This Global Safety, S.O.S., Emergency Response, Incident Management, Accessibility Protection & Platform Security Framework (the “Safety Framework,” the “Policy,” or the “Framework”) constitutes an integral and legally binding component of the unified global legal, operational, technological, accessibility, cybersecurity, risk-management, governance, and compliance architecture governing the digital platform ecosystem operated by ORO Technologies LLC (“ORO,” the “Company,” or the “Platform”).

This Framework applies globally to all individuals and entities accessing, using, interacting with, integrating into, or otherwise participating within the Platform ecosystem, including but not limited to passengers, drivers, couriers, independent contractors, merchants, accessibility-dependent users, elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, operators, affiliates, vendors, infrastructure providers, technology partners, corporate users, advertisers, independent third-party service providers, and all other participants interacting with the Platform or related technological systems.

This Framework shall be interpreted together with and incorporated into:

• the Terms and Conditions of Use;
• the Global Privacy, Security and Data Governance Policy;
• the Voice, Accessibility & Emergency Policy;
• Section 22‑A Accessibility, Disability and Vulnerable Users Policy – Annex;
• Community Standards;
• applicable local, federal, state, and international laws;
• and all related legal disclosures, operational standards, and compliance frameworks published by ORO.

In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or interpretative dispute between summarized disclosures and the complete legal documentation governing the Platform, the official Terms and Conditions and applicable governing law shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

1. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM, TECHNOLOGICAL ROLE, AND STRUCTURAL SAFETY LIMITATIONS

ORO operates exclusively as a technology company providing digital intermediation infrastructure, voice-first accessibility systems, communication technologies, accessibility-oriented interaction tools, operational coordination software, and marketplace connectivity between independent third-party participants.

ORO does not own transportation fleets, does not operate vehicles, does not employ drivers as employees, does not supervise transportation activities in real time, and does not physically provide transportation, logistics, delivery, caregiving, accessibility assistance, emergency intervention, law-enforcement services, public safety operations, or medical services.

Accordingly, ORO is not:

• a transportation carrier;
• a logistics operator;
• a taxi company;
• a healthcare provider;
• a security company;
• an emergency dispatch center;
• a public safety authority;
• a rescue organization;
• a crisis-response operator;
• a continuous monitoring provider;
• a caregiving entity;
• or a governmental emergency infrastructure provider.

All transportation, mobility, delivery, accessibility-related interactions, and communication activities facilitated through the Platform are independently performed by third-party providers operating outside the direct operational control, supervision, direction, instruction, or management of ORO.

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that safety-related technologies, emergency functionalities, communication systems, accessibility tools, S.O.S. features, and platform-based assistance mechanisms constitute optional technological support tools only and do not eliminate risks inherent to real-world transportation activities, public interactions, accessibility limitations, criminal conduct, telecommunications failures, technological errors, or independent third-party behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORO does not guarantee:

• user safety;
• successful emergency intervention;
• law-enforcement response;
• medical assistance outcomes;
• real-time monitoring;
• crime prevention;
• prevention of accidents or injuries;
• driver behavior;
• passenger conduct;
• emergency response times;
• uninterrupted communications;
• accessibility compatibility in all circumstances;
• successful alert delivery;
• platform availability;
• or uninterrupted operation of safety-related technologies.

All safety-related functionalities are provided strictly on an “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis within the inherent limitations of mobile technologies, telecommunications infrastructure, independent third-party environments, accessibility systems, and distributed cloud architectures.

2. GLOBAL SAFETY PRINCIPLES, RISK MANAGEMENT, AND ACCESSIBILITY-ORIENTED PROTECTION FRAMEWORK

ORO seeks to implement commercially reasonable technological, operational, compliance-oriented, and accessibility-support measures intended to promote platform integrity, user awareness, accessibility-oriented usability, emergency coordination support, fraud prevention, cybersecurity resilience, and operational risk mitigation.

