The purpose of this Policy is to explain the nature, intended use, operational scope, limitations, and legal framework applicable to the artificial intelligence technologies, voice interaction systems, speech recognition capabilities, automated communications, accessibility tools, machine-assisted processing, and other intelligent technological features that may be incorporated into the Platform from time to time.
This Policy is intended to promote transparency regarding the operation of AI-assisted functionalities while establishing reasonable user expectations concerning the capabilities and limitations of such technologies.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating any guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, continuity, or suitability of any automated output, recommendation, interpretation, communication, transcription, voice interaction, or machine-generated result.
2. TECHNOLOGICAL NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
ORO operates exclusively as a technology company that develops and maintains digital software designed to facilitate communications between independent users through technological infrastructure.
The Platform is not a transportation company, carrier, logistics operator, taxi company, fleet owner, dispatch center, emergency response provider, public authority, telecommunications operator, healthcare provider, accessibility service provider, or governmental agency.
The technologies described throughout this Policy constitute software tools intended to facilitate digital interaction within the Platform.
Their purpose is to improve usability, accessibility, operational efficiency, user convenience, and digital inclusion.
They do not replace human judgment, personal responsibility, official emergency services, governmental authorities, licensed professionals, healthcare providers, legal advisors, or any other qualified individual responsible for making decisions requiring professional expertise.
3. ORO'S ACCESSIBILITY PHILOSOPHY
ORO was designed under the principle that access to digital transportation technologies should not depend upon a user's technical expertise, physical condition, age, previous technological experience, or ability to navigate complex graphical interfaces.

The Company reserves the right to modify, replace, discontinue, expand, restrict, suspend, or update any AI-related functionality at any time.
5. PURPOSE OF AI-ENABLED FEATURES
Artificial intelligence technologies incorporated into the Platform are intended exclusively to support certain operational and accessibility functions, including, where applicable:
voice-based interaction;
speech recognition;
voice command processing;
language interpretation;
automated confirmations;
user interface simplification;
accessibility assistance;
trip-related communications;
status notifications;
contextual assistance;
navigation-related informational outputs;
user convenience features;
and other software functionalities intended to improve digital interaction.
The existence of AI-assisted capabilities shall never be interpreted as creating autonomous decision-making authority on behalf of the Company.
All AI-enabled functionalities operate as technological support tools and shall not replace the independent judgment, personal responsibility, or decision-making authority of users.
6. AUTOMATED COMMUNICATIONS
The Platform may automatically generate certain communications based upon information available within its technological infrastructure.
Such communications may include, without limitation:
voice prompts;
spoken notifications;
estimated arrival announcements;
estimated travel information;
route-related informational messages;
driver or passenger status updates;
device notifications;
confirmation messages;
trip-related alerts;
accessibility guidance;
or other automated informational outputs.
These communications are generated algorithmically based upon available data and should be understood solely as informational technological outputs.
They should never be interpreted as professional advice, official instructions, guarantees of future events, factual certifications, legally binding statements, or representations regarding actual real-world conditions.
7. CONTINUOUS TECHNOLOGICAL EVOLUTION
Artificial intelligence technologies continue to evolve rapidly across the global technology industry.

Users acknowledge that technological evolution constitutes an inherent characteristic of digital software platforms and that future versions of the Platform may differ substantially from previous versions while continuing to operate under the same legal framework established by the Company's governing documents.
8. INHERENT LIMITATIONS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Artificial intelligence technologies, machine learning systems, speech recognition engines, natural language processing models, predictive algorithms, automated communications, and similar computational technologies are inherently probabilistic and are not capable of achieving absolute precision, certainty, completeness, or uninterrupted accuracy under all operating conditions.
Accordingly, users acknowledge and agree that AI-assisted functionalities may occasionally generate inaccuracies, omissions, delays, misunderstandings, transcription errors, language interpretation differences, incomplete responses, contextual ambiguities, pronunciation inconsistencies, or other unintended outputs that are inherent to the current state of artificial intelligence technologies.
