1. PURPOSE, CORPORATE STRUCTURE, LEGAL STATUS, GOVERNANCE MODEL AND GLOBAL APPLICATION
This Master Accessibility & Inclusive Services Policy (the “Policy”) constitutes a globally applicable legal, technological, operational, accessibility, compliance, governance, risk-allocation, and corporate-protection framework governing all accessibility-related functionalities, voice-assisted mobility systems, inclusion-oriented technological tools, accessibility support categories, special service designations, voice-based interaction systems, AI-assisted accessibility features, mobility-related technological integrations, and accessibility-oriented functionalities made available through the digital technology ecosystem operated by ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, contractors, technology providers, independent operators, local partners, international entities, and authorized participants operating under the ORO corporate structure (collectively, “ORO,” the “Company,” the “Platform,” or the “ORO Corporate Group”).
This Policy applies globally and continuously to all individuals and entities accessing, downloading, using, interacting with, relying upon, or participating in any portion of the Platform ecosystem, including without limitation:
Users, passengers, elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, visually impaired individuals, users with limited mobility, users with reduced digital literacy, drivers, couriers, transportation providers, independent contractors, caregivers, companions, authorized representatives, accessibility participants, mobility-support participants, voice-system users, emergency-feature users, third-party operators, technology partners, and any individual interacting with the Platform’s accessibility-oriented or voice-enabled functionalities.
This Policy forms an integral and inseparable component of ORO’s global legal architecture and shall be interpreted jointly with:

the Safety & Emergency Framework;

and all additional legal instruments, operational frameworks, disclosures, notices, compliance documents, and corporate governance materials published by ORO.
In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, ambiguity, or interpretative dispute between this Policy and any other Platform document, the Terms and Conditions, together with mandatory applicable law, shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This Policy is intended exclusively to define the technological, legal, and operational framework applicable to accessibility-oriented functionalities made available through the Platform and shall not be interpreted as creating, implying, establishing, or assuming:

or any legally recognized duty beyond the minimum extent expressly required by mandatory applicable law.
Nothing within this Policy shall be interpreted as creating any representation that ORO provides supervised transportation, monitored transportation, protected transportation, accessibility supervision, personal care services, disability assistance services, emergency protection, or guaranteed accessibility outcomes.
2. TECHNOLOGY INTERMEDIARY STATUS, PLATFORM POSITIONING AND STRUCTURAL SEPARATION
ORO operates exclusively as a technology company and digital intermediary platform facilitating technological connectivity between independent third-party participants.
ORO does not:

own transportation fleets;

operate vehicles;

employ drivers or transportation personnel;

direct transportation operations;
-
supervise physical transportation activity;
-
control routes or operational execution;
-
provide logistics services;
-
provide transportation services;
-
provide accessibility supervision;
-
provide disability-care services;
-
provide caregiving services;
-
provide assisted-living services;
-
provide medical services;
-
provide healthcare services;
-
provide emergency-response services;
-
provide security operations;
-
provide ambulance services;
-
provide law-enforcement services;
-
provide real-time human monitoring;
-
guarantee transportation outcomes;
-
guarantee accessibility compatibility;
-
guarantee provider conduct;
-
guarantee emergency response;
-
or guarantee service availability.
All transportation services, accessibility accommodations, mobility-support activities, accessibility-related interactions, and operational transportation functions are independently offered and independently executed by third-party providers operating under their own responsibility, operational authority, licensing obligations, regulatory compliance obligations, insurance coverage, legal responsibility, and risk assumption.
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that ORO does not control the physical world activities of independent providers and does not supervise real-world transportation operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Users expressly waive any allegation or claim asserting that ORO functions as:

transportation carrier;

common carrier;
-
logistics operator;
-
accessibility operator;
-
accessibility-certification entity;
-
medical transportation provider;
-
mobility-care provider;
-
healthcare provider;
-
assisted-living provider;

supervised transportation company;

