject to technological limitations, device capabilities, operating system functionality, environmental conditions, internet connectivity, microphone performance, speech recognition accuracy, third-party infrastructure and other factors beyond the reasonable control of ORO Technologies LLC.
Nothing contained within this Policy shall be interpreted as guaranteeing that accessibility technologies will function continuously, without interruption, without error or under every operational circumstance.
Accessibility features are provided as technological support tools and do not constitute medical devices, assistive medical equipment, emergency systems, disability services or guarantees of accessibility outcomes.
4. EVOLVING TECHNOLOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
The Platform operates within a dynamic technological environment that continuously evolves in response to software innovation, cybersecurity developments, regulatory requirements, accessibility improvements, artificial intelligence advancements, operating system updates and changing industry standards.
Accordingly, ORO reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice where permitted by applicable law, to:
modify Platform architecture;
upgrade software components;
replace technological infrastructure;
update accessibility technologies;
modify voice-processing systems;
replace artificial intelligence models;
implement new cybersecurity protections;
upgrade cloud infrastructure;
modify communication protocols;
replace mapping technologies;
update application programming interfaces (APIs);
implement fraud-prevention technologies;
introduce new Platform features;
retire obsolete functionality;
or otherwise modify the technological operation of the Platform whenever reasonably necessary for operational, legal, security, accessibility or business purposes.
The continuous evolution of the Platform shall not be interpreted as creating any obligation to preserve historical functionality, maintain legacy technologies, support obsolete operating systems or continue offering specific Platform features indefinitely.
Users acknowledge that technological innovation may require changes affecting Platform appearance, operational workflows, accessibility interfaces, artificial intelligence systems, voice-command functionality, account management tools, communication methods or other Platform components.
Such modifications constitute an ordinary aspect of operating a modern technology platform and shall not, by themselves, constitute a breach of contract, service failure or failure to perform.
5. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND NO SERVICE LEVEL COMMITMENT
ORO Technologies LLC continuously endeavors to maintain the availability, reliability, security and operational integrity of the Platform through commercially reasonable technical, organizational and administrative measures.
However, the Platform operates within a complex technological ecosystem that depends upon numerous internal and external infrastructure components, many of which are owned, managed or controlled by independent third parties.
Accordingly, ORO does not represent, warrant or guarantee that the Platform, any feature, accessibility functionality, voice technology, artificial intelligence system, website, mobile application, communication channel, API integration or related technological service will remain continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible, responsive or free from temporary degradation.
Except where expressly agreed in a separate written enterprise agreement executed by authorized representatives of ORO Technologies LLC, the Company does not provide or commit to any Service Level Agreement ("SLA"), minimum uptime percentage, guaranteed availability, guaranteed response time, guaranteed recovery period or guaranteed operational continuity.
Temporary interruptions, reduced performance, maintenance windows, service degradation or partial feature unavailability constitute normal operational characteristics of cloud-based technology platforms and shall not, by themselves, constitute a breach of contract, negligence, service failure or legal non-performance.
6. SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE AND SYSTEM UPDATES
To preserve Platform integrity, cybersecurity, accessibility, operational stability and technological reliability, ORO may perform scheduled, preventive, corrective, adaptive or emergency maintenance activities whenever reasonably necessary.
Such maintenance activities may include, without limitation:
software upgrades;
operating system compatibility updates;
security patches;
database maintenance;
cloud infrastructure upgrades;
voice-recognition improvements;
artificial intelligence model updates;
accessibility enhancements;
API modifications;
mapping service updates;
cybersecurity hardening;
performance optimization;
fraud-prevention improvements;
backup restoration testing;
system migrations;
hardware replacement;
disaster recovery validation;
business continuity testing;
or other technological improvements.
Maintenance activities may temporarily affect Platform performance or availability.
Whenever commercially reasonable and operationally appropriate, ORO may provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance through the Platform, website or other communication channels.
