This Global Voice, Accessibility, Emergency Communications, Safety Interaction, Inclusive Technology & Accessibility Governance Policy (the “Policy,” the “Voice Framework,” or the “Accessibility Framework”) constitutes a legally binding, globally integrated, operational, technological, accessibility, compliance, cybersecurity, emergency-interaction, and risk-allocation framework governing the use of all voice-enabled, accessibility-oriented, communication-based, assistive, emergency-related, artificial-intelligence-supported, and safety-support functionalities made available through the digital platform ecosystem operated by ORO Technologies LLC (“ORO,” the “Company,” or the “Platform”).

This Policy forms an inseparable and enforceable component of the unified global legal architecture governing the ORO Platform and shall be interpreted together with:

  • the Terms and Conditions;

  • the Global Privacy, Security and Data Governance Policy;

  • the Global Safety, S.O.S., Emergency Response, Incident Management, Accessibility Protection & Platform Security Framework;

  • Community Standards;

  • the Accessibility, Disability and Vulnerable Users Annex (Section 22-A);

  • all emergency disclosures;

  • cybersecurity notices;

  • app-store disclosures;

  • AI and automation notices;

  • operational standards;

  • legal disclaimers;

  • and all related policies, annexes, frameworks, compliance documents, and future amendments published by ORO Technologies LLC.

  • Voice Command Authorization, User Instructions and Digital Action Validation Policy

In the event of any inconsistency between summaries, disclosures, translated versions, accessibility explanations, or localized notices, the official English-language version of the Terms and Conditions and the governing legal framework of ORO shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

1. GLOBAL APPLICABILITY, CORPORATE STRUCTURE, AND TECHNOLOGICAL POSITIONING

This Policy applies globally to all individuals and entities interacting with the Platform ecosystem, including but not limited to:

  • passengers;

  • drivers;

  • couriers;

  • merchants;

  • accessibility-dependent users;

  • elderly individuals;

  • visually impaired users;

  • persons with disabilities;

  • independent contractors;

  • technology partners;

  • affiliates;

  • operators;

  • infrastructure providers;

  • advertisers;

  • enterprise users;

  • and all third parties interacting with the Platform.

ORO operates exclusively as a technology company providing:

  • voice-first digital infrastructure;

  • accessibility-oriented interaction systems;

  • emergency communication-support technologies;

  • AI-assisted user interfaces;

  • marketplace connectivity systems;

  • operational coordination technologies;

  • safety-support tools;

  • and communication-routing infrastructure.

ORO does not operate as:

  • a transportation carrier;

  • taxi company;

  • logistics provider;

  • emergency-response operator;

  • medical institution;

  • law-enforcement agency;

  • accessibility caregiving provider;

  • public safety authority;

  • emergency dispatch center;

  • rescue organization;

  • crisis-management operator;

  • telecommunications provider;

  • or continuous monitoring service.

All transportation, mobility, accessibility, communication, and real-world interactions facilitated through the Platform occur exclusively between independent third parties operating outside the direct operational control, supervision, employment structure, or management authority of ORO.

Nothing within this Policy shall be interpreted as creating:

  • an employment relationship;

  • agency relationship;

  • fiduciary duty;

  • caregiving obligation;

  • emergency-response obligation;

  • rescue duty;

  • transportation supervision duty;

  • public safety obligation;

  • or continuous monitoring obligation.

2. ACCESSIBILITY-FIRST, VOICE-FIRST, AND INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY PRINCIPLES

Although ORO seeks to implement commercially reasonable accessibility-oriented technologies, the Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be fully accessible, error-free, or compatible with every disability condition, assistive technology, medical condition, cognitive limitation, speech pattern, hardware environment, operating system, language, or regional infrastructure configuration.

Accessibility outcomes may vary significantly depending on individual conditions and third-party technological environments.

The Platform has been designed under a global voice-first and accessibility-centered technological architecture intended to facilitate inclusive interaction environments for:

  • elderly individuals;

  • visually impaired users;

  • mobility-impaired users;

  • accessibility-dependent populations;

  • individuals with limited digital literacy;

  • users requiring simplified interaction models;

  • and individuals requiring assistive technological interfaces.

