ACCESSIBILITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITATIONS POLICY

Global Accessibility Technology Disclosure, Voice-First System Limitations, Assistive Technology Compatibility Notice, Digital Inclusion Standards, Safety-Oriented Design Principles and User Responsibility Framework

1. PURPOSE, SCOPE, LEGAL STATUS AND CORPORATE FRAMEWORK

This Accessibility Technology Limitations Policy ("Policy") establishes the global legal, operational, technological, accessibility, compliance, risk-management, and disclosure framework governing the limitations, capabilities, restrictions, dependencies, interoperability conditions, operational constraints, accessibility-related risks, and technological characteristics of the accessibility-oriented systems, voice-first technologies, artificial intelligence tools, assistive functionalities, communication systems, safety-related features, and accessibility support mechanisms made available through the ORO Marketplace Platform operated by ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC ("ORO," the "Company," or the "Platform").

This Policy applies globally across all jurisdictions in which the Platform operates directly or indirectly through affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, contractors, service providers, technology partners, infrastructure providers, independent operators, commercial partners, or authorized entities.

This Policy forms an integral component of ORO's unified global legal, technological, accessibility, compliance, privacy, safety, cybersecurity, governance, and risk-management architecture and shall be interpreted together with:

Nothing contained in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating:

medical obligations;

caregiver responsibilities;

accessibility guarantees;

transportation-provider obligations;

special duties of care;

continuous monitoring obligations;

emergency-response responsibilities;

fiduciary obligations;

or any legal relationship beyond that expressly required under applicable law.

ORO operates exclusively as a technology platform and digital intermediary connecting independent third parties.

ORO does not provide transportation services, medical services, caregiving services, disability-support services, emergency dispatch services, public safety services, accessibility certification services, mobility-assistance services, or transportation supervision.

NO GUARANTEE OF THIRD-PARTY ACCESSIBILITY COMPLIANCE

ORO does not own, operate, manage, supervise, inspect, certify, audit, train, direct, control, or guarantee the accessibility practices, accessibility compliance status, disability-accommodation capabilities, assistive-equipment availability, accessibility training, communication abilities, service-animal compliance, vehicle accessibility characteristics, technological compatibility, or regulatory compliance of independent third-party Providers.

Any accessibility-related accommodation, service, assistance, equipment, vehicle modification, communication support, disability-related accommodation, or accessibility-related conduct offered by an independent Provider remains solely the responsibility of the respective Provider.

ORO makes no representation or warranty that any independent Provider will possess accessibility-specific equipment, disability-support training, wheelchair-accessible vehicles, accessibility certifications, communication assistance capabilities, service-animal familiarity, assistive technologies, or any other accommodation not expressly required under applicable law.

2. ACCESSIBILITY-BY-DESIGN AND DIGITAL INCLUSION PHILOSOPHY

ORO was developed under a voice-first and accessibility-oriented design philosophy intended to reduce technological barriers commonly associated with modern digital platforms.

The Company recognizes that many individuals may encounter challenges when interacting with traditional mobile applications due to:

age-related factors;

limited digital literacy;

visual impairments;

motor impairments;

cognitive limitations;

language barriers;

accessibility needs;

or personal preferences favoring simplified interaction environments.

Accordingly, ORO seeks to reduce dependence on excessive screen interaction, complex menus, multiple navigation layers, and continuous manual device manipulation by incorporating voice-oriented interaction models and accessibility-focused technological features.

These design objectives are intended to improve usability, accessibility, convenience, and operational efficiency.

However, accessibility-oriented design objectives do not constitute legal guarantees.

The existence of accessibility-focused technologies shall not be interpreted as guaranteeing:

accessibility outcomes;

independent usability;

transportation suitability;

successful communications;

error-free operation;

personal safety;

crime prevention;

emergency intervention;

mobility independence;

or successful completion of any activity performed through the Platform.

3. TECHNOLOGY LIMITATIONS DISCLOSURE

Users expressly acknowledge that accessibility technologies, voice-processing systems, artificial intelligence tools, mobile applications, assistive interfaces, digital communication systems, geolocation technologies, and software environments are inherently subject to limitations beyond the control of ORO.

Accessibility-related functionalities may be affected by:

hardware limitations;

device age;

operating-system restrictions;

software conflicts;

telecommunications failures;

internet interruptions;

network congestion;

battery failures;

device configuration settings;

regional infrastructure conditions;

third-party platform dependencies;

voice-recognition limitations;

artificial intelligence limitations;

human factors;

and circumstances beyond ORO's reasonable control.

The User expressly acknowledges that accessibility technologies cannot eliminate all barriers associated with technology use, transportation activities, communication processes, environmental conditions, or individual accessibility needs.

4. VOICE RECOGNITION TECHNOLOGY LIMITATIONS

Because ORO operates under a voice-first interaction model, voice recognition technologies constitute a core component of the Platform.

Voice technologies are inherently probabilistic systems and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unintended, inconsistent, or incorrect outputs.