However, emergency maintenance, cybersecurity responses, critical infrastructure repairs, legal compliance measures or third-party service interruptions may require immediate action without prior notice.
Users acknowledge and accept that temporary interruptions associated with maintenance activities are a normal aspect of operating modern technology platforms.
7. DEPENDENCE UPON THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
The Platform relies upon numerous independent third-party technologies that are outside the ownership, operational control and direct supervision of ORO Technologies LLC.
These technologies may include, among others:
cloud computing providers;
data hosting providers;
internet service providers;
mobile network operators;
telecommunications carriers;
mapping and navigation providers;
GPS infrastructure;
satellite positioning systems;
voice-recognition service providers;
artificial intelligence providers;
identity verification providers;
payment processors;
authentication services;
email delivery services;
SMS providers;
push notification services;
cybersecurity vendors;
content delivery networks (CDNs);
software development frameworks;
operating system providers;
application marketplace operators;
device manufacturers;
or other independent infrastructure providers.
The availability, performance, reliability and operational continuity of the Platform may therefore depend upon technologies that ORO neither owns nor controls.
Accordingly, ORO shall not be responsible for interruptions, delays, failures, degraded performance, incompatibilities, data transmission failures, communication errors, mapping inaccuracies, cloud outages, GPS inaccuracies, AI service interruptions or technological failures originating from third-party infrastructure.
8. INTERNET CONNECTIVITY, TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND NETWORK CONDITIONS
Proper operation of many Platform features depends upon reliable internet connectivity and telecommunications services.
Users acknowledge that Platform performance may be affected by:
mobile network congestion;
internet outages;
signal degradation;
wireless interference;
roaming restrictions;
carrier limitations;
regional network failures;
firewalls;
VPN configurations;
bandwidth limitations;
latency;
packet loss;
or other network conditions.
ORO neither owns nor operates telecommunications infrastructure and cannot control the quality, stability or availability of internet connectivity utilized by users.
The Company assumes no responsibility for service interruptions caused by telecommunications providers or internet-related conditions.
9. OPERATING SYSTEMS, DEVICE COMPATIBILITY AND APPLICATION VERSIONS
The Platform is designed to support a range of mobile devices and operating systems that satisfy applicable technical requirements.
However, compatibility may vary depending upon:
device manufacturer;
hardware configuration;
operating system version;
security settings;
accessibility settings;
language configuration;
regional restrictions;
installed software;
available memory;
processor performance;
microphone quality;
speaker functionality;
Bluetooth connectivity;
GPS capabilities;
camera functionality;
or other device-specific characteristics.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining compatible devices, installing supported operating system versions, updating the application when new releases become available and maintaining appropriate device configurations.
ORO does not guarantee continued compatibility with obsolete hardware, unsupported operating systems, modified devices, jailbroken devices, rooted devices or unauthorized software environments.
The Company reserves the right to discontinue support for older application versions, legacy operating systems or outdated technological standards whenever reasonably necessary to preserve Platform security, accessibility, legal compliance or operational integrity.
10. CYBERSECURITY, SYSTEM PROTECTION AND INCIDENT RESPONSE
ORO implements commercially reasonable cybersecurity measures intended to protect the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of its technological infrastructure.
Such measures may include, where appropriate:
encryption technologies;
identity verification mechanisms;
authentication controls;
access management systems;
fraud detection technologies;
security monitoring;
threat intelligence;
vulnerability management;
penetration testing;
security logging;
network monitoring;
backup procedures;
business continuity planning;
disaster recovery processes;
incident response protocols;
and other security safeguards appropriate to the operational characteristics of the Platform.
Notwithstanding these efforts, no internet-connected technology platform can guarantee absolute cybersecurity, complete immunity from cyberattacks, uninterrupted protection against malicious actors or the permanent prevention of unauthorized access.
Users acknowledge that cybersecurity threats continue to evolve and that certain risks may remain despite the implementation of reasonable security measures.