The Platform seeks to reduce technological barriers through voice-enabled interaction models that may permit:

  • hands-free service requests;

  • accessibility-oriented navigation;

  • emergency voice activation;

  • operational voice commands;

  • simplified communication environments;

  • accessibility prompts;

  • and voice-assisted interaction systems.

All accessibility-related and voice-enabled functionalities are strictly technological assistance tools only.

Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as constituting:

  • healthcare services;

  • medical supervision;

  • caregiving services;

  • guardianship;

  • assisted living;

  • emergency rescue systems;

  • public safety infrastructure;

  • life-saving technology;

  • transportation supervision;

  • or disability-assistance services.

Accessibility technologies do not eliminate risks associated with:

  • transportation activities;

  • independent third-party conduct;

  • environmental conditions;

  • telecommunications failures;

  • criminal activity;

  • device malfunction;

  • accessibility limitations;

  • or human error.

Users remain solely responsible for their own safety decisions, supervision needs, medical conditions, accessibility requirements, transportation choices, and real-world interactions.

2-A. VOICE-FIRST DESIGN PHILOSOPHY AND SAFETY-ORIENTED INTERACTION MODEL

The Platform has been intentionally designed under a voice-first interaction philosophy intended to reduce technological barriers, simplify user interaction, and minimize the need for continuous manual device manipulation during service use.

ORO recognizes that many individuals may experience difficulties interacting with complex mobile applications, including:

elderly users;

persons with disabilities;

visually impaired individuals;

users with reduced mobility;

users with limited digital literacy;

individuals unfamiliar with smartphone technologies;

and users seeking safer and more convenient interaction methods.

Accordingly, the Platform may incorporate voice-based functionalities intended to facilitate:

hands-free service requests;

voice-assisted navigation;

service-status updates;

pickup-point coordination;

voice-generated instructions;

accessibility support;

and simplified communication between Users and independent third-party providers.

The Platform's voice-first architecture is also intended to help reduce situations in which Users may feel compelled to continuously manipulate, observe, or interact with their mobile devices during service coordination, although ORO does not guarantee the prevention of theft, accidents, distractions, criminal activity, personal injury, or other safety-related events.

2-A.1 ACCESSIBILITY, DIGITAL INCLUSION AND USER-SAFETY OBJECTIVES

ORO's voice-first architecture was developed based on the principle that access to transportation-related technology should not depend on advanced technical knowledge, constant screen interaction, or extensive familiarity with mobile applications.

The Platform seeks to reduce technological complexity by minimizing unnecessary user-interface interactions and by providing alternative voice-enabled mechanisms that may assist Users in navigating certain operational functions through simplified interaction models.

ORO recognizes that many individuals, including elderly users, persons with disabilities, visually impaired individuals, users with limited digital literacy, and individuals unfamiliar with smartphone technologies, may experience barriers when interacting with conventional application designs that require continuous manual navigation through multiple menus, buttons, or visual interfaces.

Accordingly, the Platform may provide voice-assisted functionalities intended to facilitate a more accessible and inclusive user experience.

Additionally, ORO seeks to reduce situations in which Users may feel compelled to continuously manipulate their mobile devices during service coordination.

Certain voice-enabled functionalities may allow Users to receive operational information such as estimated arrival times, service status updates, pickup-point coordination details, navigation prompts, and communications with assigned independent third-party providers without requiring continuous visual interaction with the device.

The Platform may also facilitate direct communication between Users and assigned independent third-party providers for purposes including pickup-point coordination, meeting-point confirmation, accessibility-related communication, and service execution support.

ORO believes that effective pickup-point coordination may contribute to improved operational efficiency and user convenience. However, ORO does not guarantee the prevention of theft, crime, accidents, personal injury, miscommunication, missed pickups, accessibility outcomes, transportation outcomes, or safety-related incidents.

All real-world interactions remain exclusively the responsibility of the participating parties.

Voice-enabled functionalities are provided solely as optional technological tools intended to improve accessibility, convenience, operational communication, and user experience, and shall not be interpreted as guarantees of safety, security, accessibility performance, supervision, monitoring, emergency response, or risk elimination.