The existence of such limitations does not constitute a malfunction of the Platform and shall not be interpreted as evidence of negligence, defective software, inaccurate representations, breach of contract, or failure by ORO Technologies LLC to exercise reasonable technological care.
9. SPEECH RECOGNITION LIMITATIONS
Voice recognition technologies depend upon numerous variables that remain outside the reasonable control of ORO Technologies LLC.
Recognition quality may be affected by, without limitation:
background noise;
environmental conditions;
microphone quality;
device hardware specifications;
operating system functionality;
network latency;
internet connectivity;
regional accents;
dialects;
speech impairments;
voice tone;
pronunciation;
multiple simultaneous speakers;
ambient interference;
language selection;
user settings;
third-party software;
or other technical, environmental, linguistic, or operational factors.
Accordingly, ORO does not represent or warrant that every spoken command, phrase, instruction, address, destination, response, or communication will be interpreted exactly as intended by the user.
Users remain responsible for reviewing available information and ensuring that their intended requests are correctly understood before relying upon any AI-assisted functionality.
10. NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING
The Platform may utilize natural language processing technologies designed to interpret conversational expressions rather than requiring rigid command structures.
Natural language technologies are intended to improve accessibility and user convenience.
However, language is inherently complex.
Words, expressions, pronunciation, sentence structure, local terminology, regional vocabulary, colloquialisms, abbreviations, slang, cultural differences, and contextual variations may influence how automated systems interpret spoken communications.
Accordingly, automated language interpretation should be understood as a technological approximation rather than a perfect linguistic understanding.

11. AUTOMATED OUTPUTS ARE INFORMATIONAL
All automated outputs generated by the Platform are provided exclusively for informational, operational, accessibility, communication, and convenience purposes.

estimated travel durations;
voice confirmations;
speech-generated responses;
automated acknowledgments;
trip information;
navigation-related guidance;
status notifications;
estimated locations;
system messages;
accessibility prompts;
voice interactions;
or similar automated communications.
These outputs are generated through computational processes and should never be interpreted as guarantees of future events, factual certifications, legally binding statements, operational commitments, or definitive representations regarding real-world circumstances.
Actual conditions may differ substantially from automated estimates due to continuously changing external factors.
12. NO GUARANTEE OF PERFECT PERFORMANCE

13. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR INFORMATION VERIFICATION
Users remain solely responsible for exercising independent judgment when interacting with AI-assisted functionalities.
Before relying upon automated communications, users should verify, whenever reasonably possible, information that may materially affect their decisions, including, where applicable:
pickup locations;
destination information;
trip details;
payment selections;
voice-recognized commands;
account information;
contact information;
and other operational data submitted through the Platform.
The availability of AI-assisted technologies does not eliminate the user's responsibility to confirm that information provided to or generated by the Platform accurately reflects the user's intended request.
14. REASONABLE USER EXPECTATIONS
ORO has developed its accessibility and voice technologies with the objective of making digital transportation services more inclusive, intuitive, and easier to use for individuals with varying levels of technological experience.
These technologies are intended to reduce complexity, improve accessibility, promote safer interactions with mobile devices where appropriate, and facilitate communication through voice-enabled interfaces.
However, users acknowledge that no artificial intelligence system, accessibility feature, voice assistant, speech recognition engine, or automated communication technology can guarantee identical results for every individual, every device, every language, every operating system, every environment, or every usage scenario.
Accordingly, users agree to maintain reasonable expectations regarding the capabilities of AI-enabled technologies and acknowledge that accessibility tools are designed to assist—not to guarantee specific operational outcomes.
15. CONTINUOUS LEARNING DOES NOT CREATE GUARANTEES
Certain AI technologies may improve over time through software updates, algorithm refinements, infrastructure improvements, machine learning optimization, or technological advancements implemented by ORO or its independent technology providers.
Such continuous improvement efforts are intended to enhance overall Platform performance but shall not be interpreted as creating any express or implied warranty regarding future functionality, permanent accuracy, uninterrupted service, or guaranteed technological evolution.
The Company reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, discontinue, or redesign any AI-related functionality as part of its ongoing product development and operational strategy.