ORO reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict or modify access to any portion of the Platform whenever reasonably necessary to investigate suspected security incidents, preserve system integrity, comply with applicable legal obligations or mitigate technological risks.
11. VOICE TECHNOLOGIES, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES
ORO incorporates voice-enabled technologies, accessibility-oriented features, artificial intelligence tools, speech-recognition systems and related automated technologies intended to facilitate user interaction with the Platform, reduce unnecessary manual device manipulation and promote greater digital accessibility for users with varying technological abilities and accessibility needs.
These technologies are designed to enhance usability and convenience but remain subject to inherent technological limitations.
The performance of voice-processing, speech interpretation, language recognition, accessibility automation and artificial intelligence systems may be affected by numerous factors, including but not limited to:
background noise;
speech patterns;
regional accents;
language variations;
microphone quality;
device hardware;
operating system functionality;
network latency;
internet connectivity;
environmental conditions;
third-party technologies;
software compatibility;
system updates;
artificial intelligence model behavior;
or other technical or operational variables.
Accordingly, ORO does not represent or warrant that voice technologies, accessibility features, speech recognition, artificial intelligence outputs or automated communications will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, immediately responsive or suitable for every user, language, disability, environment or operating condition.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing information presented through the Platform and for exercising independent judgment before relying upon automated outputs generated by voice technologies or artificial intelligence systems.
The existence of accessibility-oriented technologies shall not be interpreted as guaranteeing successful communication, successful transportation outcomes, uninterrupted accessibility, individualized accommodations or complete elimination of technological barriers.
12. GEOLOCATION, GPS, MAPPING AND LOCATION-BASED TECHNOLOGIES
Certain Platform functionalities rely upon geolocation services, satellite positioning technologies, digital mapping systems, routing services, navigation infrastructure and location-based technologies provided wholly or partially by independent third-party providers.
Location information may be influenced by numerous external variables including:
GPS signal availability;
satellite positioning accuracy;
urban infrastructure;
weather conditions;
building density;
device calibration;
internet connectivity;
telecommunications infrastructure;
mapping databases;
regional restrictions;
software limitations;
or other technological factors.
Estimated arrival times, travel routes, meeting locations, navigation assistance, provider positioning, voice guidance, trip coordination and related services are generated using available technological information and therefore constitute operational estimates rather than guarantees.
Users acknowledge that mapping technologies, navigation systems and geolocation services may occasionally contain inaccuracies, delays, incomplete information or temporary inconsistencies.
ORO assumes no responsibility for losses, delays, inconveniences or damages arising from inaccuracies originating within third-party geolocation, GPS or mapping technologies beyond its reasonable control.
13. THIRD-PARTY APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACES (APIs) AND EXTERNAL TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATIONS
The Platform may interact with application programming interfaces ("APIs"), software development kits ("SDKs"), cloud services, communication services, accessibility technologies, identity verification providers, payment processors, mapping providers, artificial intelligence services, cybersecurity tools and other technologies operated by independent third parties.
Such integrations are implemented to facilitate Platform functionality, improve operational efficiency, enhance accessibility, strengthen security, enable communications and support user experience.
Because these services remain under the operational control of independent providers, ORO cannot guarantee their continuous availability, uninterrupted performance, future compatibility or permanent integration with the Platform.
Third-party providers may independently modify, suspend, replace, discontinue or restrict their services without prior notice to ORO.
Accordingly, ORO reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend or discontinue any Platform functionality affected by changes to third-party technologies whenever reasonably necessary.
The discontinuation or modification of third-party integrations shall not constitute a breach of any obligation owed by ORO to users.
14. FEATURE AVAILABILITY, MODIFICATIONS AND TECHNOLOGICAL EVOLUTION
The Platform continuously evolves through technological innovation, operational improvements, cybersecurity enhancements, accessibility developments, legal compliance measures and business optimization initiatives.