Voice-enabled communications may facilitate direct coordination between Users and independent third-party providers regarding pickup locations, meeting points, accessibility-related information, and service execution details.

However, ORO does not guarantee:

successful coordination;

accurate communication;

pickup accuracy;

service completion;

identity verification;

or safety outcomes resulting from voice interactions.

All coordination decisions remain exclusively the responsibility of the parties involved.

Voice-based functionalities are provided solely as optional technological tools and shall not be interpreted as safety guarantees, accessibility guarantees, emergency-response services, supervision systems, or risk-elimination mechanisms.

3. VOICE TECHNOLOGY FRAMEWORK, PROCESSING MODEL, AND CONSENT-BASED ACTIVATION

ORO does not intentionally use microphone permissions for covert surveillance, behavioral advertising, hidden recording, passive eavesdropping, or unauthorized background audio collection.

Microphone access is utilized solely for user-initiated accessibility, communication, emergency-support, or operational voice-interaction functionalities expressly activated by the User or authorized through device-level permissions.

The Platform integrates voice-recognition and voice-interaction technologies developed under commercially reasonable principles including:

  • privacy-by-design;

  • data minimization;

  • cybersecurity protection;

  • accessibility-oriented processing;

  • operational limitation;

  • and consent-based activation.

To the maximum extent technically feasible:

  • voice processing is designed to occur locally on the User’s device;

  • the Platform does not intentionally engage in passive continuous listening of private conversations;

  • ordinary ambient audio is not intentionally monitored for routine operational purposes;

  • and voice functionalities activate only through user interaction, accessibility permissions, operating-system authorization, or intentional feature activation.

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that all voice-enabled functionalities operate exclusively on a consent-based activation framework.

Voice systems may require:

  • microphone permissions;

  • operating-system authorizations;

  • accessibility permissions;

  • notification permissions;

  • geolocation permissions;

  • device-level integrations;

  • and third-party operating-system functionality.

The User retains full control over such permissions and may revoke them at any time through device settings, although doing so may restrict or disable certain functionalities.

ORO does not intentionally activate microphones covertly, secretly, or without user interaction as part of ordinary Platform operations.

No routine human monitoring of private conversations is performed by ORO.

Any limited technical processing that may occur is automated, temporary, and strictly limited to:

  • operational execution;

  • accessibility functionality;

  • fraud prevention;

  • cybersecurity protection;

  • system integrity;

  • emergency functionality;

  • lawful compliance;

  • or service coordination.

4. VOICE INTERACTION, SERVICE COORDINATION, AND TEMPORARY COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

The Platform may enable continuous voice-interaction environments intended to facilitate accessibility-oriented service coordination throughout portions of the service lifecycle.

Voice functionalities may permit Users to:

  • request services;

  • receive operational instructions;

  • coordinate meeting points;

  • interact with assigned third-party providers;

  • activate accessibility features;

  • receive voice prompts;

  • and utilize simplified interaction environments.

Voice systems may operate through activation phrases, operational commands, accessibility triggers, or emergency-related keywords including references such as “ORO.”

Following assignment of an independent third-party provider, the Platform may temporarily enable bidirectional communication channels for purposes including:

  • meeting-point coordination;

  • accessibility assistance;

  • navigation support;

  • service execution;

  • emergency communication;

  • and operational interaction.

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • communications may be affected by environmental interference, technological limitations, telecommunications failures, speech-recognition inaccuracies, or external factors;

  • voice-transmitted instructions may be misinterpreted;

  • identification information may require independent verification by the parties;

  • the Platform does not authenticate all communications;

  • and ORO does not supervise or guarantee the conduct, identity, statements, or behavior of third parties.

ORO does not guarantee:

  • communication clarity;

  • uninterrupted connectivity;

  • successful message delivery;

  • speech-recognition accuracy;

  • translation accuracy;

  • identity verification;

  • or successful operational outcomes arising from voice interaction.

All interactions occur entirely at the User’s sole risk and responsibility.