Users acknowledge that continuous innovation is an inherent characteristic of modern digital technology platforms and does not create contractual rights to any specific version, model, interface, or technological implementation.
16. THIRD-PARTY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SERVICES
To support accessibility, voice interaction, communication efficiency, language processing, and continuous technological innovation, the Platform may utilize artificial intelligence technologies, machine learning models, speech recognition engines, language processing systems, cloud computing services, or similar technological infrastructure developed or operated by independent third-party providers.
Such technologies may be integrated through application programming interfaces (APIs), software development kits (SDKs), cloud-based services, operating system components, telecommunications infrastructure, or other independent technological resources.
The use of third-party technology does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, employment relationship, or legal representation between ORO Technologies LLC and such providers unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Independent technology providers remain solely responsible for the operation, maintenance, availability, security, updates, and performance of their respective products and services.
Accordingly, ORO Technologies LLC does not warrant or guarantee the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, compatibility, or future functionality of any third-party artificial intelligence technology incorporated into the Platform.
17. NO HUMAN-LIKE UNDERSTANDING
Users acknowledge that artificial intelligence systems do not possess human consciousness, independent reasoning, professional judgment, emotional awareness, common sense, legal interpretation, or personal discretion.
AI-generated communications are produced through computational models that identify statistical patterns, language structures, and algorithmic relationships within available data.
Although certain responses may appear conversational or highly sophisticated, such outputs should never be interpreted as evidence of human reasoning, professional expertise, factual certainty, or independent decision-making.
Users remain solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of any automated communication before relying upon it.
18. AUTOMATED PROCESSING DOES NOT CONSTITUTE HUMAN REVIEW
Certain Platform functionalities may process user inputs, voice commands, accessibility requests, operational data, or communications through automated technological systems without prior human intervention.
Such automated processing is intended exclusively to facilitate Platform functionality, accessibility, operational efficiency, and user convenience.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, automated outputs generated by artificial intelligence technologies should not be interpreted as having been individually reviewed, verified, approved, certified, or endorsed by employees, representatives, contractors, agents, or officers of ORO Technologies LLC.
The absence of human review is an inherent characteristic of scalable digital platforms and does not constitute negligence or failure to supervise.
19. NO AUTOMATED LEGAL, MEDICAL, FINANCIAL, SAFETY OR PROFESSIONAL DECISIONS
Artificial intelligence functionalities incorporated into the Platform are not designed or intended to provide legal advice, medical advice, healthcare guidance, emergency response coordination, financial advice, tax advice, insurance recommendations, engineering opinions, regulatory interpretations, accessibility certifications, public safety instructions, or any other form of licensed professional service.
Likewise, AI-generated outputs shall not be interpreted as replacing the judgment of physicians, attorneys, accountants, engineers, psychologists, emergency responders, law enforcement agencies, accessibility specialists, transportation professionals, or any other qualified expert.
Users remain solely responsible for obtaining professional assistance whenever circumstances reasonably require specialized knowledge or professional evaluation.
Nothing within the Platform should be interpreted as creating a professional-client relationship of any kind.
20. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTEXTUAL ACCURACY

Users acknowledge that contextual accuracy may vary depending upon the quality, availability, completeness, timeliness, and reliability of information accessible to the Platform at any given moment.
The Company assumes no obligation to ensure that automated outputs perfectly correspond to actual conditions existing outside the technological environment of the Platform.
21. DATA INPUT QUALITY
Artificial intelligence systems necessarily depend upon the quality, completeness, and accuracy of information received from users, devices, operating systems, cloud infrastructure, third-party providers, mapping services, telecommunications networks, geolocation technologies, and other external sources.
Consequently, inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, ambiguous, delayed, corrupted, or inconsistent input data may directly affect the quality of automated outputs generated by the Platform.
ORO Technologies LLC shall not be responsible for inaccuracies arising from incorrect user inputs, defective hardware, operating system limitations, third-party data sources, network interruptions, GPS inaccuracies, telecommunications failures, or other external technological dependencies beyond the Company's reasonable control.