Accordingly, ORO reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice where permitted by applicable law, to:
introduce new features;
modify existing functionality;
retire obsolete services;
replace technological components;
redesign user interfaces;
reconfigure accessibility tools;
modify voice interaction processes;
update artificial intelligence systems;
replace communication methods;
modify matching technologies;
enhance fraud prevention systems;
introduce additional security measures;
or otherwise improve the Platform.
Users acknowledge that certain functionalities may become unavailable, modified, relocated or replaced as part of the ordinary evolution of the Platform.
No user acquires any vested right to the continued availability of any particular feature, technological process, accessibility tool, artificial intelligence model, voice-recognition engine, communication method, operational workflow or user interface.
Platform evolution is an essential characteristic of modern technology services and shall not be interpreted as evidence of service failure, contractual breach or technological defect.
15. BUSINESS CONTINUITY, DISASTER RECOVERY AND OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE
ORO endeavors to maintain reasonable operational resilience through commercially appropriate business continuity planning, disaster recovery procedures, cybersecurity safeguards, backup processes and technological redundancy where operationally feasible.
These measures are intended to support the recovery of critical technological functions following certain operational disruptions.
However, users acknowledge that no technology platform can guarantee uninterrupted continuity under every circumstance.
Events capable of affecting Platform operations may include, without limitation:
natural disasters;
acts of terrorism;
armed conflicts;
civil unrest;
government actions;
utility failures;
telecommunications outages;
cybersecurity incidents;
cloud infrastructure failures;
power interruptions;
hardware failures;
software defects;
pandemics;
labor disruptions;
regulatory actions;
force majeure events;
or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ORO.
The existence of business continuity measures does not constitute a guarantee that every Platform function will remain continuously available or that all technological services will be restored within any specific timeframe.
16. TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGES REQUIRED BY LAW OR REGULATORY AUTHORITIES
ORO operates in multiple jurisdictions and remains committed to adapting its technological infrastructure in response to evolving legal, regulatory, cybersecurity, accessibility, consumer protection, artificial intelligence, privacy, financial compliance and public safety requirements.
Accordingly, ORO may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue any Platform feature whenever reasonably necessary to:
comply with applicable laws;
respond to governmental directives;
implement judicial decisions;
address regulatory guidance;
meet accessibility requirements;
enhance cybersecurity protections;
protect users;
prevent fraud;
reduce operational risks;
or preserve Platform integrity.
Such modifications may affect Platform functionality, feature availability, user interfaces, accessibility technologies, artificial intelligence systems, communication methods or operational workflows.
Users acknowledge that compliance with applicable law shall take precedence over maintaining any particular technological feature or historical functionality.
The implementation of legally required technological changes shall not constitute a breach of contract, reduction in service quality or failure to perform.
17. TECHNOLOGY PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, including its website, mobile applications, voice-enabled technologies, artificial intelligence systems, accessibility features, communication tools, security functionalities, APIs, cloud services, software components and all related technological services, are provided on an "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis.
Except where expressly required by applicable law or expressly provided in a separate written agreement executed by authorized representatives of ORO Technologies LLC, the Company expressly disclaims all representations, warranties and guarantees, whether express, implied or statutory, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, compatibility, continuous operation, operational performance, accessibility outcomes or technological suitability.
Nothing contained within the Platform shall be interpreted as creating any contractual commitment regarding uninterrupted technological performance, guaranteed service continuity or permanent feature availability.
18. NO WARRANTY OF CONTINUOUS PERFORMANCE
Users acknowledge that all technology platforms are subject to operational limitations, technological evolution and circumstances beyond the reasonable control of their operators.
Accordingly, ORO makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will continuously operate without interruption, degradation, latency, maintenance, software defects, compatibility issues, cybersecurity events, infrastructure failures, connectivity disruptions, third-party service interruptions or technological limitations.
The Company further makes no representation that every feature, accessibility function, voice interaction, artificial intelligence capability, communication tool or operational process will always function identically across every jurisdiction, device, operating system, network environment or technological configuration.