Such measures may include, without limitation:

• temporary communication systems;
• accessibility-oriented voice interaction technologies;
• emergency-trigger mechanisms;
• location-sharing functionalities;
• anomaly-detection systems;
• automated moderation technologies;
• artificial intelligence systems;
• anti-fraud infrastructure;
• account-verification systems;
• behavioral-risk analysis;
• emergency contact routing;
• safety reporting systems;
• cybersecurity monitoring technologies;
• and operational enforcement procedures.

However, Users expressly acknowledge and agree that no technological platform, artificial intelligence system, accessibility tool, telecommunications network, emergency feature, mobile application, cloud environment, or safety infrastructure can eliminate all risks associated with:

• transportation activities;
• independent human behavior;
• public interactions;
• criminal conduct;
• fraud;
• cybersecurity incidents;
• telecommunications outages;
• accessibility limitations;
• device malfunctions;
• environmental conditions;
• GPS inaccuracies;
• third-party infrastructure failures;
• or force majeure events.

Nothing within this Framework shall be interpreted as creating a guarantee of personal safety, accessibility outcomes, emergency response effectiveness, transportation suitability, or continuous operational protection.

2-A. VOICE-FIRST SAFETY INTERACTION MODEL

The Platform has been designed using a voice-first interaction model intended to reduce technological complexity and facilitate safer, more accessible, and more convenient user interactions throughout the service lifecycle.

ORO recognizes that continuous manual interaction with mobile devices may be impractical, distracting, or difficult for certain users, including:

• elderly individuals;
• persons with disabilities;
• visually impaired users;
• users with limited mobility;
• individuals with limited digital literacy;
• users unfamiliar with complex mobile applications;
• and users seeking simplified interaction methods.

Accordingly, the Platform may provide voice-enabled functionalities intended to facilitate:

• hands-free service requests;
• pickup-point coordination;
• service-status updates;
• accessibility-oriented interaction;
• voice-assisted navigation;
• communication with assigned independent providers;
• and simplified operational interaction.

The voice-first architecture is intended to reduce the need for continuous screen interaction during service coordination and may assist Users in managing certain operational aspects of a service through voice-enabled technologies.

However, ORO does not guarantee that voice-based interaction will prevent:

• theft;
• criminal activity;
• accidents;
• distractions;
• personal injury;
• communication failures;
• missed pickups;
• navigation errors;
• or any other safety-related event.

Voice-enabled tools are provided solely as optional technological assistance features and shall not be interpreted as safety guarantees, emergency-response services, continuous monitoring systems, crime-prevention mechanisms, or risk-elimination technologies.

All decisions regarding personal safety, transportation choices, meeting-point selection, and real-world interactions remain solely the responsibility of the User and the independent third-party provider.

2-B. SAFETY-BY-COORDINATION AND ACCESSIBILITY-BY-DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

ORO was developed based on the principle that access to mobility should not be unnecessarily limited by technological complexity, digital literacy barriers, age-related limitations, disability-related limitations, or excessive dependence on continuous manual interaction with mobile devices.

The Platform was designed with the objective of reducing common technological barriers frequently encountered in traditional mobile applications, including complex interfaces, excessive button-based interactions, screen dependency, and communication obstacles that may affect service coordination.

ORO recognizes that many individuals, including elderly users, persons with disabilities, visually impaired users, users with limited technological experience, and users seeking simplified interaction models, may benefit from alternative methods of interacting with transportation-related technologies.

Accordingly, the Platform incorporates voice-first interaction systems, accessibility-oriented workflows, simplified communication tools, service-status notifications, estimated arrival information, pickup-point coordination features, and direct communication mechanisms intended to facilitate independent user participation and service coordination.

The Platform may provide Users with information regarding estimated provider arrival times, pickup locations, trip status updates, and communication channels intended to facilitate coordination between Users and independent third-party providers.

ORO believes that effective communication and meeting-point coordination may contribute to reducing misunderstandings during service initiation and may assist Users in managing certain aspects of transportation coordination more efficiently.

