Vehicle Standards & Requirements
ORO & ORO XL
Most modern vehicles may qualify for ORO and ORO XL, two of the most popular transportation categories available through the Platform.
General Vehicle Requirements
• Sedan or passenger vehicle in good operating condition
• Seating capacity for at least four (4) passengers in addition to the driver
• Windows and air-conditioning systems must be in proper working condition
• Officially marked, emergency, government, or specially designated vehicles are generally not eligible
• Salvage, rebuilt, or reconstructed vehicles may not qualify, subject to local requirements
• In many regions, model year 2013 or newer vehicles may be eligible, subject to local availability and regulatory requirements

All vehicles must comply with the eligibility requirements applicable to their region and the specific service category selected.
Examples may include:
• ORO: Minimum 5 seats (including driver) and 4 doors
• ORO XL: Minimum 7 seats (including driver) and 4 doors
• VAN: Minimum 8 seats and 4 or 5 doors