22. INTEROPERABILITY WITH OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
The Platform operates within a broader digital ecosystem that may include mobile operating systems, cloud computing environments, internet service providers, telecommunications carriers, payment processors, mapping services, accessibility technologies, speech processing engines, push notification services, device manufacturers, and other independent technological infrastructure.
The proper functioning of AI-enabled features may therefore depend upon the interoperability of multiple independent systems that are neither owned nor controlled by ORO Technologies LLC.
Accordingly, temporary incompatibilities, software conflicts, infrastructure changes, operating system updates, API modifications, discontinued third-party services, security restrictions, or technological incompatibilities may affect the availability or functionality of AI-assisted features without constituting a breach of any obligation by ORO Technologies LLC.
23. PRIVACY AND RESPONSIBLE AI PROCESSING
Artificial intelligence technologies incorporated into the Platform are designed to operate consistently with ORO's Privacy Policy, applicable data protection laws, internal security practices, and the Company's global data governance framework.
Where applicable, AI-assisted processing may involve the temporary analysis of voice commands, user requests, accessibility interactions, communications, or operational information solely for the purpose of providing requested Platform functionalities.
The processing of such information remains subject to the legal bases, safeguards, user rights, retention practices, security measures, and privacy commitments described in the Platform's Privacy Policy and related data protection documentation.
Nothing contained in this Policy expands the Company's rights to process personal information beyond those otherwise authorized under applicable law and the Platform's governing privacy documents.
24. RESPONSIBLE USE OF AI FEATURES
Users agree to utilize AI-enabled functionalities responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with all applicable Platform policies.
Users shall not intentionally manipulate, misuse, overload, exploit, circumvent, reverse engineer, test malicious prompts against, interfere with, or attempt to compromise AI-assisted functionalities for unauthorized purposes.
The Company reserves the right to implement reasonable safeguards, technical limitations, usage restrictions, monitoring measures, abuse detection mechanisms, or security controls necessary to preserve the integrity, availability, security, reliability, and lawful operation of AI-enabled services.
Misuse of artificial intelligence features may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to affected functionalities, account restrictions, investigation, or any other measures permitted under applicable law and the Platform's governing agreements.
25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE OUTPUTS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, statutory, or economic damages arising out of or relating to the interpretation, reliance upon, use, misuse, delayed delivery, interruption, inaccuracy, incompleteness, ambiguity, omission, or unavailability of any artificial intelligence-generated communication, automated output, speech recognition result, voice interaction, algorithmic processing, predictive functionality, accessibility feature, or machine-assisted response made available through the Platform.
Users expressly acknowledge that AI-generated outputs constitute technological assistance intended to facilitate interaction with the Platform and are not representations of objective reality, contractual commitments, factual certifications, or guarantees of future events.
Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as creating any express or implied warranty regarding the correctness, reliability, legal effect, operational accuracy, or commercial suitability of any AI-generated communication.
26. ASSUMPTION OF TECHNOLOGICAL RISK
By accessing or using AI-assisted functionalities, users expressly acknowledge that interaction with artificial intelligence technologies necessarily involves technological limitations, computational uncertainty, software dependencies, interoperability challenges, infrastructure variability, evolving machine-learning models, and external factors beyond the reasonable control of ORO Technologies LLC.
Users voluntarily accept these inherent technological characteristics as an integral component of modern digital software platforms.
Accordingly, users assume responsibility for exercising independent judgment before relying upon automated communications that may influence personal, operational, financial, transportation-related, accessibility-related, or safety-related decisions.
Nothing contained within this Policy transfers personal decision-making responsibility from the user to ORO Technologies LLC.
27. NO RELIANCE ON AUTOMATED OUTPUTS AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR DECISIONS
Users agree that artificial intelligence-generated communications, speech recognition results, automated suggestions, estimated information, accessibility prompts, or machine-assisted responses shall not constitute the sole basis upon which important personal, legal, financial, medical, safety-related, transportation-related, accessibility-related, or operational decisions are made.