The Platform's voice-first architecture is also intended to reduce the need for continuous manual device interaction during service coordination. However, ORO does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that such technologies will prevent theft, criminal activity, personal injury, accidents, communication failures, missed pickups, navigation errors, safety incidents, or any other adverse event.

All accessibility, communication, voice, coordination, and safety-support functionalities are provided solely as technological assistance tools and do not constitute guarantees of safety, accessibility outcomes, transportation suitability, successful coordination, emergency response, crime prevention, or risk elimination.

Users remain solely responsible for exercising independent judgment, selecting appropriate meeting locations, verifying relevant information, maintaining personal safety precautions, and evaluating whether the Platform is suitable for their individual circumstances.

3. S.O.S. SYSTEMS, EMERGENCY FEATURES, AND THIRD-PARTY EMERGENCY RESPONSE STRUCTURE

The Platform may incorporate emergency-oriented technologies and accessibility-support functionalities, including but not limited to:

• S.O.S. activation systems;
• emergency voice commands;
• accessibility emergency triggers;
• temporary real-time location-sharing functionalities;
• emergency notifications;
• safety-alert systems;
• distress communication tools;
• accessibility-related emergency interaction systems;
• and voice-triggered emergency routing technologies.

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that all emergency-related functionalities constitute optional technological assistance mechanisms only.

The S.O.S. infrastructure may permit the temporary transmission of limited operational data to independent third-party emergency coordination providers, private security providers, designated emergency contacts, or legally authorized entities.

Where applicable, emergency notifications generated through the Platform may be routed to independent third-party security or emergency-coordination providers operating outside the control, supervision, ownership, or operational authority of ORO.

Such third-party providers may independently determine whether, when, and how to contact local emergency-response agencies, law-enforcement authorities, medical providers, or public safety institutions.

ORO does not control, direct, supervise, guarantee, or assume responsibility for:

• third-party emergency-provider conduct;
• response decisions;
• law-enforcement intervention;
• emergency escalation procedures;
• dispatch outcomes;
• emergency communications;
• response times;
• or emergency resolution results.

Users expressly acknowledge that:

• emergency functionalities depend on device compatibility;
• telecommunications systems may fail;
• internet connectivity may become unavailable;
• GPS systems may produce inaccurate results;
• battery limitations may disable emergency features;
• voice commands may be incorrectly interpreted;
• cloud systems may experience delays;
• accessibility systems may not function identically across all environments;
• and emergency notifications may fail to transmit successfully.

ORO does not guarantee:

• emergency intervention;
• successful alert delivery;
• police response;
• ambulance dispatch;
• medical assistance;
• successful communication routing;
• human review of emergency signals;
• or successful emergency outcomes.

The User remains solely and exclusively responsible for contacting official emergency services whenever necessary.

Nothing within the Platform shall be interpreted as replacing emergency telephone systems, public safety infrastructure, emergency dispatch agencies, ambulance services, medical-response systems, or law-enforcement authorities.

3-A. LOCATION-BASED EMERGENCY LIMITATIONS

Emergency-related location information depends upon external technologies, including GPS systems, telecommunications networks, internet connectivity, device functionality, operating-system permissions, mapping providers and third-party emergency response systems.

ORO does not guarantee that emergency-related location data will be accurate, current, complete, continuously available or successfully transmitted.

Users acknowledge that location inaccuracies, signal degradation, telecommunications interruptions, environmental conditions, device limitations and third-party failures may affect the effectiveness of emergency-related location services.

The User remains solely responsible for contacting official emergency services whenever immediate assistance is required.

4. VOICE-FIRST ACCESSIBILITY, SAFETY TECHNOLOGIES, AND OPERATIONAL LIMITATIONS

The Platform has been designed under a voice-first and accessibility-oriented technological architecture intended to facilitate simplified interaction environments for elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, visually impaired users, users with limited mobility, accessibility-dependent populations, and individuals requiring assistive technological interaction models.