Temporary interruptions, technological evolution and operational modifications constitute normal characteristics of cloud-based digital platforms and shall not, by themselves, constitute evidence of negligence, breach of contract or failure to perform.
19. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SAFE, RESPONSIBLE AND LAWFUL USE
Users remain solely responsible for using the Platform safely, responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as replacing the user's independent judgment, situational awareness or personal responsibility.
Users remain responsible for:
maintaining awareness of their surroundings;
complying with applicable traffic laws;
following lawful instructions issued by competent authorities;
verifying information before acting upon it;
protecting their devices and credentials;
using the Platform only for lawful purposes;
maintaining appropriate internet connectivity;
keeping their devices properly configured;
and exercising reasonable care when interacting with third-party providers.
The availability of voice technologies, accessibility tools, artificial intelligence systems, automated communications, mapping services or safety-related features does not eliminate the user's responsibility to make independent decisions appropriate to the circumstances.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ORO Technologies LLC, together with its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, technology providers, contractors, officers, directors, employees, consultants, shareholders, successors and assigns, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or similar damages arising from or relating to:
Platform unavailability;
temporary interruptions;
scheduled maintenance;
emergency maintenance;
cloud infrastructure failures;
voice-processing errors;
artificial intelligence outputs;
accessibility technology limitations;
mapping inaccuracies;
GPS inaccuracies;
telecommunications failures;
internet interruptions;
third-party technology failures;
application incompatibilities;
software defects;
hardware failures;
device malfunctions;
cybersecurity incidents;
API interruptions;
service degradation;
delayed communications;
loss of connectivity;
loss of anticipated profits;
loss of business opportunities;
loss of goodwill;
loss of data;
business interruption;
or any technological event beyond the reasonable control of ORO.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory claims or any other legal basis, even where ORO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this Policy limits liability where such limitation is expressly prohibited under applicable mandatory law.
21. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
ORO reserves the unrestricted right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, replace, discontinue, improve, redesign, expand or restrict any technological component of the Platform whenever reasonably necessary for operational, legal, cybersecurity, accessibility, commercial or regulatory purposes.
Such modifications may occur without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.
No continued use of any feature, interface, communication method, accessibility technology, voice functionality, artificial intelligence model or operational process shall create any vested right or contractual entitlement to its future availability.
22. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE GLOBAL LEGAL FRAMEWORK
This Technology Services & Platform Availability Policy forms an integral part of the ORO Global Legal Framework and shall be interpreted together with all other applicable legal documents governing the Platform, including, where applicable:

Accessibility Expectations and No Guaranteed Outcomes Policy
Voice Command Authorization Framework

Global Algorithmic Decision-Making, Matching and Automated Processing Disclosure
User Device, Hardware and Operating System Responsibility Policy
Safety & SOS Framework
and all additional policies, disclosures, annexes, operational standards and legal documents published by ORO Technologies LLC.
In the event of any apparent inconsistency, these documents shall be interpreted harmoniously to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Policy is determined by a court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Any unenforceable provision shall, where legally permissible, be interpreted, reformed or limited only to the minimum extent necessary to preserve its intended legal effect.
24. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND FUTURE MODIFICATIONS
ORO may amend, update, supplement or replace this Policy whenever reasonably necessary to:
comply with applicable laws;
respond to judicial decisions;
implement regulatory guidance;
address technological developments;
improve accessibility;
strengthen cybersecurity;
enhance operational resilience;
support business continuity;
or improve Platform governance.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Policy shall constitute acceptance of the revised version to the extent permitted by applicable law.
25. GLOBAL INTERPRETATION
This Policy shall be interpreted in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with its purpose of governing the technological operation of a global digital platform.
Section headings are provided solely for convenience and shall not limit or modify the interpretation of any provision.
Nothing contained within this Policy shall be interpreted as creating any fiduciary duty, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship or guarantee of technological performance.
26. ENTIRE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES POLICY