Voice-recognition performance may be affected by:

regional accents;

speech impairments;

background noise;

microphone quality;

language selection;

connectivity conditions;

multiple simultaneous speakers;

device limitations;

software restrictions;

environmental interference;

pronunciation variations;

speech speed;

audio distortions;

and numerous other factors.

Accordingly, ORO does not warrant, guarantee, or represent that voice commands will be:

accurately recognized;

correctly interpreted;

properly executed;

processed without delay;

or free from technological error.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing information presented through the Platform and exercising independent judgment before relying upon voice-generated outputs.

4-A. NO RELIANCE ON ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES

The User expressly acknowledges that accessibility-related functionalities, voice-assisted interaction tools, speech-recognition systems, accessibility prompts, assistive communication technologies, simplified user interfaces, audio guidance systems, accessibility notifications, emergency-related features, and any other inclusion-oriented technological tools provided through the Platform are intended solely to facilitate access to the Platform and improve usability.

Such functionalities are not intended to replace independent judgment, caregiver assistance, personal supervision, medical guidance, emergency services, transportation suitability assessments, disability-support services, or legally required accommodations provided by third parties.

Users must not rely exclusively upon accessibility-related technologies when making decisions involving personal safety, transportation arrangements, emergency situations, medical needs, supervision requirements, accessibility planning, or other matters that may affect physical wellbeing, property, or legal rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC disclaims liability arising from any decision, action, omission, reliance, misunderstanding, technological limitation, accessibility failure, communication error, system interruption, or operational outcome resulting from exclusive or primary reliance upon accessibility-related functionalities.

5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED SYSTEM LIMITATIONS

The Platform may utilize artificial intelligence systems, machine learning technologies, automated decision-support tools, voice-processing systems, fraud-detection systems, accessibility-enhancement technologies, routing systems, communication technologies, and automated operational processes.

Such technologies may generate outputs that are:

incorrect;

incomplete;

outdated;

ambiguous;

biased;

inconsistent;

unpredictable;

or otherwise unsuitable for a specific user's circumstances.

Artificial intelligence systems are not capable of guaranteeing perfect accuracy, contextual understanding, safety assessments, accessibility evaluations, emergency determinations, transportation outcomes, or decision-making suitability.

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating information and making independent decisions.

ORO disclaims any guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-assisted outputs.

5-A. VOICE RECOGNITION, AI INTERPRETATION AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING RISKS

Users expressly acknowledge that voice-recognition technologies, natural language processing systems, speech-to-text systems, machine-learning models, automated accessibility technologies, and artificial intelligence systems may incorrectly interpret user intent, fail to detect speech, misunderstand contextual information, generate unintended actions, fail to execute commands, or produce inaccurate outputs.

Such technologies are inherently probabilistic and may be affected by linguistic variability, accents, speech impairments, environmental noise, technical limitations, connectivity disruptions, software conflicts, training-data limitations, algorithmic constraints, or circumstances beyond ORO's reasonable control.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and confirming critical information before relying upon any voice-generated, AI-generated, automated, or accessibility-assisted output.

6. ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY COMPATIBILITY DISCLAIMER

ORO seeks to support commercially reasonable compatibility with widely used accessibility technologies.

However, ORO does not guarantee compatibility with:

screen readers;

voice-control applications;

hearing-assistance devices;

speech-generation technologies;

alternative input systems;

assistive communication devices;

operating-system accessibility features;

third-party accessibility software;

browser extensions;

or future accessibility technologies.

Compatibility may vary depending on:

device manufacturer;

software version;

operating-system updates;

regional limitations;

hardware specifications;

and third-party technological changes.

Users remain responsible for verifying whether their devices and assistive technologies are suitable for their intended use.

7. ACCESSIBILITY DOES NOT GUARANTEE SAFETY

Accessibility-related technologies are designed to facilitate usability and inclusion.

They are not designed to provide:

personal protection services;

crime-prevention services;

healthcare supervision;

caregiving services;

risk elimination;

security monitoring;

emergency intervention;

or transportation supervision.

Voice announcements, accessibility prompts, estimated arrival information, pickup coordination tools, communication systems, and accessibility-oriented workflows are informational and operational tools only.

Nothing within the Platform should be interpreted as guaranteeing personal safety or preventing theft, assault, accidents, criminal activity, communication failures, transportation incidents, or third-party misconduct.

8. PICKUP COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION LIMITATIONS

The Platform may provide communication tools intended to facilitate coordination between Users and independent third-party Providers regarding pickup locations, meeting points, arrival estimates, and service-related logistics.

These tools are intended solely to facilitate communication.

ORO does not guarantee:

successful communication;

accurate location identification;

successful pickup coordination;

provider responsiveness;

meeting-point suitability;

or transportation outcomes.

All communications occur between independent parties operating outside ORO's direct supervision and control.

9. ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES ARE NOT EMERGENCY SYSTEMS

Accessibility-related functionalities are not emergency services.