Voice-enabled functionalities may include:

• accessibility commands;
• emergency voice activation;
• temporary operational communications;
• accessibility-oriented prompts;
• voice-triggered navigation support;
• and simplified user interaction systems.

Users expressly acknowledge that voice-recognition technologies are inherently probabilistic and subject to operational limitations including:

• interpretation errors;
• speech-recognition inaccuracies;
• environmental interference;
• accent variability;
• cognitive or linguistic limitations;
• speech impairments;
• unintended activations;
• delayed execution;
• operating-system restrictions;
• accessibility conflicts;
• connectivity interruptions;
• hardware limitations;
• and third-party infrastructure failures.

To the maximum extent technically feasible:

• voice processing is designed to occur locally on the User’s device;
• the Platform does not intentionally engage in passive continuous listening of private conversations;
• ordinary ambient audio is not intentionally monitored for routine operational purposes;
• and voice systems activate only through user interaction, accessibility permissions, or authorized activation mechanisms.

ORO does not create biometric voice profiles from ordinary Platform usage unless otherwise expressly disclosed where legally required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO disclaims all liability arising from:

• failed emergency activation;
• incorrect voice interpretation;
• accessibility-related misunderstandings;
• delayed command execution;
• failed communication routing;
• technological limitations associated with voice-based systems;
• unintended system behavior;
• or reliance on automated voice technologies.

5. LOCATION SHARING, SAFETY DATA PROCESSING, AND OPERATIONAL DISCLOSURES

When safety-related or emergency-related functionalities are voluntarily activated by the User, the Platform may temporarily process operational information including:

• real-time geolocation data;
• approximate location information;
• trip-related metadata;
• emergency contact information;
• device identifiers;
• accessibility indicators;
• communication-routing information;
• and contextual operational signals.

Such information may be temporarily disclosed, transmitted, routed, or processed through:

• designated emergency contacts;
• independent third-party providers;
• emergency-coordination providers;
• cloud infrastructure providers;
• governmental authorities where legally required;
• telecommunications providers;
• and operational support systems.

The User expressly acknowledges that geolocation technologies are inherently imperfect and subject to:

• satellite inaccuracies;
• environmental interference;
• signal obstruction;
• urban infrastructure limitations;
• telecommunications outages;
• device malfunctions;
• software errors;
• and operating-system restrictions.

ORO does not guarantee:

• precise location accuracy;
• uninterrupted GPS availability;
• successful emergency-data transmission;
• immediate review of emergency requests;
• or uninterrupted operation of geolocation systems.

5-A. USER CONTROL OF SAFETY PERMISSIONS

Certain safety, accessibility, voice-interaction, geolocation, communication, and emergency-support functionalities may require device permissions granted by the User.

The User retains full control over such permissions and may grant, deny, restrict, or revoke permissions at any time through the device operating system.

The User acknowledges that restricting or disabling permissions may limit or prevent the proper functioning of certain Platform features, including:

• voice-enabled interactions;
• accessibility tools;
• pickup coordination;
• geolocation services;
• emergency-support functionalities;
• communication features;
• and safety-related tools.

ORO does not require Users to enable all permissions; however, certain functionalities may become unavailable if permissions are restricted.

6. INCIDENT REPORTING, PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT, AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

The Platform may permit Users to voluntarily report incidents including:

• safety concerns;
• harassment;
• threats;
• fraud attempts;
• accessibility-related incidents;
• misconduct;
• criminal behavior;
• communication issues;
• emergencies;
• or policy violations.

ORO may review reported incidents using a combination of:

• automated systems;
• artificial intelligence technologies;
• risk-analysis infrastructure;
• human moderation;
• operational review procedures;
• and compliance-evaluation mechanisms.

However, ORO does not guarantee:

• investigation outcomes;
• enforcement decisions;
• account actions;
• criminal prosecution;
• recovery of damages;
• prevention of future incidents;
• or dispute-resolution outcomes.

