5. NO RELIANCE ON ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES
The existence of accessibility-related features, voice-assisted systems, assistive technologies, simplified interfaces, communication tools, accessibility prompts, audio guidance, accessibility workflows, or inclusion-oriented technologies does not eliminate the need for independent judgment.

accessibility certifications;
or guarantees of independent usability.
Users remain solely responsible for determining whether the Platform is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
6. NO RELIANCE ON S.O.S. FEATURES OR SAFETY-RELATED TOOLS

Users must never rely exclusively upon the Platform, voice technologies, safety tools, communication features, accessibility systems, or S.O.S. functionalities during emergencies.
Independent emergency communication methods should always be maintained.
7. NO RELIANCE ON THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
The Platform connects Users with independent third-party providers operating outside ORO's ownership, supervision, direction, and control.

and taking appropriate protective measures.
Nothing within the Platform eliminates or transfers such responsibility.

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that the availability of voice technologies, accessibility-oriented features, artificial intelligence systems, communication tools, safety-related functionalities, mapping technologies, emergency-related features, provider information, operational guidance, informational content, notifications, alerts, prompts, recommendations, or any other Platform functionality shall not transfer, reduce, replace, limit, or eliminate the User's independent responsibility to exercise reasonable judgment and make informed decisions.
The existence of technological assistance features shall not be interpreted as creating any obligation on the part of ORO to make decisions on behalf of Users, evaluate personal circumstances, assess risks, determine transportation suitability, monitor safety conditions, provide supervision, verify accessibility compatibility, guarantee emergency outcomes, or assume responsibility for actions taken by Users or third parties.
Users remain solely responsible for evaluating information, verifying circumstances, assessing risks, and determining whether any action is appropriate for their individual situation.
