This Disclosure forms an integral part of the ORO Legal Framework and applies to all users, providers, visitors, partners, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries and other persons accessing or interacting with the Platform.

ORO Technologies LLC operates as a technology platform and may use automated systems solely to facilitate operational functions, accessibility features, safety tools, platform management, fraud prevention, service coordination and user experience enhancement.

The Platform may utilize automated systems to facilitate operational functions including but not limited to:

trip coordination;

service requests;

service prioritization;

voice-command processing;

accessibility functionality;

pricing calculations;

dynamic pricing adjustments;

fraud detection;

identity verification;

account security;

platform integrity monitoring;

risk detection;

route suggestions;

trip recommendations;

feature eligibility;

promotion eligibility;

account reviews;

safety alerts;

SOS-related routing processes;

service optimization;

platform analytics;

artificial intelligence processing;

and other functions reasonably necessary for operation of the Platform.

The existence of automated technologies does not imply that all decisions are fully automated, nor does it imply that automated outputs will always be accurate, complete, current, unbiased or suitable for a particular purpose.

3. MATCHING SYSTEMS

The Platform may utilize automated matching technologies designed to facilitate connections between independent users and independent third-party providers.

Matching systems may consider factors including:

voice-command inputs;

service preferences;

system capacity;

Users acknowledge that matching outcomes may vary and that no user has any right to receive a particular provider, vehicle, service provider, service opportunity, ranking position or assignment outcome.

ORO does not guarantee that any automated matching process will produce the most favorable, closest, fastest, safest, cheapest or otherwise preferred result.

4. ACCESSIBILITY TECHNOLOGY AND AUTOMATED ASSISTANCE

Because ORO is designed to support accessibility and inclusion, certain accessibility functions may utilize:

voice recognition systems;

speech interpretation technologies;

language processing technologies;

artificial intelligence systems;

predictive technologies;

assistive automation;

and other accessibility-support technologies.

Users acknowledge that accessibility technologies may be affected by:

speech variations;

accents;

background noise;

medical conditions;

device limitations;

microphone quality;

internet connectivity;

environmental conditions;

software limitations;

device accessibility settings;

and other external factors.

Accessibility technologies are intended to support usability but do not guarantee accessibility outcomes, independence, autonomy, successful communication or successful service completion.

5. VOICE PROCESSING AND INTERPRETATION LIMITATIONS

The Platform may utilize automated technologies to interpret voice commands and spoken instructions.

Users acknowledge that voice-processing systems may:

Voice-processing technologies are provided on a best-effort basis and should not be relied upon as error-free communication systems.

Users acknowledge that automated technologies may contribute to decisions involving account restrictions, feature limitations, temporary suspensions, additional verification requirements or security reviews.

No user has a right to uninterrupted access to Platform services while such reviews are being conducted.

8. PRICING, ESTIMATES AND CALCULATIONS

The Platform may utilize automated technologies to calculate or estimate pricing-related information.

Pricing outputs may be affected by:

market conditions;

availability;

distance;

location data;

time factors;

system inputs;

voice-command information;

or operational variables.

Any estimate generated by an automated system is informational in nature and does not constitute a guarantee of final pricing.

9. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES

ORO makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that any automated technology will:

produce fair results;

remain bias-free;

remain available at all times;

Such technologies may include:

ORO does not control all aspects of third-party technologies and assumes no responsibility for failures, inaccuracies, outages, interruptions, delays or errors originating from third-party systems.

11. NO RELIANCE ON AUTOMATED OUTPUTS

Users agree that automated outputs generated by the Platform shall not be treated as:

professional advice;

medical advice;

legal advice;

financial advice;

security advice;

emergency advice;

or guarantees of factual accuracy.

Users remain solely responsible for exercising independent judgment before acting upon information generated by automated systems.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO Technologies LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, partners and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising from or related to:

automated decisions;

matching outcomes;

voice-processing errors;

algorithmic outputs;

artificial intelligence systems;

fraud-detection systems;

account reviews;

account restrictions;

pricing calculations;

accessibility technologies;

safety alerts;

SOS-related automated functions;

predictive technologies;

recommendation systems;

algorithmic recommendations;

or any other automated process utilized by the Platform.

13. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND FUTURE TECHNOLOGIES

ORO may modify, replace, suspend, discontinue or expand automated technologies, artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning models, accessibility tools, voice technologies or algorithmic processes at any time in order to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, technological developments, operational needs, safety considerations or business objectives.

Nothing in this Disclosure shall be interpreted as creating a right to any specific automated process, technology model, accessibility feature, matching methodology or algorithmic outcome.

13A. NO ENTITLEMENT TO HUMAN REVIEW

Users acknowledge that certain Platform functions may involve automated technologies, algorithmic systems, artificial intelligence tools, machine-learning models, accessibility technologies, fraud-detection systems or other automated processes.

Except where expressly required by applicable law, nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as creating an obligation for ORO to provide human review, manual intervention, individual reassessment, personalized explanations, alternative decision-making procedures, or individualized appeals regarding automated operational outcomes.

ORO reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review automated outputs, classifications, alerts, restrictions, recommendations, matching results, prioritization decisions, account actions, safety-related determinations, accessibility-related determinations or other automated operational processes.

The absence of human review shall not, by itself, constitute evidence of negligence, misconduct, unfair treatment, discrimination, breach of duty, defective technology or improper Platform operation.

13B. EVOLVING TECHNOLOGY AND SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT

Users acknowledge that automated technologies, artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning models, accessibility technologies, voice-processing systems and algorithmic tools continuously evolve and may be modified, retrained, updated, replaced, recalibrated or discontinued without prior notice.

System behavior, outputs, recommendations, matching methodologies, accessibility functionality, fraud-detection mechanisms, prioritization systems, safety technologies and operational processes may change over time as technologies evolve.

ORO assumes no obligation to maintain any specific algorithm, model, methodology, technology provider, matching system, voice-recognition engine, accessibility process or automated decision framework.

13C. NO GUARANTEE OF FAIRNESS, NEUTRALITY OR PREFERRED OUTCOMES

Users acknowledge that automated technologies are designed to support operational functionality and are not intended to guarantee equal outcomes, preferred outcomes, optimized outcomes, favorable outcomes, neutrality, fairness perceptions or individualized results.

Different users, providers, devices, geographic regions, operating environments, accessibility requirements and operational conditions may produce different automated outputs.

The existence of different outcomes shall not, by itself, establish bias, discrimination, negligence, unfair treatment, technological defect or improper Platform operation.

13D. ACCESSIBILITY AUTOMATION LIMITATIONS

Because ORO incorporates voice-first technologies and accessibility-support systems intended to assist users of varying abilities, certain automated technologies may attempt to interpret speech, user behavior, accessibility preferences, device settings, environmental conditions or operational contexts.

Users acknowledge that automated accessibility technologies may not correctly interpret every disability, limitation, communication method, assistive technologies used by the user, accessibility preference, speech pattern, language variation, medical condition or user circumstance.

The Platform's accessibility-oriented technologies are intended to improve usability and inclusion but do not guarantee accessibility outcomes, independence, autonomy, equal access, successful communication, successful transportation outcomes, emergency outcomes or individualized accommodation results.

13E. NO DISCLOSURE OF PROPRIETARY ALGORITHMIC LOGIC

The Company is committed to maintaining reasonable transparency regarding the existence and general operation of automated technologies used within the Platform.

However, nothing contained in this Disclosure shall be interpreted as requiring ORO Technologies LLC to disclose confidential algorithmic logic, proprietary weighting methodologies, source code, software architecture, machine-learning models, fraud-detection methodologies, cybersecurity measures, ranking formulas, matching algorithms, optimization techniques, trade secrets or other confidential technological information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO Technologies LLC reserves the right to protect its intellectual property, confidential business information and proprietary technological infrastructure while providing users with appropriate transparency regarding the operation of automated systems.