Users remain solely responsible for:

• contacting emergency services;
• contacting law enforcement;
• seeking medical assistance;
• preserving evidence;
• protecting their personal safety;
• supervising vulnerable individuals;
• and complying with applicable law.

Nothing within this Framework creates a legal obligation requiring ORO to investigate, resolve, mediate, supervise, monitor, or intervene in all reported incidents.

7. ACCESSIBILITY, ELDERLY USERS, DISABILITY CONSIDERATIONS, AND VULNERABLE USER SAFETY DISCLAIMER

The Platform may include accessibility-oriented technologies intended to support elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, visually impaired users, users requiring simplified technological interaction, and accessibility-dependent populations.

However, ORO does not provide:

• caregiving services;
• personal supervision;
• guardianship;
• healthcare services;
• physical assistance;
• medical monitoring;
• transportation attendants;
• assisted-living services;
• specialized disability transportation;
• or vulnerable-user supervision.

Users requiring:

• medical supervision;
• mobility assistance;
• cognitive support;
• accessibility accommodation;
• continuous monitoring;
• assisted transportation;
• professional caregiving;
• or specialized transportation conditions

must independently secure appropriate licensed providers where necessary.

The User expressly acknowledges that transportation and mobility activities inherently involve elevated risks for elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, accessibility-dependent populations, and users with medical or mobility-related conditions.

Accordingly, Users remain solely responsible for determining whether the Platform is appropriate for their individual circumstances.

8. INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT, DRIVER LIMITATIONS, AND REAL-WORLD INTERACTIONS

Drivers, passengers, couriers, merchants, operators, and all other participants utilizing the Platform operate as independent third parties.

ORO does not control, direct, supervise, or manage:

• physical conduct;
• transportation execution;
• route decisions;
• vehicle conditions;
• independent business practices;
• accessibility accommodations;
• criminal behavior;
• passenger conduct;
• communications between users;
• or real-world interactions.

Any background checks, verification technologies, document-validation procedures, or safety-review systems implemented by ORO are limited technological and compliance-oriented measures only and do not constitute guarantees of:

• safety;
• legality;
• suitability;
• accessibility compatibility;
• driver reliability;
• passenger conduct;
• or future behavioral outcomes.

All interactions with independent third parties occur entirely at the User’s own risk.

9. ZERO-TOLERANCE SAFETY VIOLATIONS, PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT, AND LEGAL RESERVATIONS

ORO maintains a Zero Tolerance policy regarding:

• violence;
• threats;
• sexual misconduct;
• harassment;
• discrimination;
• fraud;
• exploitation;
• accessibility abuse;
• misuse of emergency systems;
• unauthorized account access;
• criminal conduct;
• weapons-related misconduct;
• hate speech;
• trafficking-related activities;
• cybersecurity abuse;
• or unlawful conduct.

ORO reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where legally permitted, to:

• suspend accounts;
• terminate Platform access;
• restrict functionalities;
• preserve operational records;
• report unlawful activity;
• cooperate with governmental authorities;
• implement emergency restrictions;
• and pursue all available legal remedies.

Platform enforcement decisions may occur automatically, algorithmically, operationally, or manually.

Nothing within this Framework limits ORO’s right to implement commercially reasonable safety, fraud-prevention, cybersecurity, or operational-integrity measures.

10. CYBERSECURITY, FRAUD PREVENTION, PLATFORM SECURITY, AND OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY

ORO may implement cybersecurity systems, fraud-prevention technologies, accessibility-security measures, and operational-integrity infrastructure intended to protect:

• user accounts;
• voice systems;
• accessibility technologies;
• communication channels;
• payment systems;
• operational infrastructure;
• and Platform integrity.

Such systems may include:

• behavioral analytics;
• anomaly detection;
• artificial intelligence systems;
• identity-verification tools;
• device analysis;
• fraud scoring;
• authentication technologies;
• automated moderation;
• and security monitoring infrastructure.