5. INHERENT LIMITATIONS OF VOICE TECHNOLOGY, AI SYSTEMS, AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING

Certain functionalities may utilize automated systems, artificial intelligence technologies, speech-recognition engines, machine-learning models, or algorithmic processing tools that operate without direct human review.

Such systems may generate inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or unintended outputs due to technological limitations inherent to probabilistic computational models.

Users expressly acknowledge that voice-recognition systems, accessibility technologies, artificial-intelligence tools, machine-learning systems, automated moderation infrastructure, and speech-processing technologies are inherently probabilistic and subject to limitations including:

  • transcription inaccuracies;

  • interpretation errors;

  • environmental interference;

  • linguistic variability;

  • accent variability;

  • speech impairments;

  • cognitive limitations;

  • delayed execution;

  • operating-system restrictions;

  • accessibility conflicts;

  • hardware limitations;

  • telecommunications interruptions;

  • connectivity failures;

  • latency;

  • device malfunction;

  • unintended activation;

  • false positives;

  • false negatives;

  • cloud-service interruptions;

  • and third-party infrastructure failures.

ORO does not guarantee:

  • algorithmic accuracy;

  • accessibility precision;

  • uninterrupted functionality;

  • speech-recognition reliability;

  • emergency-trigger reliability;

  • or successful operational execution arising from automated systems.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ORO disclaims liability arising from:

  • failed command execution;

  • delayed activation;

  • accessibility-related misunderstandings;

  • incorrect interpretation;

  • emergency-routing failures;

  • AI-related inaccuracies;

  • technological malfunction;

  • unintended activations;

  • or reliance on automated systems.

Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify critical information including:

  • destinations;

  • provider identity;

  • emergency conditions;

  • pickup locations;

  • accessibility needs;

  • emergency communications;

  • and real-world safety conditions.

5-A. NO AI DECISIONAL RELIANCE

Users shall not rely upon AI-generated outputs, voice-generated responses, automated recommendations, accessibility prompts, emergency suggestions, routing information, or machine-generated content as professional, medical, legal, safety, emergency, accessibility, transportation, or governmental advice.

All AI-generated outputs are informational tools only and require independent human judgment and verification.

6. EMERGENCY FEATURES, S.O.S. SYSTEMS, AND THIRD-PARTY EMERGENCY COORDINATION STRUCTURE

Where emergency alerts are routed to independent private security providers or emergency-coordination vendors, such entities operate as fully independent third parties and are not owned, operated, supervised, controlled, or managed by ORO.

Any communication, escalation, dispatch coordination, or contact with public authorities performed by such third-party providers occurs independently from ORO and under the operational responsibility of the corresponding third-party entity.

ORO does not provide private security services, armed response services, emergency dispatch operations, law-enforcement activities, or public safety services.

The Platform may include emergency-oriented functionalities including:

  • S.O.S. activation systems;

  • voice-triggered emergency commands;

  • accessibility emergency tools;

  • temporary real-time location sharing;

  • emergency notifications;

  • distress communication systems;

  • and safety-alert technologies.

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that all emergency-related functionalities constitute optional technological support tools only.

The S.O.S. infrastructure may temporarily process operational data including:

  • geolocation information;

  • device identifiers;

  • accessibility indicators;

  • emergency contact information;

  • service metadata;

  • and contextual operational signals.

Such information may be transmitted to:

  • designated emergency contacts;

  • independent private security providers;

  • emergency-coordination vendors;

  • telecommunications providers;

  • cloud-service providers;

  • governmental authorities where legally required;

  • and legally authorized third parties.

Where applicable, emergency notifications generated through the Platform may be routed to independent third-party security providers operating outside the ownership, supervision, operational authority, or direct control of ORO.

Such third-party providers may independently determine whether, when, and how to contact:

  • law-enforcement agencies;

  • emergency medical services;

  • public safety authorities;

  • or local emergency-response institutions.

ORO does not control, supervise, direct, or guarantee:

  • emergency-provider conduct;

  • dispatch outcomes;

  • response times;

  • police intervention;

  • medical response;

  • emergency escalation;

  • alert review;

  • emergency communications;

  • or emergency resolution outcomes.