public transportation authority;
-
emergency-response entity;
-
caregiving organization;
-
security-response company;
-
or operational transportation supervisor.
The Platform’s accessibility-oriented architecture is intended solely to facilitate usability, technological participation, and accessibility-oriented interaction and shall not be interpreted as creating operational responsibility for real-world outcomes.
3. ACCESSIBILITY-FIRST, VOICE-FIRST AND INCLUSION-ORIENTED TECHNOLOGICAL ARCHITECTURE
ORO operates under a global accessibility-first and voice-first technological philosophy intended to reduce technological barriers affecting elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, visually impaired users, users with reduced mobility, users requiring simplified digital interaction systems, users with limited digital literacy, and individuals benefiting from accessibility-oriented technological interfaces.
The Platform may incorporate, integrate, or make available:

AI-assisted interaction tools;

machine-learning systems;
-
accessibility-oriented workflows;

voice-trigger functionalities;

hands-free operational tools;

Such functionalities are intended exclusively to facilitate usability and accessibility participation within the technological environment of the Platform.
Accessibility-oriented functionalities shall not be interpreted as:

guarantees of universal accessibility;

guarantees of uninterrupted functionality;
-
guarantees of successful accommodations;
-
guarantees of transportation suitability;
-
guarantees of personal safety;
-
guarantees of disability compatibility;
-
guarantees of provider qualifications;
-
guarantees of real-time responsiveness;

guarantees of emergency protection;
-
guarantees of independent-living support;
-
guarantees of continuous functionality;
-
or guarantees of compatibility with all assistive technologies, hardware environments, jurisdictions, or accessibility needs.
Accessibility availability and functionality may vary significantly depending on:

jurisdiction;

infrastructure;

provider participation;
-
hardware limitations;
-
device compatibility;
-
language recognition capabilities;
-
speech characteristics;
-
environmental conditions;
-
telecommunications availability;
-
cloud-service availability;

geolocation precision;

third-party systems;

local regulations;

and operational factors outside ORO’s control.
Accessibility-oriented functionalities are provided solely as technological tools intended to improve usability and participation and shall not be interpreted as assuming legal responsibility for accessibility outcomes, transportation results, personal supervision, or physical-world safety.
3A. DIGITAL INCLUSION MISSION AND TECHNOLOGICAL ACCESSIBILITY OBJECTIVES
ORO was designed under a global digital inclusion philosophy intended to reduce technological barriers commonly experienced by elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, individuals with reduced mobility, visually impaired users, users with limited digital literacy, and individuals who prefer simplified interaction methods.
The Platform's voice-first architecture is intended to provide an alternative interaction model that may reduce dependence on complex touchscreen interfaces, multiple navigation layers, excessive manual interaction, or visually intensive workflows.
ORO's accessibility-oriented design seeks to facilitate technological participation without requiring advanced digital skills and is intended to improve convenience, usability, and technological accessibility for all users regardless of age, disability status, technical knowledge, or physical condition.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as guaranteeing accessibility outcomes, transportation outcomes, personal independence, safety outcomes, disability accommodations, or successful completion of any interaction. The Platform provides technological tools only and does not replace personal judgment, professional assistance, caregiver support, emergency services, transportation supervision, or accessibility assessments.
4. VOICE TECHNOLOGY, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, AUTOMATED SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGICAL LIMITATIONS
The Platform may rely upon voice-processing technologies, artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning models, speech-recognition systems, contextual interpretation systems, cloud-based processing systems, geolocation technologies, automated routing systems, voice-triggered commands, and automated accessibility functionalities.
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that all voice and AI systems are probabilistic technologies inherently subject to limitations, inaccuracies, latency, interruptions, contextual errors, unintended activation, failed activation, incomplete interpretation, environmental interference, and operational unpredictability.
Voice and AI systems may be affected by:

language-processing limitations;

AI hallucinations;

contextual misunderstandings;

and technological failures beyond ORO’s control.
ORO does not guarantee:

successful voice recognition;

command accuracy;
-
uninterrupted processing;
-
uninterrupted accessibility functionality;
-
real-time execution;
-
real-time response;
-
automated accuracy;
-
emergency detection;
-
emergency escalation;
-
successful routing;
-
uninterrupted cloud processing;
-
or complete reliability of AI-assisted systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO disclaims all liability arising from:

AI interpretation failures;
-
hallucinated outputs;
-
voice-recognition errors;
-
delayed processing;
-
automation failures;
-
speech-processing inaccuracies;
-
accessibility-system interruptions;
-
geolocation inaccuracies;
-
cloud-service failures;
-
cybersecurity incidents;

telecommunications disruptions;
-
device malfunction;
-
software limitations;
-
automated-system decisions;
-
or technological limitations affecting accessibility-related functionality.
Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as constituting continuous listening, covert surveillance, passive monitoring, emergency-grade monitoring infrastructure, or real-time safety supervision.
Voice functionalities operate exclusively through user permissions, device settings, activation protocols, and user-controlled interactions.
4A. HANDS-FREE INTERACTION AND USER SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
The Platform's voice-assisted architecture may allow certain interactions to occur with reduced manual device manipulation. Such functionality is intended solely as a convenience feature designed to facilitate user interaction with the Platform.
ORO does not guarantee that voice interaction eliminates distractions, prevents accidents, improves driving performance, improves transportation safety, reduces crime, prevents theft, prevents misconduct, or eliminates operational risks.
Users and independent providers remain solely responsible for complying with all traffic laws, transportation regulations, safety obligations, operational requirements, and personal safety practices applicable to their activities.
Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as a representation that voice interaction creates a safer transportation environment or eliminates risks associated with real-world transportation activity.
4B. ACCESSIBILITY VARIABILITY AND INDIVIDUAL USER LIMITATIONS
Accessibility-oriented features, voice-assisted technologies, speech-recognition systems, AI-assisted interactions, hands-free functionalities, and related technological tools may not function equally for all individuals, disabilities, languages, speech patterns, medical conditions, cognitive conditions, environmental circumstances, technological environments, hardware configurations, or accessibility requirements.
Users acknowledge that accessibility needs vary significantly among individuals and that no single technological solution can accommodate every circumstance, condition, disability, preference, language, communication style, or accessibility requirement.
ORO does not represent, warrant, certify, or guarantee that any accessibility-oriented functionality will be effective, suitable, compatible, sufficient, or usable for any particular individual, disability, medical condition, accessibility need, communication method, assistive technology, device, jurisdiction, or operational environment.
Users remain solely responsible for determining whether the Platform and its functionalities are appropriate for their individual circumstances and accessibility requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO disclaims liability arising from the inability of any user to access, utilize, benefit from, interact with, rely upon, or successfully operate any accessibility-related functionality made available through the Platform.
4C. PRE-TRIP COMMUNICATIONS, VOICE COORDINATION, MEETING POINTS AND USER-CONTROLLED ARRIVAL MANAGEMENT
As part of its accessibility-first and voice-first technological architecture, the Platform may provide communication tools, voice-assisted interaction systems, automated notifications, estimated arrival information, geolocation-based indicators, messaging functionalities, voice-generated alerts, accessibility-oriented coordination features, and other communication mechanisms intended solely to facilitate voluntary coordination between independent users and independent transportation providers prior to a transportation service.
These functionalities may include, without limitation:
estimated provider arrival notifications;
distance indicators;
voice-generated arrival announcements;
pickup-location coordination tools;
meeting-point communications;
accessibility-related transportation communications;
provider-to-user messaging systems;
user-to-provider messaging systems;
voice-triggered communications;
automated status notifications;
location-sharing functionalities;
and other pre-trip coordination mechanisms.
Such functionalities are provided exclusively as technological communication tools intended to assist users and independent providers in coordinating their own transportation arrangements.
ORO does not select, designate, recommend, approve, supervise, monitor, validate, guarantee, control, inspect, certify, or assume responsibility for any meeting point, pickup location, waiting area, accessibility arrangement, communication exchange, transportation decision, routing choice, user action, provider action, or real-world interaction.
The Platform’s estimated arrival times, distance calculations, geolocation indicators, automated notifications, voice announcements, mapping data, accessibility-related communications, and related informational outputs are generated through technological systems that may be affected by connectivity limitations, geolocation inaccuracies, environmental conditions, traffic conditions, third-party infrastructure, telecommunications interruptions, device limitations, artificial intelligence systems, mapping providers, cloud-service providers, and factors outside ORO’s reasonable control.