However, no cybersecurity environment, telecommunications system, cloud architecture, mobile application, artificial intelligence system, or software infrastructure can be guaranteed as fully secure.

Users expressly acknowledge risks including:

• unauthorized access;
• phishing attacks;
• impersonation;
• account compromise;
• malware;
• cybersecurity incidents;
• telecommunications interception;
• data exposure;
• service interruptions;
• and malicious third-party activity.

Users remain solely responsible for safeguarding credentials, maintaining device security, protecting authentication methods, monitoring account activity, and implementing commercially reasonable personal cybersecurity practices.

11. COMMUNICATIONS DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF PLATFORM INTERACTIONS

The Platform may facilitate temporary communications between users and independent third-party providers through:

• voice systems;
• messaging technologies;
• accessibility interfaces;
• emergency communication channels;
• and integrated communication tools.

ORO does not:

• monitor all communications;
• verify statements made by users;
• guarantee message delivery;
• supervise conversations in real time;
• authenticate communication content;
• or guarantee communication outcomes.

Communications may be affected by:

• network interruptions;
• device limitations;
• accessibility restrictions;
• third-party infrastructure outages;
• telecommunications failures;
• software errors;
• environmental interference;
• or language barriers.

All communications occur at the sole risk and responsibility of participating users.

12. LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION, EMERGENCY DISCLOSURES, AND LEGAL PROCESS

ORO may cooperate with:

• law-enforcement agencies;
• governmental authorities;
• courts;
• regulators;
• emergency entities;
• public safety institutions;
• and legally authorized organizations

in accordance with applicable law.

Information may be disclosed pursuant to:

• subpoenas;
• court orders;
• lawful preservation requests;
• emergency requests;
• search warrants;
• regulatory obligations;
• or imminent-risk situations.

ORO reserves the right to:

• reject invalid requests;
• challenge overbroad demands;
• narrow disclosures;
• seek clarification;
• require legally valid process;
• and preserve information where operationally or legally necessary.

Emergency disclosures may occur in good faith where ORO reasonably believes there exists:

• imminent risk of death;
• serious physical harm;
• substantial public safety threats;
• or severe criminal activity.

13. NO DUTY TO MONITOR, NO SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP, AND NO RESCUE OBLIGATION

Nothing within this Framework, the Platform, or any safety-related functionality shall be interpreted as creating:

• a custodial relationship;
• a fiduciary obligation;
• a rescue obligation;
• a transportation supervision duty;
• a caregiving obligation;
• a continuous monitoring duty;
• a special legal relationship;
• a medical duty of care;
• a public safety guarantee;
• or a heightened duty toward vulnerable individuals.

ORO has no general obligation to proactively monitor:

• communications;
• voice interactions;
• user behavior;
• accessibility interactions;
• emergencies;
• criminal conduct;
• or independent third-party actions,

except where expressly required by applicable law.

Failure by ORO to detect, prevent, investigate, report, or respond to unlawful, dangerous, fraudulent, or harmful activity shall not create liability, assumption of duty, special relationship status, or waiver of corporate legal protections.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ALL SAFETY FEATURES, EMERGENCY SYSTEMS, ACCESSIBILITY TOOLS, S.O.S. FUNCTIONALITIES, VOICE TECHNOLOGIES, COMMUNICATION CHANNELS, LOCATION SERVICES, SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE, AND RELATED SYSTEMS, IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS.

ORO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES RELATING TO:

• CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY;
• ACCESSIBILITY PERFORMANCE;
• EMERGENCY RESPONSE EFFECTIVENESS;
• SUCCESSFUL SAFETY OUTCOMES;
• VOICE-RECOGNITION ACCURACY;
• LOCATION PRECISION;
• COMMUNICATION RELIABILITY;
• MERCHANTABILITY;
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
• NON-INFRINGEMENT;
• CYBERSECURITY PROTECTION;

• FAILED ALERTS;

• SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS;
• THIRD-PARTY MISCONDUCT;