Where circumstances reasonably require confirmation, verification, independent assessment, or professional evaluation, users remain solely responsible for obtaining appropriate information from qualified sources before acting.
The Platform is intended to assist—not replace—human judgment.
28. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND EVOLVING AI GOVERNANCE
Artificial intelligence technologies are subject to continuously evolving legal, regulatory, technical, ethical, and industry standards throughout various jurisdictions worldwide.
Accordingly, ORO Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, redesign, discontinue, or enhance any AI-enabled functionality at any time as necessary to comply with applicable legislation, judicial decisions, governmental guidance, industry standards, technological developments, contractual obligations, cybersecurity requirements, accessibility standards, or operational considerations.
Users acknowledge that continued evolution of AI governance may require periodic modifications to Platform functionalities without creating any obligation to preserve identical technological capabilities over time.
29. NO GUARANTEE OF REGULATORY ACCEPTANCE OF AI TECHNOLOGIES
The Company endeavors to design and operate its artificial intelligence functionalities in accordance with applicable laws and recognized industry practices.
However, users acknowledge that governmental authorities, regulators, courts, standards organizations, operating system providers, technology companies, accessibility agencies, or legislative bodies may adopt new interpretations, regulations, technical requirements, or compliance obligations affecting artificial intelligence technologies after implementation.
Accordingly, ORO Technologies LLC does not warrant that any particular AI functionality will remain permanently available, legally permissible, technically unchanged, or commercially supported in every jurisdiction.
30. CROSS-BORDER OPERATION OF AI SYSTEMS
Because ORO operates or may operate internationally, artificial intelligence technologies incorporated into the Platform may interact with cloud infrastructure, software environments, telecommunications services, accessibility technologies, or computational resources located in multiple jurisdictions.
Users acknowledge that AI-enabled services may therefore be subject to different legal frameworks concerning privacy, cybersecurity, accessibility, artificial intelligence governance, electronic communications, consumer protection, and digital services depending upon applicable law.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall be interpreted as expanding or limiting statutory rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable legislation.
31. INTERPRETATION CONSISTENT WITH THE GLOBAL LEGAL ECOSYSTEM
This Policy shall not be interpreted in isolation.
Instead, it shall be read consistently with the entire legal ecosystem governing the Platform, including, where applicable:
the Master Terms and Conditions;
the Global Platform Legal Framework;
the Privacy Policy;
the Voice Command Authorization Framework;
the Accessibility Technology Limitations Policy;
the Accessibility Expectations and No Guaranteed Outcomes Policy;
the User Device, Hardware and Operating System Responsibility Policy;
the Global Voice Accessibility Policy;
the Technology Services and Platform Availability Policy;
the Digital Platform Governance Policy;
the Acceptable Use Policy;
the Community Guidelines;
the Safety Framework;
and all other governing documents published by ORO Technologies LLC.
Where multiple policies apply simultaneously, they shall be interpreted harmoniously to provide the broadest legally permissible protection consistent with applicable law.
32. NO CREATION OF ADDITIONAL LEGAL DUTIES
The inclusion of artificial intelligence functionalities within the Platform shall not be interpreted as creating additional legal duties, fiduciary obligations, professional responsibilities, enhanced standards of care, or affirmative obligations beyond those expressly established under applicable law or the Platform's governing agreements.
The Company's decision to incorporate innovative accessibility technologies reflects its commitment to improving digital inclusion and user experience.
Such technological innovation shall not be construed as creating heightened legal responsibilities beyond those otherwise applicable to providers of digital technology platforms.
33. GOOD FAITH TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT
ORO Technologies LLC continuously invests in research, software engineering, cybersecurity, accessibility, digital inclusion, quality assurance, and technological innovation with the objective of improving the overall user experience.
Nevertheless, users acknowledge that software development is an evolving process.
The implementation of updates, security enhancements, accessibility improvements, infrastructure modifications, algorithm refinements, bug corrections, or new technological capabilities does not constitute an admission that prior versions were defective, unsafe, legally insufficient, or non-compliant.
Continuous improvement is an inherent characteristic of responsible software development and shall not create any inference of prior negligence or liability.