Accordingly, ORO does not guarantee:
the accuracy of estimated arrival times;
the accuracy of geolocation information;
the suitability of any meeting point;
the safety of any pickup location;
the accessibility of any pickup location;
successful communication between participants;
provider arrival at any specific location;
user arrival at any specific location;
successful transportation coordination;
or the availability of any communication functionality.
All users and independent transportation providers remain solely and exclusively responsible for evaluating, selecting, confirming, approaching, accessing, entering, leaving, and utilizing any pickup location, meeting point, drop-off location, accessibility arrangement, or transportation-related coordination.
Users further acknowledge and agree that the Platform’s communication functionalities are designed to facilitate direct coordination between independent participants and are not intended to function as transportation supervision systems, personal safety systems, accessibility-monitoring systems, emergency-response systems, route-management systems, dispatch services, operational transportation control systems, or real-time monitoring services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO disclaims all liability arising from or related to:
incorrect pickup locations;
misunderstood communications;
voice-recognition inaccuracies;
AI-generated communication errors;
missed communications;
delayed communications;
failed communications;
inaccessible meeting points;
unsafe meeting points;
incorrect geolocation data;
user misunderstanding of instructions;
provider misunderstanding of instructions;
third-party conduct;
transportation coordination failures;
or any incident occurring before, during, or after transportation-related communications between independent participants.
The existence of communication tools, voice-based coordination features, estimated arrival information, accessibility-oriented notifications, or meeting-point functionalities shall not be interpreted as creating any duty of supervision, duty of care, custodial obligation, transportation responsibility, accessibility guarantee, safety guarantee, monitoring obligation, or special legal relationship on the part of ORO.
4D. GEOLOCATION TECHNOLOGY AND LOCATION DATA LIMITATIONS
The Platform may utilize geolocation technologies, GPS systems, mapping services, wireless networks, device-generated location information, third-party location providers, and related technologies to facilitate certain functionalities.
Location information may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, interrupted, imprecise, or affected by environmental conditions, infrastructure limitations, telecommunications disruptions, device settings, software limitations, third-party systems, governmental restrictions, or other factors beyond ORO’s control.
ORO does not guarantee the accuracy, precision, availability, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any location-related information generated, displayed, transmitted, processed, or relied upon through the Platform.
Users and independent providers remain solely responsible for independently confirming locations, destinations, meeting points, pickup locations, drop-off locations, and transportation-related decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO disclaims all liability arising from inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or erroneous geolocation information.
CAREGIVERS, FAMILY MEMBERS AND AUTHORIZED ASSISTANTS
The Platform may be used by caregivers, family members, companions, guardians, assistants, authorized representatives, or support persons acting on behalf of another individual.
ORO does not verify the authority, identity, qualifications, intentions, legal status, relationship, competence, or decision-making authority of any such individual.
Any assistance provided by third parties occurs independently and outside the control of ORO.
ORO assumes no responsibility for decisions, instructions, permissions, communications, supervision, transportation arrangements, accessibility assistance, or actions performed by caregivers, family members, assistants, companions, guardians, or authorized representatives.
4E. NO DEPENDENCY AND NO ESSENTIAL SERVICE STATUS
The Platform is not intended to function as an essential public service, accessibility utility, emergency infrastructure, caregiving system, healthcare service, transportation guarantee, public transportation substitute, or mandatory accessibility resource.
Users must maintain independent alternatives for transportation, accessibility support, emergency assistance, communication, caregiving, healthcare, and personal mobility.
ORO shall not be liable for any reliance placed upon the availability, continuity, accessibility, functionality, or operational status of the Platform.
5. ACCESSIBLE VEHICLES, SPECIAL CATEGORIES, PROVIDER REPRESENTATIONS AND INFORMATIONAL DESIGNATIONS
The Platform may include optional categories, filters, labels, accessibility identifiers, or informational service designations intended to facilitate discovery of independent providers who may voluntarily indicate accessibility-related capabilities.
Such categories may include references to:

wheelchair accessibility;
-
mobility assistance;
-
accessibility-oriented transportation;
-
service-animal compatibility;
-
sensory accommodations;
-
elderly-oriented transportation;
-
inclusive transportation;
-
voice-assisted interaction;
-
accessibility-adapted vehicles;

ramps;
-
lift systems;
-
wheelchair anchoring systems;
-
expanded interior space;
-
or other accessibility-related features.
All such categories are strictly informational, descriptive, voluntary, provider-generated, and non-certified.
ORO does not independently verify, inspect, certify, supervise, endorse, guarantee, monitor, or validate:

vehicle accessibility;
-
accessibility compliance;
-
provider qualifications;
-
accessibility training;
-
vehicle adaptations;
-
maintenance standards;
-
service quality;
-
provider experience;
-
transportation suitability;
-
or legal compliance with accessibility laws.
Any representation regarding accessibility capabilities is made exclusively by the independent provider and not by ORO.
Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating whether any transportation option, provider, vehicle, accessibility category, or accessibility-related functionality is suitable for their personal needs, medical circumstances, accessibility requirements, or transportation expectations.
Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as certification of compliance with:

the ADA;
-
WCAG standards;
-
disability regulations;
-
transportation accessibility regulations;
-
accessibility engineering standards;
-
or equivalent international accessibility frameworks.
5A. NO ACCESSIBILITY CERTIFICATION OR PROFESSIONAL EVALUATION
ORO does not perform accessibility audits, engineering evaluations, disability assessments, vehicle inspections, regulatory certifications, professional accessibility reviews, compliance determinations, or suitability analyses regarding any vehicle, provider, transportation arrangement, mobility-support service, accessibility-related feature, or accommodation represented through the Platform.
Any accessibility-related designation, category, label, filter, description, icon, identifier, or informational statement made available through the Platform is intended solely to facilitate user discovery and shall not be interpreted as a professional opinion, regulatory certification, legal determination, engineering finding, accessibility guarantee, disability accommodation certification, transportation suitability assessment, or representation of compliance with any accessibility-related law, regulation, technical standard, or governmental requirement.
Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating whether any provider, vehicle, transportation arrangement, accessibility feature, accommodation, or mobility-support capability is appropriate for their individual circumstances and needs.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCESSIBILITY AVAILABILITY, SERVICE PERFORMANCE OR ACCESSIBILITY OUTCOMES
ORO does not guarantee:

availability of specialized providers;

uninterrupted accessibility functionality;

successful accommodation requests;
-
accessibility compatibility;

provider acceptance;

transportation availability;

transportation suitability;

accessibility compliance;

successful communication;

or adequacy for specific medical, cognitive, physical, accessibility, or transportation needs.
Accessibility-related service availability may fluctuate significantly due to market conditions, geographic limitations, infrastructure conditions, third-party participation, weather conditions, operational limitations, governmental restrictions, connectivity interruptions, and external factors beyond ORO’s control.
Users expressly acknowledge that accessibility-oriented expectations may not always be fulfilled and that ORO assumes no liability for unavailable, delayed, interrupted, incomplete, unsuitable, or unsuccessful accessibility-related outcomes.
7. NO MEDICAL SERVICES, NO CAREGIVING SERVICES, NO EMERGENCY RESPONSE OBLIGATIONS AND NO SPECIAL DUTY OF CARE
The Platform is not intended for:

emergency transportation;
-
ambulance services;
-
medical transportation;
-
assisted living;
-
caregiving services;
-
disability supervision;
-
patient supervision;
-
crisis intervention;
-
life-support transportation;
-
medical monitoring;
-
protective supervision;
-
nursing services;

emergency dispatch;
-
or emergency-grade response systems.
ORO is not:

a healthcare provider;
-
medical transportation provider;
-
emergency-response organization;
-
public safety agency;
-
law-enforcement authority;
-
caregiving entity;
-
accessibility-supervision provider;
-
nursing provider;
-
assisted-living operator;
-
emergency dispatch center;
-
or crisis-management organization.
The Platform’s accessibility-oriented structure, voice-based interaction systems, inclusion-oriented positioning, and accessibility-related functionalities shall not create:

custodial relationships;
-
fiduciary relationships;
-
dependency relationships;
-
heightened duties of care;
-
special legal duties;
-
emergency obligations;
-
monitoring obligations;
-
protective obligations;
-
supervision obligations;
-
or assumptions of responsibility for vulnerable individuals.
Users must not rely upon the Platform as a substitute for:

emergency services;
-
healthcare providers;
-
caregivers;
-
supervised transportation;
-
assisted-living services;
-
accessibility supervision;
-
emergency communication systems;
-
safety personnel;
-
law-enforcement agencies;
-
or medical professionals.
In all emergency situations, Users must immediately contact local emergency authorities or emergency-response providers directly.
7A. VULNERABLE USERS, ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS AND ACCESSIBILITY-RELATED LIMITATIONS
ORO recognizes that certain users may include elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, individuals with limited mobility, visually impaired users, users with reduced digital literacy, and other individuals who may require accessibility-oriented technological tools.
The availability of accessibility-oriented functionality shall not be interpreted as creating any obligation by ORO to supervise, monitor, protect, accompany, evaluate, assess, assist, guide, safeguard, care for, transport, or assume responsibility for any user.
Users remain solely responsible for determining whether independent assistance, caregiving support, medical supervision, transportation assistance, accessibility accommodations, or other support services are necessary for their particular circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO disclaims any duty to monitor the well-being, condition, capacity, safety, competence, location, behavior, transportation status, decision-making ability, or personal circumstances of any user.
8. S.O.S. FEATURES, THIRD-PARTY SECURITY ESCALATION AND EMERGENCY LIMITATIONS

Any emergency or safety-related escalation may be routed to independent third-party entities operating under their own infrastructure, operational authority, contractual frameworks, technological systems, staffing, legal obligations, regulatory standards, and response procedures.
Such third-party entities may independently communicate with local emergency services, security personnel, governmental authorities, or law-enforcement agencies at their sole discretion.
ORO:

does not control emergency-response decisions;

does not guarantee emergency escalation;

delayed response;

third-party failures;

governmental inaction;

ORO does not receive, evaluate, investigate, verify, monitor, respond to, dispatch, manage, supervise, or resolve emergency events.
Emergency notifications may be transmitted through technological integrations to independent third-party security entities operating under separate contractual, operational, and regulatory frameworks.
Any subsequent decision to contact emergency services, law-enforcement agencies, medical providers, private security personnel, or governmental authorities is made exclusively by such third parties and not by ORO.
ORO has no obligation to review, monitor, interpret, prioritize, investigate, verify, evaluate, or act upon emergency-related information transmitted through the Platform and shall not be deemed to have actual or constructive knowledge of any emergency event solely because information is generated, transmitted, recorded, or processed through Platform systems.

For purposes of this Policy, the term "Accessibility" refers exclusively to technology-oriented features intended to facilitate usability and interaction. The term does not constitute a representation, certification, guarantee, warranty, legal determination, regulatory finding, engineering certification, medical assessment, disability accommodation guarantee, transportation suitability determination, or compliance certification under any accessibility-related law or standard.
9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES, PERSONAL RISK ASSUMPTION AND NO RELIANCE FRAMEWORK
Users remain solely and exclusively responsible for:

Transportation and accessibility interactions inherently involve risks including:

All such risks are voluntarily assumed by Users to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Users expressly acknowledge that no reliance may be placed upon ORO for personal supervision, caregiving, accessibility monitoring, transportation safety oversight, or emergency protection.
10. ASSISTIVE DEVICES, SERVICE ANIMALS, MOBILITY EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSIBILITY SUPPORT ITEMS
Users may travel with wheelchairs, walkers, canes, mobility scooters, prosthetic devices, oxygen accessories, hearing-related equipment, visual-assistance tools, service animals, mobility-support equipment, and other accessibility-related items.
ORO does not:

provide assistive equipment;

inspect accessibility equipment;
-
certify assistive devices;
-
supervise transportation handling;
-
provide physical assistance;
-
verify service animals;
-
maintain accessibility registries;

supervise loading procedures;

guarantee compatibility;

All risks associated with transportation, storage, installation, compatibility, restraint, handling, sanitation, maintenance, operation, or use of accessibility-related equipment remain solely with Users and independent providers.
11. NON-DISCRIMINATION, INCLUSION PRINCIPLES AND PLATFORM CONDUCT
ORO supports principles of accessibility awareness, dignity, inclusion, equal technological participation, and non-discriminatory access to digital technologies.
Users and independent providers are expected to comply with applicable anti-discrimination laws and Platform conduct standards.
However, ORO does not control, supervise, direct, or guarantee the behavior, conduct, attitudes, decisions, or compliance of independent third parties.
ORO reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate complaints, review reported incidents, preserve records, restrict accounts, suspend access, terminate accounts, or implement enforcement measures where deemed appropriate for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, legal protection, or operational integrity.
Failure by ORO to investigate, monitor, or enforce any standard shall not constitute acceptance of responsibility, operational supervision, or assumption of legal duties.
12. DATA PROCESSING, ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION, INCIDENT RECORDS AND PRIVACY INTEGRATION
Accessibility-related interactions may involve processing of voice data, geolocation data, accessibility preferences, communication metadata, device information, security-related information, fraud-prevention data, and incident-related records.
Such processing shall be governed by the applicable Privacy Policy and Data Governance Framework.
ORO may preserve, process, review, disclose, or retain logs, records, metadata, geolocation events, voice-interaction records, accessibility reports, incident reports, automated-system records, fraud-prevention records, and compliance-related evidence where reasonably necessary for:

Accessibility laws, transportation regulations, privacy obligations, disability standards, AI regulations, consumer-protection laws, and operational compliance requirements vary significantly across jurisdictions.
ORO operates under a multinational and multi-jurisdictional compliance framework and does not guarantee uniform legal treatment, accessibility standards, operational availability, or regulatory interpretation worldwide.
Where mandatory local laws impose non-waivable obligations, such obligations shall apply solely to the minimum extent legally required within the applicable jurisdiction.
Independent providers remain solely responsible for compliance with all local laws, permits, licenses, insurance requirements, transportation obligations, accessibility obligations, and operational regulations applicable to their activities.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND CORPORATE LIABILITY SHIELD
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and all accessibility-related functionalities are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
ORO expressly disclaims all warranties including without limitation:

16. MODIFICATIONS, INTERPRETATION, ENFORCEMENT RIGHTS AND CONTINUOUS COMPLIANCE
ORO reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by law, to:

suspend;

restrict;

interpret;

restructure;

discontinue;

or update any accessibility-related functionality, operational structure, category, technological system, AI functionality, emergency feature, voice interaction capability, or Policy provision at any time.
ORO further reserves the right to implement additional operational, legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, cybersecurity, accessibility, platform-protection, risk-management, or enforcement measures deemed necessary for the protection of the Platform and the ORO Corporate Group.
Continued access to or use of the Platform constitutes legally binding acceptance of any updated version of this Policy.

VOICE TECHNOLOGY, AI SYSTEMS, GEOLOCATION TOOLS, AND AUTOMATED SYSTEMS MAY PRODUCE ERRORS, FAILURES, INTERRUPTIONS, OR INACCURACIES;

S.O.S. FEATURES ARE TECHNOLOGICAL ESCALATION TOOLS ONLY AND DEPEND ON THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE AND THIRD-PARTY RESPONSE SYSTEMS;

NO SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP, FIDUCIARY DUTY, HEIGHTENED DUTY OF CARE, CUSTODIAL RELATIONSHIP, OR DEPENDENCY RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED BETWEEN ORO AND ANY USER;