Accessibility features, voice systems, communication tools, artificial intelligence technologies, and user-interface mechanisms are not designed, certified, or guaranteed for:

emergency response;

medical assistance;

crisis intervention;

public safety operations;

law enforcement dispatch;

ambulance coordination;

or emergency communications.

Users must never rely exclusively upon Platform accessibility features during emergencies.

Independent emergency communication methods should always be maintained.

10. S.O.S. TECHNOLOGY LIMITATIONS

The Platform may provide optional S.O.S. functionality.

Users expressly acknowledge that:

ORO is not an emergency-response provider.

ORO is not a dispatch center.

ORO is not a law-enforcement agency.

ORO is not a public safety organization.

ORO is not an emergency medical provider.

Where available, S.O.S. alerts may be transmitted to independent third-party security or monitoring providers operating under separate legal and operational frameworks.

Any communication with police agencies, emergency responders, governmental authorities, or public-safety organizations may occur exclusively through such independent third parties.

ORO does not guarantee:

alert delivery;

response times;

emergency intervention;

availability of emergency personnel;

law-enforcement response;

medical response;

or successful emergency outcomes.

11. NO SPECIAL DUTY TOWARD ELDERLY, DISABLED OR ACCESSIBILITY-DEPENDENT USERS

Although ORO seeks to promote accessibility and digital inclusion, the existence of accessibility-oriented technologies does not create:

a custodial relationship;

a caregiver relationship;

a supervisory relationship;

a fiduciary obligation;

a healthcare obligation;

a welfare-check duty;

a monitoring obligation;

a rescue duty;

or any heightened legal duty toward any category of user.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO provides the same technology platform services to all users regardless of:

age;

disability status;

health condition;

digital literacy level;

accessibility needs;

or use of assistive technologies.

11-A. NO CAREGIVER, GUARDIAN OR SUPERVISION SUBSTITUTE

ORO does not provide caregiving services, guardianship services, assisted-living services, personal supervision services, welfare-check services, companion services, healthcare supervision, transportation attendants, protective monitoring services, disability-support personnel, or continuous human oversight.

The existence of accessibility-oriented technologies, voice-assisted functionalities, simplified interaction models, communication tools, emergency-related features, inclusion-focused design elements, accessibility prompts, or assistive technologies shall not be interpreted as replacing family members, caregivers, legal guardians, healthcare professionals, personal assistants, social workers, support personnel, or other individuals responsible for providing supervision, care, assistance, protection, or support.

Users requiring ongoing supervision, caregiving assistance, cognitive support, disability-related assistance, healthcare monitoring, protective services, or personal support remain solely responsible for obtaining such services through qualified third parties.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, infrastructure providers, technology partners, vendors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary, statutory, or enhanced damages arising from or related to:

accessibility limitations;

voice-recognition errors;

AI inaccuracies;

communication failures;

assistive-technology incompatibilities;

device malfunctions;

operating-system failures;

network interruptions;

service disruptions;

pickup coordination failures;

emergency-feature limitations;

user misunderstandings;

accessibility-related expectations;

or any technological limitation inherent to modern digital systems.

Users acknowledge that use of the Platform occurs at their own risk.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM, ITS ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES, VOICE TECHNOLOGIES, AI SYSTEMS, COMMUNICATION TOOLS, S.O.S. FEATURES, ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGIES, USER INTERFACES, DIGITAL SERVICES, AND RELATED FUNCTIONALITIES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

ACCESSIBILITY;

COMPATIBILITY;

ACCURACY;

AVAILABILITY;

RELIABILITY;

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;

NON-INFRINGEMENT;

ERROR-FREE OPERATION;

CONTINUOUS OPERATION;

OR UNINTERRUPTED FUNCTIONALITY.

14. MODIFICATIONS AND CORPORATE DISCRETION

ORO reserves the unrestricted right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

modify;

replace;

update;

supplement;

interpret;

or discontinue

any accessibility-related technology, feature, service, functionality, operational process, compatibility standard, voice technology, AI system, or accessibility-support mechanism.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of all modifications.

15. GLOBAL LEGAL INTEGRATION NOTICE

This Accessibility Technology Limitations Policy forms part of the unified global legal, operational, technological, accessibility, cybersecurity, safety, privacy, governance, compliance, and risk-management architecture governing the ORO Marketplace Platform operated by ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC and its affiliated ecosystem.

This Policy shall be interpreted together with:

Terms and Conditions;

Global Privacy, Security and Data Governance Policy;

Accessibility, Disability and Vulnerable Users Annex;

Accessibility & Voice Policy;

Safety, S.O.S. & Emergency Response Framework;

AI, Voice & Accessibility Technology Disclosure;

Cybersecurity Framework;

Community Standards;

and all related policies, disclosures, operational standards, notices, legal frameworks, and future amendments published by ORO.

Continued access to, registration on, interaction with, or use of the Platform constitutes legally binding acknowledgment and acceptance of this Policy and all related legal frameworks to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

In the event of any inconsistency between translations, summaries, onboarding materials, support documentation, marketing content, FAQs, operational guidance, or localized versions, the official English-language version of this Policy shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