6-A. NO DUTY TO MONITOR OR INTERVENE

ORO does not undertake, assume, create, or accept any duty to monitor, supervise, review, analyze, evaluate, detect, prevent, investigate, intervene in, or respond to user conduct, emergency situations, criminal activity, safety incidents, medical conditions, accessibility-related events, or real-world interactions.

The availability of voice technologies, accessibility tools, safety features, emergency communication systems, location-sharing functionalities, AI-assisted systems, fraud-prevention mechanisms, or SOS functionality shall not be interpreted as creating any duty of care, special relationship, protective obligation, rescue duty, monitoring obligation, supervisory responsibility, or heightened standard of care.

Users expressly acknowledge that ORO is not responsible for continuously observing, monitoring, or evaluating user activity and does not guarantee detection, prevention, escalation, reporting, intervention, or resolution of any safety-related event.

7. CRITICAL EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER

The Platform does not provide continuous monitoring, live supervision, active surveillance, real-time human emergency tracking, or uninterrupted safety observation services.

Emergency-related functionalities are event-based technological tools activated only under limited operational conditions and may not remain continuously active, monitored, reviewed, or supervised.

ORO TECHNOLOGIES LLC IS NOT AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROVIDER.

ORO IS NOT A LAW-ENFORCEMENT AGENCY, MEDICAL PROVIDER, SECURITY COMPANY, RESCUE ORGANIZATION, OR PUBLIC SAFETY AUTHORITY.

THE PLATFORM DOES NOT OPERATE 911 SERVICES, AMBULANCE SERVICES, EMERGENCY DISPATCH SYSTEMS, OR GOVERNMENTAL EMERGENCY INFRASTRUCTURE.

The S.O.S. functionality and all emergency-related technologies are provided strictly on an “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis.

The User expressly acknowledges that:

  • telecommunications systems may fail;

  • emergency notifications may not transmit;

  • internet connectivity may become unavailable;

  • GPS systems may generate inaccurate data;

  • operating-system restrictions may interrupt functionality;

  • battery limitations may disable emergency features;

  • cloud infrastructure may experience delays;

  • voice commands may be incorrectly interpreted;

  • accessibility systems may not function uniformly across environments;

  • and third-party emergency providers may fail to respond.

Accordingly, the User agrees that the Platform must never be relied upon as the sole safety mechanism in medical, emergency, criminal, transportation, accessibility-dependent, or life-threatening situations.

The User remains solely responsible for contacting official emergency services whenever necessary.

8. ACCESSIBILITY, DISABILITY, ELDERLY USERS, AND VULNERABLE POPULATIONS DISCLAIMER

ORO does not guarantee that independent third-party providers possess specialized accessibility training, medical training, disability-assistance certifications, caregiving qualifications, or specific experience assisting elderly individuals or persons with disabilities unless expressly required under applicable local law.

The Platform may include accessibility-oriented technologies intended to facilitate technological inclusion for:

  • elderly individuals;

  • persons with disabilities;

  • visually impaired users;

  • mobility-impaired users;

  • accessibility-dependent populations;

  • and individuals requiring simplified technological interaction.

However, ORO does not provide:

  • caregiving services;

  • medical supervision;

  • guardianship;

  • personal assistance;

  • healthcare monitoring;

  • assisted transportation;

  • disability attendants;

  • accessibility escorts;

  • specialized mobility supervision;

  • or vulnerable-user monitoring.

Users requiring:

  • medical assistance;

  • mobility support;

  • cognitive supervision;

  • accessibility accommodation;

  • assisted transportation;

  • professional caregiving;

  • or continuous monitoring

must independently secure appropriate licensed providers where necessary.

Users expressly acknowledge that transportation and mobility activities inherently involve elevated risks for elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable populations.

Accordingly, Users remain solely responsible for determining whether the Platform is appropriate for their personal circumstances.

8.1 NO MEDICAL DEVICE, HEALTHCARE OR ASSISTED-LIVING SERVICE

The Platform, including all voice-enabled functionalities, accessibility technologies, emergency communication systems, S.O.S. features, safety-support tools, and related infrastructure, does not constitute:

  • a medical device;

  • healthcare technology;

  • clinical monitoring system;

  • medical alert system;

  • patient-monitoring platform;

  • assisted-living infrastructure;

  • nursing-care service;

  • healthcare supervision service;

  • or regulated medical equipment.

