Voice Command Authorization, User Instructions and Digital Action Validation Policy
1. PURPOSE, LEGAL STATUS AND GLOBAL APPLICATION
This Voice Command Authorization, User Instructions and Digital Action Validation Policy ("Policy") establishes the global legal framework governing the interpretation, processing, authorization, validation, execution, reliance, storage, transmission, recording, and legal treatment of voice commands, spoken instructions, audio interactions, voice-triggered actions, accessibility communications, digital confirmations, and voice-based platform activities occurring through the ORO Marketplace Platform operated by ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC ("ORO," "Company," or "Platform").
This Policy applies globally to all users, passengers, independent providers, business partners, merchants, accessibility users, elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, caregivers, authorized representatives, companions, account holders, and any person interacting with the Platform through voice-enabled technologies.
This Policy forms an integral component of ORO's global legal, compliance, accessibility, technology, privacy, safety, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, risk management, and operational governance framework and shall be interpreted together with:

2. VOICE-FIRST PLATFORM DISCLOSURE
ORO operates as a voice-oriented technology platform designed to facilitate digital interactions through spoken commands and accessibility-oriented interfaces.
The existence of voice-enabled functionality does not transform the Platform into:
a human operator;
a customer service representative;
a legal advisor;
a transportation dispatcher;
an emergency responder;
a caregiver;
a guardian;
an accessibility supervisor;
an agent of the User;
or
a decision-making authority.
Voice interaction is merely a technological mechanism through which users may communicate instructions to software systems.
All resulting actions remain subject to technological limitations, user responsibility, platform rules, third-party dependencies, operational restrictions, and applicable law.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURATE VOICE INTERPRETATION
Users expressly acknowledge that voice recognition systems operate through probabilistic technologies and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unintended, misunderstood, distorted, inconsistent, or erroneous interpretations.
Voice systems may be affected by:
accents;
speech impairments;
language variations;
background noise;
device quality;
microphone quality;
connectivity issues;
simultaneous speakers;
environmental interference;
AI limitations;
software errors;
hardware limitations;
or
other circumstances beyond ORO's control.
Accordingly, ORO does not warrant that voice commands will be correctly recognized, interpreted, processed, transmitted, stored, executed, or understood.
3-A. UNINTENTIONAL ACTIVATION, FALSE TRIGGERS AND ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIO DISCLOSURE
Users expressly acknowledge that voice-enabled technologies, microphones, speech-recognition systems, artificial intelligence tools, wake-word detection technologies, accessibility systems, audio-processing mechanisms, operating-system integrations, and device-level voice functionalities may under certain circumstances be activated unintentionally or may interpret environmental audio as a potential command.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
background conversations;
television broadcasts;
radio transmissions;
recorded audio;
public announcements;
multiple simultaneous speakers;
environmental noise;
device malfunctions;
third-party applications;
operating-system interactions;
voice similarities;
accidental device activation;
microphone errors;
artificial intelligence interpretation errors;
or other technological circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ORO.
The User acknowledges that voice-recognition technologies cannot guarantee perfect differentiation between intentional commands, accidental speech, environmental audio, background conversations, third-party voices, or unintended sounds.
Accordingly, ORO does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that every detected voice interaction reflects the actual intention of the account holder.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, monitoring, validating, correcting, canceling, or otherwise managing actions generated through their devices, accounts, accessibility tools, or voice-enabled functionalities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO shall not be liable for actions, requests, communications, transactions, settings modifications, service requests, accessibility configurations, account activities, or operational outcomes resulting from unintended activation, accidental speech recognition, environmental audio interpretation, false triggers, wake-word errors, microphone activations, or similar technological events.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPOKEN INSTRUCTIONS
The User remains solely responsible for all instructions communicated through the Platform.
Before confirming any action, the User must independently verify that:
the intended command is correct;
the destination is accurate;
the selected service is appropriate;
the payment method is correct;
the information entered is accurate;
the requested action reflects the User's true intent.
Users assume full responsibility for reviewing and validating information before relying upon any voice-generated output.
5. DIGITAL ACTION AUTHORIZATION PRINCIPLE
For legal, operational, accessibility, compliance, and security purposes, ORO may treat a voice command received through a registered account as a valid request originating from the account holder unless the Company determines otherwise.
Accordingly, voice commands may constitute authorization for:
trip requests;
service requests;
communications;
account actions;
payment-related actions;
accessibility settings;
platform interactions;
feature activations;
or
other digital activities available through the Platform.
The User assumes responsibility for maintaining control of devices, accounts, login credentials, voice-enabled access methods, and account security.
5-A. NO VOICE BIOMETRIC IDENTITY GUARANTEE
5-B. NO GUARANTEE OF INTENTIONAL USER INITIATION
The User expressly acknowledges that the detection, recognition, processing, transmission, or recording of a voice interaction does not necessarily establish that the interaction was intentionally initiated by the account holder.
