The Platform may incorporate and provide access to voice-enabled technologies, including but not limited to speech recognition (speech-to-text), voice synthesis (text-to-speech), automated audio processing, and algorithmic interpretation of spoken commands (collectively, the “Voice Features”). Such Voice Features are offered exclusively for purposes of facilitating user interaction, enhancing accessibility—particularly for elderly individuals and persons with disabilities—and improving overall user experience within the Platform.
The user expressly acknowledges that Voice Features rely on complex technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning models, telecommunications infrastructure, and third-party service providers, all of which are inherently subject to limitations, variability, and potential failure.
Accordingly, Oro does not warrant, represent, or guarantee that Voice Features will be accurate, complete, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free under any circumstances.

By using any Voice Features, the user expressly consents to their activation and operation and acknowledges that spoken input may be misinterpreted, partially captured, inaccurately transcribed, or incorrectly executed by the system.
The user further understands and accepts that outputs generated by the system may be incomplete, misleading, unintended, or inconsistent with the user’s actual intent. Such inaccuracies may arise from, including but not limited to, background noise, accents, dialects, language variations, speech impairments, environmental conditions, technical limitations, connectivity failures, or system errors.
The user assumes full and exclusive responsibility for reviewing, confirming, and validating any instruction, request, or information generated through Voice Features prior to taking any action based thereon.
3. Prohibition of Use in Critical or High-Risk Situations

The user expressly agrees not to rely on Voice Features in such situations. Oro is not an emergency service provider and does not replace or substitute any governmental, medical, legal, or safety-related services.
4. User Responsibility and Authorization of Actions

Audio-related data retention, if any, shall remain limited to what is commercially reasonable, operationally necessary, legally required, or technically necessary for the legitimate operation of the Platform.
The user bears exclusive responsibility for verifying destinations, routes, identities, and any transaction or interaction initiated through voice commands.
5. Audio Data Processing and Authorization
By using Voice Features, the user grants Oro a worldwide, irrevocable (to the extent permitted by law), royalty-free, sublicensable right to capture, process, analyze, store, reproduce, and use audio data, voice recordings, and transcriptions for purposes including, but not limited to, service operation, quality improvement, security, fraud prevention, compliance, and product development.
Such processing may be conducted directly by Oro or through authorized third-party technology providers, including cloud infrastructure services and artificial intelligence systems, which may operate across multiple jurisdictions.
The user acknowledges and accepts that audio data may be stored temporarily or permanently, subject to applicable laws and Oro’s internal data governance policies.
6. Privacy, Security, and Technical Limitations
The user understands that voice data transmission involves inherent risks associated with digital communications, including potential interception, unauthorized access, data loss, or system vulnerabilities.
While Oro implements commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards consistent with industry standards, Oro does not guarantee absolute security or immunity from breaches.
The accuracy and performance of Voice Features depend on factors beyond Oro’s control, including user devices, network conditions, and third-party systems.
7. Platform Role and Transportation Disclaimer
Oro operates exclusively as a technology platform that enables connections between independent users and independent third-party service providers, including drivers. Oro does not provide transportation services, does not own or operate vehicles, and does not employ drivers.
All interactions, services, and transactions facilitated through the Platform occur directly between users and independent third parties, who bear sole responsibility for their conduct, services, compliance with applicable laws, and any outcomes arising therefrom.
8. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

This limitation expressly includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from errors in voice recognition, misinterpretation of commands, failed execution of instructions, incorrect ride requests, miscommunication between users and drivers, service interruptions, personal injury, accidents, property damage, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other economic or non-economic loss.
The user expressly waives any claim against Oro arising from reliance on Voice Features or from interactions facilitated through the Platform.
9. Misuse, Fraud Prevention, and Enforcement Rights
The user agrees not to misuse Voice Features, including but not limited to impersonation, fraudulent commands, use of recordings or automated scripts, manipulation of system behavior, or generation of malicious or deceptive inputs.

11. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver (U.S. and Global Standard)
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform or Voice Features shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, and not in a court of law.
The user expressly agrees to waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings. All disputes shall be brought solely on an individual basis.
Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules designated by Oro and shall take place in a jurisdiction determined by Oro, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
12. International Compliance
The user acknowledges that the use of Voice Features may be subject to varying laws and regulations depending on jurisdiction, including data protection, biometric data, telecommunications, and consumer protection laws.