ORO does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, healthcare monitoring, emergency medical supervision, clinical decision-making, or healthcare intervention services.

Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as replacing:

  • licensed healthcare providers;

  • emergency medical systems;

  • assisted-living supervision;

  • professional caregiving services;

  • or regulated medical technologies.

Users requiring healthcare supervision, medical monitoring, emergency medical support, or assisted-living services must independently secure appropriate licensed providers.

9. DATA PROCESSING, PRIVACY, AND VOICE-DATA CLASSIFICATION

Voice interactions within the Platform may involve personal data even where no recordings are stored.

To the maximum extent technically feasible:

  • voice processing is designed to remain transient and operationally limited;

  • ordinary voice interactions are not used to build commercial biometric databases;

  • no persistent voiceprints are intentionally created from ordinary Platform usage;

  • and voice data is not intentionally retained beyond operational necessity unless legally required, safety-related, fraud-related, or technically unavoidable.

Voice-related processing may include:

  • service requests;

  • inferred operational intent;

  • contextual interaction metadata;

  • device-state information;

  • communication-routing information;

  • accessibility signals;

  • and emergency-related processing.

ORO processes such information in accordance with:

  • lawful processing principles;

  • data minimization;

  • operational necessity;

  • fraud prevention;

  • cybersecurity protection;

  • and applicable legal obligations.

The User expressly acknowledges that voice interaction constitutes a form of personal-data input even when no audio recording is retained.

The legal basis for such processing may include:

  • performance of contractual obligations;

  • legitimate business interests;

  • accessibility functionality;

  • fraud prevention;

  • legal compliance;

  • emergency coordination;

  • and consent where legally required.

10. MOBILE OPERATING SYSTEMS, APP-STORE REQUIREMENTS, AND THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES

The Platform operates subject to technical, legal, cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, and operational requirements imposed by:

  • Apple App Store;

  • Google Play;

  • device manufacturers;

  • operating-system providers;

  • telecommunications providers;

  • cloud-service vendors;

  • AI providers;

  • and third-party ecosystem operators.

Certain functionalities may be restricted, modified, suspended, regionalized, interrupted, or discontinued depending on:

  • operating-system policies;

  • app-store review requirements;

  • jurisdictional limitations;

  • device compatibility;

  • cybersecurity protections;

  • battery optimization frameworks;

  • regional legal obligations;

  • telecommunications infrastructure;

  • accessibility environments;

  • or third-party dependencies.

ORO does not guarantee continuous availability of any functionality across all devices, jurisdictions, operating systems, languages, accessibility environments, or infrastructure ecosystems.

The User expressly acknowledges that certain functionalities may require:

  • explicit permissions;

  • additional confirmations;

  • operating-system authorization;

  • accessibility approvals;

  • and device-level integrations.

11. USER RESPONSIBILITY, MISUSE, ENFORCEMENT, AND PLATFORM PROTECTION

The User agrees to use all voice-enabled, accessibility-related, emergency-related, and communication-related functionalities lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith.

Strictly prohibited conduct includes:

  • false emergency alerts;

  • misuse of S.O.S. systems;

  • harassment;

  • threats;

  • fraud;

  • impersonation;

  • unauthorized recording;

  • cybersecurity abuse;

  • accessibility exploitation;

  • unlawful surveillance;

  • manipulation of emergency features;

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL VOICE TECHNOLOGIES, ACCESSIBILITY TOOLS, EMERGENCY FEATURES, S.O.S. SYSTEMS, COMMUNICATION CHANNELS, AI SYSTEMS, GEOLOCATION SERVICES, AND RELATED FUNCTIONALITIES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS.

ORO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES RELATING TO:

  • accessibility performance;

  • emergency response effectiveness;

  • uninterrupted functionality;

  • voice-recognition accuracy;

  • geolocation precision;

  • communication reliability;

  • merchantability;