Voice-enabled technologies are inherently dependent upon software, hardware, operating systems, telecommunications networks, artificial intelligence models, accessibility technologies, and third-party infrastructure that may generate unintended activations or processing events.
Accordingly, ORO shall have no obligation to independently determine whether a particular voice interaction was intentional, accidental, spontaneous, environmentally generated, initiated by a third party, or otherwise unintended by the User.
6. NO INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION OF USER INTENT
ORO is not obligated to independently verify:
the User's actual intention;
the User's mental state;
the User's understanding;
the User's motivations;
the User's legal capacity;
the User's physical condition;
the User's emotional condition;
the User's awareness of consequences;
or
whether a command reflects the User's preferred outcome.
The Platform may rely upon the information reasonably available through technological systems at the time of interaction.
7. THIRD-PARTY SPEECH AND SHARED ENVIRONMENTS
Users acknowledge that voice-enabled devices may operate in environments where multiple individuals are present.
ORO does not guarantee the ability to determine:
who spoke a command;
whether multiple individuals were speaking simultaneously;
whether a third party influenced the interaction;
whether instructions originated from the account holder;
or
whether another individual had access to the device.
Users remain solely responsible for protecting access to their devices and accounts.
7-A. DEVICE OWNER RESPONSIBILITY
8. CAREGIVERS, FAMILY MEMBERS AND AUTHORIZED ASSISTANCE
The Platform may be used by elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, caregivers, companions, family members, authorized assistants, legal representatives, or support personnel.
ORO does not independently verify the authority of any person providing spoken instructions through a User's device.
Users assume full responsibility for any permissions, access rights, authorizations, supervision arrangements, or delegated activities involving third parties.
8-A. ACCOUNT HOLDER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELEGATED USE
Where a User voluntarily permits caregivers, family members, assistants, companions, authorized representatives, support personnel, household members, or other third parties to access, use, interact with, or operate the User's device or account, the User assumes full responsibility for actions performed through such access.
ORO shall have no obligation to determine whether a particular action was performed personally by the account holder or by another individual authorized or permitted to access the device or account.
9. ACCESSIBILITY USERS AND VOICE INTERACTION RISKS
Accessibility-oriented technologies are designed to improve usability and inclusion.
However, accessibility features do not eliminate risks associated with:
miscommunication;
incorrect commands;
voice-recognition limitations;
misunderstood instructions;
third-party interference;
human error;
or
technology failures.
The existence of accessibility-focused features shall not create enhanced duties, special legal obligations, fiduciary relationships, caregiving responsibilities, supervisory obligations, or monitoring duties on the part of ORO.
9-A. ACCESSIBILITY DOES NOT MODIFY USER RESPONSIBILITY
The existence of accessibility-oriented technologies, voice-first interfaces, simplified workflows, assistive features, elderly-oriented functionality, disability-support tools, audio guidance systems, or inclusive design mechanisms shall not alter, reduce, transfer, or eliminate the User's responsibility for decisions, instructions, account activities, service requests, communications, transactions, or actions performed through the Platform.
Accessibility-oriented technologies are intended to facilitate access and usability and do not create any assumption by ORO of decision-making authority, supervisory obligations, caregiving responsibilities, fiduciary duties, or legal responsibility for User choices.
10. NO LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE THROUGH VOICE SYSTEMS
Voice systems, automated prompts, accessibility assistants, AI-generated responses, recommendations, notifications, reminders, or guidance tools do not constitute:
legal advice;
financial advice;
medical advice;
accessibility assessments;
safety guarantees;
transportation recommendations;
or
professional guidance of any kind.
Users must independently evaluate all information before acting upon it.
11. NO EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATION RELIANCE
Voice commands related to emergencies, safety concerns, health situations, accidents, criminal activity, or urgent incidents are subject to technological limitations.
Users must not rely exclusively upon voice-enabled features during emergencies.
ORO does not guarantee that emergency-related commands will be:
received;
recognized;
transmitted;
processed;
executed;
or
acted upon.
Where available, S.O.S. alerts may be transmitted to independent third-party providers operating under separate legal frameworks.
12. DIGITAL RECORDS AND VOICE EVIDENCE
Users acknowledge that ORO may create, store, process, retain, analyze, review, disclose, preserve, or utilize records relating to voice interactions for purposes including:
security;
fraud prevention;
compliance;
accessibility improvement;
quality assurance;
incident investigation;
regulatory obligations;
litigation defense;
arbitration proceedings;
law enforcement cooperation;
or
platform operations.
The existence or absence of any particular recording shall not create liability on the part of ORO.
ORO does not guarantee continuous recording, permanent retention, or future availability of any voice interaction.
12-A. LEGAL ADMISSIBILITY OF DIGITAL RECORDS
12-B. SYSTEM LOGS, METADATA AND PRESUMPTION OF PLATFORM RECORD ACCURACY
For operational, compliance, fraud-prevention, cybersecurity, dispute-resolution, accessibility, safety, and legal purposes, ORO may maintain system logs, metadata, timestamps, activity records, voice-processing records, authentication records, device identifiers, geolocation records, communication records, account-access records, and other technical evidence generated by the Platform.
Unless prohibited by applicable law, such records may be relied upon by ORO as evidence of Platform activity, user interactions, account actions, voice events, system events, security events, and operational history.
Users acknowledge that technological records maintained by ORO may differ from a user's personal recollection, memory, understanding, or interpretation of events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO reserves the right to rely upon such records during investigations, disputes, audits, regulatory proceedings, arbitration proceedings, insurance matters, legal claims, and judicial proceedings.
13. AI-ASSISTED VOICE PROCESSING DISCLOSURE
Voice systems may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated speech recognition, natural language processing, predictive technologies, or automated decision-support tools.
Such technologies may generate:
incorrect outputs;
incomplete outputs;
ambiguous outputs;
unexpected outputs;
biased outputs;
or
technologically limited outputs.
Users remain solely responsible for verifying information before acting upon any voice-based response.
13-A. NO HUMAN REVIEW OF VOICE INTERACTIONS
The User expressly acknowledges that voice interactions, accessibility communications, spoken commands, automated prompts, AI-generated responses, speech-recognition outputs, and voice-processing events may be processed automatically without human review.
ORO shall have no obligation to continuously monitor, review, supervise, validate, evaluate, interpret, correct, or intervene in voice interactions occurring through the Platform.
The absence of human review shall not be interpreted as negligence, acceptance, approval, verification, endorsement, authentication, supervision, or confirmation of any voice interaction, instruction, communication, request, or operational outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO reserves the right to utilize automated technologies, artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning tools, speech-recognition technologies, accessibility technologies, fraud-detection mechanisms, cybersecurity tools, and operational automation processes without creating any duty of human supervision.
14. USER ASSUMPTION OF VOICE INTERACTION RISKS
By using voice-enabled functionality, the User knowingly and voluntarily accepts all risks associated with:
voice recognition limitations;
speech interpretation errors;
AI limitations;
miscommunication;
incorrect inputs;
shared-device risks;
technology failures;
connectivity issues;
accessibility limitations;
and
third-party interference.
Such risks are inherent to modern voice-enabled technologies.
14-A. USER RETAINS FINAL DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY
The User retains sole and exclusive authority over decisions made through the Platform.
No voice prompt, automated recommendation, accessibility suggestion, AI-generated output, system notification, route proposal, service recommendation, pricing estimate, safety message, communication feature, accessibility workflow, or automated functionality shall be interpreted as replacing the User's independent judgment.
All final decisions remain exclusively the responsibility of the User.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, infrastructure providers, cloud providers, technology partners, vendors, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary, statutory, enhanced, or similar damages arising from:
voice-command errors;
incorrect interpretations;
misunderstood instructions;
AI-generated inaccuracies;
shared-device usage;
third-party interactions;
voice authentication failures;
accessibility-related misunderstandings;
unauthorized commands;
technology limitations;
or
user reliance upon voice-generated outputs.
15-A. NO LIABILITY FOR USER MISSTATEMENTS OR SPOKEN INPUT ERRORS
ORO shall not be responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, misunderstandings, misstatements, incomplete instructions, incorrect destinations, erroneous service selections, inaccurate account information, payment mistakes, accessibility-setting errors, or any other consequence resulting from information communicated by the User through voice interaction.
16. NO WAIVER OF TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM STATUS
Nothing contained within this Policy shall be interpreted as creating any obligation for ORO to supervise, validate, monitor, approve, guarantee, authenticate, or verify the intentions, instructions, identity, capacity, authority, or decisions of users.
ORO remains exclusively a technology platform and digital intermediary.
ORO does not provide transportation services, logistics services, emergency response services, caregiving services, healthcare services, public safety services, law enforcement services, dispatch services, or accessibility supervision services.
17. MODIFICATIONS
ORO reserves the unrestricted right to modify, update, replace, supplement, suspend, discontinue, interpret, or revise this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of all modifications.
18. GLOBAL LEGAL INTEGRATION
This Policy forms part of ORO's unified global legal architecture and shall be interpreted together with all policies, disclosures, frameworks, annexes, notices, compliance standards, and contractual documents governing the ORO Marketplace Platform.
In the event of inconsistencies between translations, summaries, support materials, onboarding communications, marketing materials, accessibility guidance, FAQs, or localized versions, the official English-language version shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by law.
